Carrie-Anne Moss, best known for her iconic role as Trinity in 'The Matrix' franchise, is set to join Arnold Schwarzenegger and the cast of "FUBAR" for the show's second season on Netflix.
Moss will play Greta Nelso, described as a former East German spy who has a "passionate history" with Schwarzenegger's character, Luke Brunner. In the new season, Luke finds himself facing off against villains from his past, including an old flame (Moss) who threatens to destroy the world.
"We're thrilled to welcome Carrie-Anne Moss to the cast of "FUBAR" for what promises to be an action-packed second season," said creator and showrunner Nick Santora. "Her character Greta Nelso adds an exciting new dynamic as a nuanced adversary with complicated ties to Arnold's Luke Brunner."
In addition to Schwarzenegger and Moss, Season 2 will see the return of Monica Barbaro, Fortune Feimster, Travis Van Winkle, Jay Baruchel, Aparna Brielle, Andy Buckley, Milan Carter, Fabiana Udenio, and Barbara Eve Harris.
The satirical spy series, produced by Skydance Television, follows CIA operative Luke Brunner (Schwarzenegger) who finds himself thrust back into action after saving his daughter during an intended retirement mission in Season 1.
The series' first season garnered praise for its offbeat blend of action, comedy, and family dynamics anchored by Schwarzenegger's first major TV role. Season 2 will continue exploring those elements while raising the stakes with new threats for Brunner to confront.
A release date for the eight-episode season has not been announced yet. The series is executive produced by Santora, Schwarzenegger, Adam Higgs, Scott Sullivan, and others.

When director Dani de la Torre read a news article detailing how the Spanish coastal town of Marbella became the playing ground for hundreds of international criminal organizations, he knew he had a new show on his hands. His “La Unidad” producing partners agreed and thus became Movistar Plus+ original series “Marbella,” premiering in Spain on May 2, to large media impact.
During a preview of the show at the Berlinale Series Market de la Torre remarked how the underbelly of Marbella was “unknown” in Spain when he first read an in-depth investigation into the criminal activities in the Málaga province.

If you were asked to assemble a two-hour prime time special based on highlights extracted from a contemporary late-night show, your first choice might logically be Jimmy Fallon’s run hosting The Tonight Show.
Why? Simply because Fallon’s show has been so clearly highlight-able over its decade-long run back in New York City, where the NBC late-night franchise created this distinctly American genre of entertainment 70(!) years ago.
Fallon’s Tonight Show has been distinguished by an array of its own style of comedy segments, signature “bits,” SNL-style sketches, all sorts of games, and musical performances, the best of which have not only enjoyed consistent interest on YouTube and social media, but also work well as snippets representing the show’s most memorable material.
As will be evident on NBC tonight at 9 (streaming on Peacock starting tomorrow) in the two-hour 10th anniversary special of the version of Tonight starring Fallon,...

The renaissance of “Doctor Who,” which started its latest season this week, is a 20-year journey that is entwined with the establishment of a thriving TV production scene in South Wales, where it shoots, and the meteoritic rise of the production company Bad Wolf.
This dates back to 2003 when writer Russell T. Davies was asked by the BBC’s then head of drama, Jane Tranter, to revive the show and to base the production in South Wales, an area hitherto known for coal mining and heavy industry. It was produced in 2004, overseen by BBC Wales head of drama, Julie Gardner.

The Trump campaign’s claims of 100 thousand attendees has been broadly laughed out of Jersey, with fact-averse Maga minions (including Trump henchman Roger Stone) posting photographic proof of the teeming crowd that turned out to be an actually enthusiastic throng storming the beaches of Rio de Janeiro for a 1994 Rod Stewart concert. Rob “Boston Rob” Mariano had a lot of confidence coming into Deal or No Deal Island, and he still has a lot of confidence after leaving the game, too — even if it isn’t as the inaugural season’s winner (that honor goes instead to Jordan Fowler). During the final group challenge, Rob faced a stiff penalty for looking over at Amy McCoy’s answer, so the Survivor alum had to wait three minutes after the last person departed the station to run through the massive maze and find one of the high-value cases. Being held back was an exceptionally big problem for him this time because, well, two of the last four contenders would be eliminated based on (1) the slowest to finish the race and (2) whoever had the least cash in their case of the remaining three. Though he dug in deep as soon as he could put foot...

Spoiler Alert: This post contains spoilers from “Judgment Day,” finale of the limited series “A Man in Full,” now streaming on Netflix.
If you went into Netflix’s “A Man in Full” thinking about the 1998 novel by Tom Wolfe, the final episode was likely a shock. Although the series opened with the dead body of Charlie Croker (Jeff Daniels) lying lifeless on the floor, the events that led up to it were unexpected. Flashing back 10 days earlier, Charlie is shown at his 60th birthday, forcefully saying hello to Raymond Peepgrass (Tom Pelphrey) by gripping the back of his collar. More than a decade after the story began with Top Boy: Summerhouse, it concludes with Netflix’s Top BoySeason 3. “Everything has to come to an end,” Jasmine Jobson, who plays Jaq, told Tudum in a set visit to the series last year. “To come back and actually be able to close this chapter, it’s a beautiful thing. Gio Helou probably assumed he’d be the one to unveil the biggest surprise at his $100 million–in–sales party in the form of his unnervingly lifelike ice sculpture. But on the new season of Selling the Oc, that honor belongs to Kayla Cardona, who confronts fellow agents Tyler Stanaland and Polly Brindle at the event about an alleged hot and heavy hookup. What’s more, there’s a tape to prove it.
Cardona drops the bombshell in Episode 2, sending shock waves through the friends, foes, and frenemies at the Oppenheim Group. The agents also learn that the entire incident went down on the Newport Beach office’s pink couches, and there are receipts to prove it. But what did footage actually show? Who’s seen it? And why did Cardona even bring it to light in the first place?

In Outer Banks the main players are split into two groups: the Pogues and the Kooks. They’re kinda like Sharks and Jets, without the dance-fighting. (Though who knows what Season 3 might bring!)
Down in Outer Banks, North Carolina, the Pogues seriously hate the Kooks and the Kooks seriously hate the Pogues. And it’s not a big town so all that tension is pretty much constantly simmering over. Though the bad feeling isn’t limited to the younger members of the community, the rivalry is at its strongest with the teen set — classic high school energy. Were you even in Outer Banks if a beach bonfire didn’t turn into a brawl?
Ok, that all sounds intense, but what exactly is a Pogue? And what’s a Kook? And why do they despise each other enough to ruin a perfectly enjoyable evening at the beach? Let’s get into it.

Catching up on Seasons 1 and 2 of Outer Banks? Need a quick rundown on Denmark Tanny and how he relates to the show’s plot? We thought so — let’s get into it…
The first time we see or hear of the enigmatic Denmark Tanny is via an old portrait hanging in Ward Cameron (Charles Esten)’s office in Tannyhill Plantation, where the Cameron family lives. Why is there a portrait of this man in Ward’s workspace? Because the formerly enslaved Denmark Tanny was the founder of Tannyhill. We know what you’re thinking and John B (Chase Stokes) thinks it and asks it too in Season 1, Episode 4: “How did a slave found a cotton plantation?” Luckily Sarah (Madelyn Cline) has some context for him. “He’s kind of a mystery,” she tells John B. “He showed up out of nowhere and paid for all the land around here in gold.

True crime is quickly becoming one of the most popular forms of entertainment. Our obsession with podcasts, documentaries and TV shows detailing heinous crimes have turned serial killers into ghoulish superstars. But it’s their victims who deserve to be more widely known.
Many of Cottingham’s victims were thought of as “nothing but… a prostitute,” as Melinda Chateauvert, the author of Sex Workers Unite, said in the docuseries to illustrate how dismissive people were of the victims at the time of the torso killings. . And to call them that would be both incorrect — some of them were not sex workers (the preferred term) — and dehumanizing. “The problem with the word prostitute is that it’s so combined with the notion of sexual shame,” said Chateauvert. These were women and girls who were trying to do their best in lives that Cottingham interrupted.

The heroes of Obliterated work hard, but they party harder. So when realized that the nuclear bomb they disabled was a fake and Las Vegas was still at risk, they had to cut short clear their heads, and then hustle even harder to disarm the weapon that threatened to, um, obliterate the city of sin (and all the revelers inside it).
Thankfully, their persistence paid off, despite being double-crossed, taken off their own mission, and scattered across the Nevada desert — all while trying to sober up. In the final moments before the nuke was set to explode, bomb expert Hagerty (C. Thomas Howell) rode into a casino on a camel (long story) and saved the day. But how did we get there? And what does this mean for our team going forward?

They certainly look impressive in their intricate black armor and custom weapons, but who are they and what do they want? Grab a seat by the fire, and we’ll tell you their chilling tale.
The existence of the Wild Hunt, seven ghostly figures on skeletal horses that charge across the sky, has been subtly referenced since the very first episode of the series. Showrunner Lauren Schmidt Hissrich said in the official aftershow, The Witcher: Unlocked, that she began foreshadowing them early because she wanted to make them appropriately scary. In the show’s pilot, King Eist Tuirseach mentions seeing the Wraiths of Mörhogg riding across the southern sky and notes...

[Warning: The below contains Major spoilers for the May 13 episode of Jeopardy!] Unfortunately, fans who went to the official Jeopardy! website ahead of the May 13 episode had the outcome spoiled. Facing off were data analyst Joyce Yang, elections worker Michael Richter, and the returning political organizer Will Stewart, a one-day champ with winnings of $25,601. But there was an error on Jeopardy.com the morning of May 13, with the game’s results and the May 14 lineup both already posted. “I don’t ever remember Jeopardy posting results on their website before the match has aired anywhere,” one viewer noted on X. “They’ve already got Will Stewart moving onto Tuesday and shown 2nd/3rd place for Monday’s game.” See the screenshots in the post below. I don’t ever remember Jeopardy posting results on their website before the match has aired anywhere, have you, @clairemcnear or @_thejeopardyfan?? They’ve already got Will Stewart moving onto Tuesday and shown 2nd/3rd ...

The Umbrella Academy Season 3 premiere, “Meet the Family,” sets up two big obstacles for its heroes with the introduction of the Sparrow Academy and the reality-gobbling Kugelblitz growing in the Sparrow’s mansion basement. But in between the Footloose dance battles and Sparrow vanishing acts, another possible danger is lurking: Lester Pocket (Callum Keith Rennie). The mysterious character — an older man in a tightly buttoned collared shirt — is first shown trying to quiet a ringing in his head. He packs a suitcase full with cassette tapes of sounds like windmills and ominous bees and plays them one by one to drown out the noise. The audience is left wondering: Who is this man? And more importantly, is he a friend or foe to the Umbrella Academy?
Warning: Major spoilers for Season 3.
Well, as the third episode, “Pocket Full of Lightning,” confirms, Lester isn’t Lester at all: He’s...

The importance of loyalty, honor and legend are at the heart of The Witcher: Blood Origin, which is set 1,200 years before the events of The Witcher during a time of cataclysmic conflict.
While there are few elves left in the time of Geralt of Rivia, The Witcher: Blood Originexplores the Elven Golden Age before the arrival of humans. In Blood Origin, the Continent is divided into three kingdoms that have been at war with each other for 1,000 years. And each of those royal families is protected by a small clan of elite warriors.
Rather than working with their nation’s military, each clan answers directly to the ruler. They only take to the battlefield when protecting a monarch, and at such times, they care only about their leader’s survival. While they’ll fight brutally against the other clans, they often view their rivals with grudging respect.

No one knows how to do a locker room scene quite like Sex/Life. Jaws dropped in Season 1 when Cooper (Mike Vogel) gets an unexpected eyeful of Brad (Adam Demos) during a little gym reconnaissance mission in Episode 3. After a very, um, direct peek at a nude Brad, Cooper suddenly understands why his wife Billie (Sarah Shahi) can’t shake her ex.
You didn’t think Sex/Life would overlook one of its greatest strengths in Season 2, did you? In the season finale, Cooper is back in a locker room — but in a very different mental state. He’s hit rock bottom in response to his breakup with Billie and finally made strides to better his life. Unfortunately, Cooper’s journey to self-improvement did include an unfortunate accident with best friend Devon (Jonathan Sadowski) that ended with a sex worker biting off Devon’s genitals.

The final scene of Sex/Life Season 2 might feel familiar. Or, at least, it should. A nearly identical one occurs in the cold open of the season premiere.
But, let’s start with the ending: Episode 6 culminates with a beaming Billie (Sarah Shahi), walking down the aisle for the second time. But, she’s not in a church or a millennial-friendly vineyard. Billie is barefoot at the beach, walking toward on-again, off-again love interest Brad (Adam Demos), who is finally ready to be her permanently-on partner. “I’m pregnant,” she whispers to him, bringing a broad smile to his face.
And that’s when the déjà vu descends, because all this happened before, in Season 2, Episode 1. In a trio of opening shots in the premiere, Billie walks along the sand, wears a wedding dress and enjoys a sunny morning with Brad — and their three kids. Although this seemed like a...

There’s always been something — and not just because it gives you that cozy girl in the fall with a knitted blanket kind of vibe. Any fan of the will tell you a particular aspect that speaks to them directly, whether it’s the quick-paced dialogue, charmingly eclectic cast of small-town misfits, or Lorelai’s blind hatred of Evanescence. But at its core, Gilmore Girls tells the story of a unique mother-daughter relationship. “I sold it off of a line,” Amy Sherman-Palladino, the show’s creator told Today. “It’s like a mother and daughter, but they’re like friends. And they all perked up and said, ‘Great. We’ll buy that.’” Palladino has also long maintained that she knew the story’s ending from the very beginning — long before Netflix’s revival series Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life. So how did things pan out at the end of the show?...

For more than 55 years, the space-exploring Robinson family has been a part of pop culture, from the original Lost in Space series (1965–1968) to Netflix’s current run. But while the core family has remained the same, what sent them to space changes each time.
What has remained the same outside of the core family? A troublesome Dr. Smith (or Dr. Smith-like figure) who messes things up, a devoted robot and a future-set timeline.
As for what is different? Well, only one version of the story features space spiders.
Here’s how the two shows, as well as the 1998 film, stack up against each other.
The Original Series:
The Premise:
In 1997, the United States is on the cusp of colonizing space and wants to send a family as their test run. Enter the Robinsons, who agree to a five-year trek to an Earth-like planet. But a foreign nation wanting...

Picture this: It's Saturday morning, and you're a regular kid. No school, no homework, and definitely no job — unless you count minding your rowdy siblings. It’s just you, your comfiest pajamas, and a bowl of the sugary cereal you had to beg Mom to buy. That’s because Saturday mornings mean more than just being off from school or work. They also mean you get to delight in a smorgasbord of cartoons, and you absolutely cannot miss your weekly feast.
If you're old enough to remember what that was like, you'll probably recognize the appeal of , or S.M.A.S.H. A love letter to the halcyon days of a certain generation’s bygone youth and the culture surrounding Saturday morning cartoons, the show — from its hokey "rad" hosts Skip and Treybor (Kyle Mooney) to its fake toy commercials spliced between cartoons — makes you feel like you’ve...

Fubar showrunner Nick Santora knows you’re going to make comparisons between Fubar and Arnold Schwarzenegger’s previous films, especially since so many of them are true classics. But Schwarzenegger’s first-ever TV series isn’t trying to retread any old territory, even as it drops a few references to some of his iconic roles and includes a True Lies cameo you won’t want to miss.
“You can’t duplicate a classic,” Santora says. “You shouldn’t try to, because people will see what you’re trying to do and you’ll fail. I think you have to make something original and new, and Fubar’s original and new.”
The action-comedy series sees Schwarzenegger as seasoned CIA agent Luke Brunner, who’s in for the shock of his career when he learns that his daughter, Emma (Monica Barbaro), is a secret agent as well. This makes things ripe for high-stakes father-daughter hijinks.

One down. Three to go.
That’s how we meet mixed-race master of the sword Mizu (voiced by Maya Erskine) in Blue Eye Samurai — in the midst of her quest for vengeance on her four potential fathers. All of whom were the only white men in 17th-century Edo-period Japan during the time of her birth.
Blue Eye Samurai takes place in an era when Japan’s borders were closed to the outside world so citizens would never see a face that wasn’t Japanese (except in rare cases of illegal trade). Because of Mizu’s inherited blue eyes, she’s treated as if she’s “less than human,” “pitiable,” “monstrous,” and a “creature of shame.” And that cannot stand. As a woman, she wouldn’t be allowed to pursue her enemies. So she disguises herself as a man, ready to inflict her justice by whatever means necessary.
