- In Season 1 Episode 1, Mr. Boss breast feeds a small baby like creature (censored.) Disturbing but comedic.
- In Season 1 Episode 1, Pim shouts that he loves kids, and is shushed by Charlie. Pim didn't mean to say this in a predatory way, he only meant that he loved making children smile, and didn't understand what he was saying.
- Pecks on cheeks thoroughout.
- a cocoon nesting creatures resembles a testicle.
- One or two censored shots of characters in the nude, never lingered upon or shown in a lewd matter.
- The first shot in the entire series is an alien dancing nude with only his pubic hair showing.
- In Season 1 Episode 5 you see a condiment unzipping a man's pants. It cuts before you can see anything graphic but you do hear the man moaning offscreen.
- Nudity is shown censored in both their TV and HBO Max versions.
- In Season 1 Episode 6, a Mermaid wears two star fishes over her breast.

- a creature is caught in a mousetrap offscreen, sound can be heard. shortly after the creature escapes, leaving a small trail of blood.
- A bliblie stabs Alan with a paper clip. He plucks it out with little complaint.
- a creature stabs and kills another creature with a paper clip.
- Several characters get shot, eaten, stabbed, etc. These deaths are comedically graphic, and are only occasionally taken seriously.
- A character is graphically crushed by a pine tree, blood and guts spurt out and his friends scream. He is later reincarnated.
- A demon gets it's body parts ripped off and burned, it's bloody.
- There is a graphic scene in which a monster is devoured. They first beat him up, causing blood to spill, and then ripped off his limbs (with extra blood). People are then shown graphically eating his guts from a cut in his stomach, with a lot of blood.
- Two characters are fatally shot with arrows
- A guy gets impaled by a spear.

- The F-word is censored in US TV broadcasts and the pilot. And It's uncensored of HBOMax
- Lots of swearing, not very common though, no worse than the F-word.
- Season 2 has a lot more cursing (F-words are frequent and appear in every episode)

- Desmond's appearance can make some feel uncomfortable.
- Pim's family is severely dysfunctional. This is meant to be comedic, but could still upset some.
- the plot of the pilot circles around characters trying to prevent someone from committing suicide. could be potentially triggering for some.
- a character holds a gun to his head for nearly the entirety of his screentime.
- a character is crucified. could be upsetting.
- A character meets Satan
- Very dark and occasionally disturbing, but very funny.
- Some scenes have disturbing/unnerving atmospheres to them with swelling music or creepy visuals, but they are usually done in an over-the-top fashion and played for laughs. If the scene/situation isn't comedic, it is usually followed by a joke.
- Several closeups of characters with creepy hyper realistic faces.
- The credits scene has flashing lights. May be triggering for epileptic people.

Violence & Gore
- Alan is crucified and is also being stabbed with a spear. He is later shown to be completely fine.
- Desmomd shoots a bliblie. It's head blows up.
- Desmond shows and lists a variety of clips of him killing multiple creatures in various comedic ways for an extermination commercial.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Mip is revealed to be the Princess's stalker, the 'gift' that Charlie gives to her made by Pim is revealed to be a bomb and exploded when she throws it. (More comedic than disturbing)
