- In 1999, she created The Leykettes for 97.1 The FM Talk Station/KLSX. The group consisted of the top centerfolds and adult stars of the day. Named after 97.1/KLSX's popular drive time host, Tom Leykis, the Leykettes appeared all around Southern California at various radio station events and promotions.
- Created the "Sheena and Sam" show in 1998, and quit the show in 2001. Returned to the station in 2004, paired with Gary Garver for "The Single Life" a show about navigating and surviving dating life in LA.
- Her father is of Russian descent and her mother is of Scottish and Irish descent.
