When Brandon is on the subway looking at the woman we see Fulton behind him on the wall of the subway tunnel. The train moves and a few minutes have passed. Next, when the woman exists the train and he follows her, we see that they are again at Fulton station.
When Brandon goes into the office he has unbuttoned the top buttons of his shirt and he clearly wears nothing underneath it. When he heads to the bathroom and he is filmed from the top of his head you can see the collar of a t-shirt underneath his shirt. The V-neck is also there when he is back home at his apartment.
The healing progress of Brandon's bruise on the cheek is completely random. Sometimes it's almost open and bloody, sometimes it's almost closed. At most only a few days pass between him receiving it and the last scene.
In the restaurant Brandon orders a bottle of pinot noir. When it comes the bottle is not a typical pinot-shaped bottle. When the wine is poured it's a very dark, inky coloured wine unlike a pinot noir.
When Brandon goes out for a run, the shadows of crew and technical equipment can be seen in the background.
Brandon is shown getting off an R train (which he had gotten on at 28th Street) at Fulton Street. But the R train doesn't go to Fulton Street.
In the final scene, the train that pulls into the 28th street station is the J train. However, in reality, the closest the J line comes to 28th street is Essex Street which is about 3 miles away from 28th.
When the subway train is stopped and evacuated, we see the station sign outside it and the station begins with a B (Brooklyn Bridge?). But when Brandon gets off the train there, he is at the 28th Street station.
The accents of the actors playing Brandon and Sissy come and go.
