The Bold and the Beautiful alum Kiara Barnes is returning to the small screen. She nabbed another acting role with Fox’s American crime drama Accused.
What Happened to Zoe Buckingham?
It’s been a while since fans saw Barnes on the daytime soap. The last time Zoe appeared was in July 2021. Her sister Paris (Diamond White) told her about Carter’s (Lawrence Saint-Victor) affair with Quinn (Rena Sofer), who was married to Eric (John McCook) at the time. Zoe assumed that Carter was sleeping with Shauna (Denise Richards).
Zoe had enough of Los Angeles and the constant drama. She ultimately broke up with Carter and left town. Zoe has been spending time in London with her mother. It’s also likely that Zoe got word about Paris’s surprise engagement to Thomas (Matthew Atkinson).
However, it doesn’t look like Zoe is ever returning to the show. Her character has been written off,...

A show of hands; how many of us are hanging in there for all things Mariana Adams-Foster?
Despite everything that happened on Good Trouble Season 5 Episode 12, it's been more evident than ever during this fifth (and bittersweetly final) season that Miss Thang is the lynchpin of the series.
And when storylines have to stray from her, it's becoming increasingly difficult not to distract oneself with the phone.
It's not that Good Trouble has become unwatchable.
But there is some redundancy to some storylines, others that feel as if we're circling the drain and running out of steam, and sadly, with the awareness that the end is near, there's an antsiness for the buildup to a worthwhile end, and as of now, things are simply falling short.
The beauty of this hour was knowing that it was Sherri Saum's directorial debut, and it's pleasing that she got to cut her...

CSI: Vegas had some big shoes to fill since the spin-off started in 2021 because the original series was a fan-favorite and ran for 15 seasons.
CSI: Vegas Season 1 focused on establishing the team and ridding the team of the scandal that Hodges was accused of. They needed Grissom and Sara’s expertise to do that.
During CSI: Vegas Season 2, they brought Catherine (Marg Helgenberger) back to have another legacy character to entice long-time characters. Catherine interacted with more of the newer characters on a variety of cases, but she was gone for a few episodes at a time, which would disrupt the flow of her stories.
The season had its ups and downs as it struggled to find a mystery viewers cared about. Instead, the series excelled by featuring character-centric storylines or episodes that expanded on each character’s personality and family.

Good Trouble never misses with holidays at the Coterie!
The series pulled off an ambitious feat on Good Trouble Season 5 Episode 7 with the oddly placed (but we'll allow it) Thanksgiving-themed installment that brought many familiar guest stars and Coterie member relatives to share a meal.
And there were plenty of laughs and entertaining moments from high Lena and Jude, over it Stef, Mama Kwan, and Bonnie.
Good Trouble is often at its best when they can bring the entire group together for some occasion or another and lean heavily into what it means to live in a communal space where everyone is a family.
It's one of the primary reasons people tune in for a series like this, and tossing in some The Fosters nostalgia by bringing Callie, Jude, Stef, and Lena into the mix will never not bump an installment up to a highlight.

It’s another onscreen reunion for James Denton (who starred with his Desperate Housewives costar Teri Hatcher in 2021’s A Kiss Before Christmas) in a Hallmark movie in the October 16 Perfect Harmony: with his son, Sheppard Denton! James stars as the laid-back former pop star Jack Chandeller alongside Sherri Saum as the buttoned-up college professor Barrett Woodward, who have always been like oil and water but must set aside their differences to be their mutual friends’ Best Man and Maid of Honor. Sheppard plays Jack’s son. “[Hallmark movies] are fun. you know what you’re going to get, you know it’s going to be happy. They’re — I won’t say predictable, that sounds negative or pejorative — safe,” James, who serves as an executive producer, tells TV Insider. He previews the movie below. The crime lab really brought the ick this time out.
Also, they continued to make enemies on CSI: Vegas Season 2 Episode 2.
It's a little early for what felt like a Halloween episode. But it is Vegas, where creepy is a year-round thing.
So why not peer inside that city's cottage industry known as haunted houses?
What I want to know is if there's such a thing as a haunted house wedding chapel. It would seem like a natural hybrid.
But I digress. An establishment such as Necropolis would be an ideal place to stash a body if it's appropriately disguised.
It certainly was well hidden in this case, as the thick coat of paint not only stopped the smell of decomposition but also caused the body to liquefy inside that casing. Beau's joke about almost being named Stew was totally inappropriate and perfectly appropriate at the same time.

Season 3 of Netflix’s Locke & Key will premiere August 10, the streamer revealed today as part of its annual Geeked Week. As Deadline revealed exclusively in April, the upcoming third season will be the supernatural thriller series’ last. Netflix also released a teaser trailer that gives a first look at Locke & Key‘s final chapter.
“The past is always with us, you can try to run away but it’s always there,” an ominous voiceover says in the opening seconds of the trailer, leading to a montage of Season 3 footage (You can watch it above).
As Deadline reported, the adaptation of the Idw comic books by Joe Hill and Gabriel Rodríguez is getting a proper conclusion since Season 3 was conceived as the show’s final chapter.
“As storytellers, we are grateful that we had the opportunity to tell our version of Joe Hill and Gabriel Rodriguez’s incredible story exactly the way we wanted,...

After just three seasons on Netflix, "Locke & Key" is coming to an end. On April 6, the streamer announced that the show will conclude with its upcoming third season. According to Deadline, Netflix, along with "Locke & Key" co-showrunners Carlton Cuse and Meredith Averill, had already mapped out the series for a three-season run following the breakout success from season one.
"Once we began working on the series, we felt three seasons was the ideal length to bring the story of the Locke family and their Keyhouse adventures to a satisfying conclusion," Cuse and Averill said in a statement. "As storytellers, we are grateful that we had the opportunity to tell our version of Joe Hill and Gabriel Rodriguez's incredible story exactly the way we wanted. We're keeping the magical keys, though, for our own personal use."
"Locke & Key" is currently wrapping up postproduction for its final eight episodes,...

Exclusive: The upcoming third season of Netflix’s Locke & Key will be its last. But fans of the supernatural thriller based on the Idw comic books by Joe Hill and Gabriel Rodríguez should not fret — they will get a proper conclusion since Season 3 was conceived as the show’s final chapter. In fact, I hear that, following the breakout success of Locke & Key‘s ten-episode first season, Netflix approached the series’ creative team with a plan for a three-season run consisting of a 10-episode second season and an eight-episode third season. That fit the vision of Locke & Key executive producers/co-showrunners Carlton Cuse and Meredith Averill for how to tell the story and when to wrap it.

Svu is at its best when addressing issues related to prosecuting powerful rapists.
Law & Order: Svu Season 23 Episode 16 was no exception.
Jackson Wright was one of the most despicable Svu villains yet. Still, he nearly got away with multiple rapes because of his powerful position as a CEO of a successful company and his ability to lie with a straight face.
This was one of those stories that seemed like it was going in a totally different direction.
Newcomer Joe Velasco is an enigma as far as Svu goes. Deputy Chief McGrath installed him as a spy, and nobody quite trusts him.
So when his date fell down the stairs after screaming at him to leave her alone, I didn't expect anyone to believe his version of events.
This easily could have gone the way of Velasco having to prove his innocence while Svu argued about whether "believe...

Spoiler Alert: Do not read if you have not watched “Kiss Me and Smile for Me,” the March 16 episode of “Good Trouble.”
The Fosters family is changing again — Maia Mitchell has exited Freeform’s “Good Trouble.” The actress has portrayed Callie Foster since “The Fosters” premiered in 2013, and went on to reprise the role in its spinoff series, with her final episode airing on Wednesday night.
During the episode, Callie revealed that Kathleen (Constance Zimmer) had helped her land her dream job with the ACLU, but that meant she had to move to Washington, D.C. She had invited her moms (guest stars Teri Polo and Sherri Saum) and brother Jude (Hayden Byerly) to town in order to soften the news for Mariana (Cierra Ramirez), who was shocked to learn her sister was moving across the country in two days.
Throughout the episode, Callie said her goodbyes to everyone — and...

(Warning: This post contains major details about Wednesday’s episode of the Freeform series “Good Trouble.)
Maia Mitchell has left the “Good Trouble” building.
After starring in nearly four seasons of the show alongside Cierra Ramirez, on top of her five-season run on ABC Family-turned-Freeform’s “The Fosters,” Mitchell is saying goodbye to the franchise.
Mitchell’s last episode as Callie aired on Wednesday night, when her character made the move to Washington, D.C., after being offered a job.
“Good Trouble” Joanna Johnson said Mitchell made the decision to leave the show last season, which gave the writers time to craft a storyline to give Callie a proper exit.
“In Season 3, I went to talk to her and I was like, you know, ‘Come on, stay,’ and she was like, ‘I really feel like I need to change in my life,” Johnson told TheWrap. “And she agreed – I said,...
