When inside the bakery, the room is well-lit by the daylight through the front windows. yet when the building is shown on the outside, the front windows still have plywood boarding them up, preventing any light from entering.
When the old bakery is shown from the front, it is clearly a one-story building. When shown from the back near the carriage house, it is clearly a two-story building with outside stairway to the second floor.
That's not what cake batter looks like. Any cupcake made with batter that thick and heavy would have a dense texture instead of a light texture.
Much of the food is shown displayed on the counter uncovered. This would not be permitted and such displays would be covered to prevent bugs, dust, and other contaminants.
