The Best Man Holiday is a comedy-drama film directed by Malcolm D. Lee. The film stars Morris Chestnut, Taye Diggs, Regina Hall, Terrence Howard, Sanaa Lathan, Nia Long, Harold Perrineau, Monica Calhoun, and Melissa De Sousa.

The film was sequel to 1999 film The best Man.

Collage friends met after years and realizes that they can easily forget their rivalry and become close friends again.

I really liked the first film and was very keen to watch this film also with the same expectations, the film didn't impressed me as much as the first film impressed but still the film is not a disappointment.

Acting is great and all the actors were superb in reprising their respective roles from the previous film and special mention will be for Taye Diggs and Terrence Howard they were just superb.

Screenplay of the film is little let down primarily because of three reasons firstly the screenplay is slow and keep loosing it's grip from the viewers, secondly the depth is missing in the screenplay and the viewers might not relate with the screenplay be it emotional scene or angry scene, finally the climax is flatly predictable and even a layman can guess the next scene with an ease, this diminishes the excitement from the film. Climax of the film is also flatly predictable.

Overall majorly the film is entertaining but could've been better with more crisped and exciting screenplay and little more better climax.
