Mild sexual innuendo throughout film, including dogs mentioning having sex

We see the mayors butt as he steps out of a hot tub for a brief moment.

Several times dogs are speculated to have "mated" with each other.

There is a brief scene of a severed head as a story about an alleged beheading is being narrated. A similar sight is seen subsequently on stage as part of a play with the severed head and some red thread dangling from the neck area. There is also a scene where a boy pulls out an antenna-like object from the side of his helmet with some drops of blood visible and a scene where a severed dog's ear can be seen lying on the ground. The violence is implied rather than depicted.

Numerous fight scenes, but most if not all are done in a very cartoonish manner, namely a bunch of arms and legs swinging around inside a big cloud. Not very graphic and is played more for a comedic effect.

A man is murdered by eating a piece of sushi dressed in poisoned wasabi. His dead body can be briefly seen later.

Some dogs briefly fight, and one of them rips off another one's ear. The dog who had its ear ripped off yelps in pain, and some blood is visible. This is discussed for a while, and later on the ear can later be seen lying on the ground. The dog later kicks it into a pile of trash.

Sushi is shown being prepared from a fish, a crab and an octopus tentacle. The fish and crab are both chopped up while still alive, and the tentacle wriggles about even though it has been severed. A small amount of blood is shown when the fish is cut.

Some language and crude terms such as "dammit", "son-of-a-b*tch", "I've seen cats with more balls...", a male dog describes a female dog as being a "b*tch".

B*tch is used but to describe a female dog.

"Damn it" is said a few times.

A woman drinks. Very mild.

Some dogs share a bowl of turpentine brandy.

Bloody imagery (although animated) could upset younger viewers.

The dogs are shown to live off garbage. A close-up of one meal shows a bag of rotten food with maggots crawling all over. The camera switches to side view when the dogs eat, so nothing graphic is seen, but it can be assumed that the dogs are eating the rotten food and maggots.

The mayor's personal assistant has an appearance that may be unsettling to some.
