Eileen Grubba is an award-winning actress, writer, and producer known for her memorable roles in shows like Watchmen (2019), New Amsterdam (2018), Sons of Anarchy (2008), NBC's Game of Silence (2016), and HBO's Hung (2009) which have gained her a reputation for courageous character work. She is a member of the Television Academy, serving on the PGEC committee, and is a lifetime member of the world-renowned Actors Studio where she is known as a "force" on stage.

Eileen was honored with the WeSpark Award at Idyllwild Film Festival 2020 for social impact on the entertainment industry, Winner of the Mary Austin Excellence in Screenwriting Awards in 2019 and 2020, and Mary Austin Excellence in Producing Award in 2021, as well as more than 50 international awards for her disability-inclusive short films. She serves on the SAG/AFTRA LA Board, the national PWD committee, and the new technology committee. She was selected for the 2020 CBS Leadership Pipeline for directing.
Eileen Grubba is an international public speaker. In 2019, after speaking at the FBI's LA field office, she was invited to join the FBI's Citizen Academy for community leaders and was keynote speaker for their graduation. Eileen was a staff writer on the animated children's series Lego Friends 2023 - 2024 and has a feature film in development with Roserock Films on the WB lot.
On stage, she has tackled challenging roles in many new plays with emerging playwrights from The Actors Studio. She was the lead in multiple musicals including "Cinderella", "The Little Shop of Horrors" and "Dracula".
Perhaps what is most unique about Eileen is her extreme life experience and what she does with it. Her indomitable spirit is a constant inspiration to others. She draws on her extreme life experience to create dramatic characters with gut-wrenching emotional depth and compassion, on stage, on screen, and in her writing.
