- Born in Medellin, Colombia on January 28, 1994, he is a pop, reggaeton and Latin trap singer, who in his childhood was a soccer fan, a sport he played for eight years as a member of the lower divisions of two Colombian teams. He always had a passion for music and won his first singing contest in high school with "Tengo ganas" by Andrés Cepeda. It was hard for him to decide between soccer and music, but he did, and in his last year of high school he decided to take the plunge into stardom. In 2011, he rose to fame in his country and thanks to his popularity, in 2011 he signed a contract with Sony Music. In 2013, he was nominated for a Latin Grammy as best new artist. In 2015, he entered Billboard's Top Latin Albums Chart with his album Pretty Boy, Dirty Boy. He participated in Univision's Premios Lo Nuestro ceremony in 2016, where he performed "Pa' Mayté" with J Balvin in tribute to Carlos Vives.
