Sech is back and feeling more inspired than ever. On Thursday, the Panamanian reggaeton star marked his return with “Toy Perdió,” his first single since signing with Bad Bunny’s Rimas Entertainment. The new single is the first taste of Tranki, Todo Pasa, his album out Nov. 29, which he announces with Rolling Stone.

Prince Royce has a “weird relationship” with his new album, Llamada Pérdida, out today. The new album has 23 songs that he describes as “bachata in 4K,” as he explores genre fusions while getting in touch with his emotions. The lyrics show a more vulnerable side of the singer, including some of the difficult moments surrounding his split from his longtime partner Emeraude Toubia in 2022.
Though the music captures the singer dealing with both the heartbreak and the healing after the breakup, he’s in a much happier place now. (When...

Publicist Cristina Novo-Bernal has been around music all her life. The daughter of a Peruvian mother and Argentinian father, she was born in Lima, Peru, but grew up in Miami. Her father was a concert promoter and also owned a nightclub; the family still has footage of little Cristina on stage with performers, singing alongside them. "Music is kind of all I've known and all I know," she tells Popsugar.
Now one of the preeminent publicists in Latin music, Novo-Bernal represents clients like Nicky Jam, Anuel AA, and Lenny Tavárez. Still, the 42-year-old couldn't have predicted that her career - as well as greater recognition of Latin music on the international stage - would take the twists and turns it has. With an attitude of "create your own lane," Novo-Bernal has solidified her place in a historically cutthroat industry. And despite her long and successful career, she promises she's just getting started.

A mirror nude on Instagram served as the only indication that something was coming from Maluma on Thursday. The Colombian superstar surprised fans with an 8-track album titled The Love & Sex Tape at midnight, and along with the sensual tracks, released a video for “Nos Comemos Vivos” with Chencho Corleone.
The video follows the two artists attempting some retrofuturistic virtual reality device as they watch videos of a gorgeous woman on the side of a building. The two stars are also seen singing together in front of an LED-lit-up imaginary city.

Mariah Angeliq isn’t letting just anyone be her future novio. On Tuesday, Sebastián Yatra released the silly storyline video for his song “Si Me La Haces” and it follows him and Lenny Tavarez as they submit boyfriend applications — and jump through quite a few hoops — to sway Angeliq to give them a chance.

Only Sebastián Yatra can pack a 17-track album with rock, cumbia, reggaetón, and a Jonas Brothers collab. The Colombian singer’s third studio album, Dharma, is a versatile record that’s sure to bring fans to their feet.
The album title reflects Yatra’s own experience of “accepting his reality” without living in fear. “It’s the other side of karma, which is the lessons you learn,” he explains. “Dharma is when you start to have more of a conscious. And in that state, you’re a lot more present,...

Music is a universal language. You don’t have to understand the lyrics to feel the joys, the heartbreaks, and the frustrations expressed in a melody. You don’t have to pinpoint musical styles to feel the nostalgia a beat can invoke. For the likes of Bratty in Mexico to Anatomy Rabbit in Thailand, the gentle exploration of love is a palpable and common through line. For Sleepy Hallow in Brooklyn and PinkPantheress in the UK, their nods to ’90s production and expansion of classic international genres, respectively, both hold...

Dalex and Rafa Pabón’s “Pa Mí” is the latest single to benefit from the ensemble-remix treatment that has boosted recent hits like Nio García, Casper Mágico and Darell’s “Te Boté,” El Alfa’s “Suave” and Alex Rose’s “Toda.”
In the original “Pa Mí,” Dalex sings with stirring force about romantic fixation, sounding possessive to the point of anguish, while Rafa Pabón’s tone is uncaring, removed from it all. Dimelo Flow, who also produces for the singer and hit-writer Justin Quiles, is responsible for the beat, a simple but handsome loop.
