The first time comic Elon Gold met Larry David was at a 2017 panel discussion between Alan Dershowitz — famed civil liberties attorney-cum-Trump-era Martha’s Vineyard social pariah — and conservative talk-show host Dennis Prager. Following the event, Gold approached the “Curb Your Enthusiasm” creator and star, who attended at the behest of then-friend Dershowitz (with whom David has since had a widely publicized falling out).
“I said, ‘What’d you think of the debate?’” Gold recalls. “And Larry said, ‘I was annoyed the whole time. I was bothered the whole time.’ And I’m like, ‘What happened?’ And he goes, ‘I saw someone that I knew, and I tapped the person in front of me to tap the person in front of him, and he refused.’”
Gold responded, “He didn’t forward the tap.”

After more than 100 episodes, the world is still bugging Larry David. He's confirmed that Curb Your Enthusiasm will return for a 12th season on HBO.
A semi-autobiographical comedy series, the Curb Your Enthusiasm TV show stars creator David as an over-the-top version of himself. The cast also includes Susie Essman, Jeff Garlin, Cheryl Hines, J.B. Smoove, Ted Danson, and Richard Lewis. Guests include Tracey Ullman, Woody Harrelson, Julie Bowen, Jon Hamm, Bill Hader, Lucy Liu, Seth Rogen, Elon Gold, Josh Gad, and Albert Brooks. The series continues to prove how seemingly trivial details of one's day-to-day life -- a cold cup of coffee, a stained shirt, a missing toothbrush -- can precipitate a catastrophic chain of events. “Curb Your Enthusiasm” will return for Season 12, Larry David confirmed on Sunday night.
David broke the news at an Emmys event at the DGA presented by HBO Max. The event included a screening of Season 11 episode “The Watermelon” as well as a live panel discussion hosted by Rich Eisen and featuring David, executive producer Jeff Schaffer, Jeff Garlin, Susie Essman, J.B. Smoove, Cheryl Hines and Richard Lewis.
As Eisen wrote on Twitter, “So, I was honored to emcee an [Emmys] panel for ‘Curb Your Enthusiasm’ tonight here in LA with most of the cast and asked Larry David the ultimate question: Will there be another season of Curb? He said yes.”
No further details about Season 12 were announced.
The news is especially exciting because “Curb’s” return is never a sure thing. With 11 seasons spread out over 21 years, the series operates only when David feels inspired to write more of it.

I debated titling this recap "Testicle Festival," but since we never found out what caused the victim -- a rich poser at a rock & roll fantasy camp, murdered by a fellow camper -- to have a prosthetic gonad, it didn't feel right. For me, the fantasy camp fell a little flat -- I didn't know the guy playing famous guest guitarist Erik Dalton was Josh Todd from Buckcherry. I just sorta thought he looked like Carey Hart. Nor did I understand how cool it was that Michael Des Barres played the camp's frontman, Simon Graham, until I looked him up online.

Tamara Taylor has revealed that her character in Bones will start a new relationship soon. Taylor told Popeater that Elon Gold will play a love interest for Dr. Camille Saroyan in future episodes of the show. "My love interest, it's so typical Cam," she said. "It's completely inappropriate and completely the wrong way to go about things. But she sort of lands in a mess - a whole, funny sweet mess. And that's how the love interest is introduced." Taylor added that she is looking forward to the scenes, explaining: "Oh my gosh, I'm so excited. Usually Cam is sleeping with other (more)...

"Bones" fans, we know a few of you have strong feelings about Rena Sofer's upcoming stint on the show.
Her character, Dr. Catherine Bryar -- who makes her first appearance on April 22 -- will be romancing Booth, but let's be real: This isn't going to be a long-term thing.
So let's all breathe and wait to see how it plays out.
Perhaps it could be a good thing. Maybe it'll put B&B's feelings for one another in better focus?
I mean, just look at the way Brennan's eyeballing her in this pic...
We get why Tamara Taylor called Dr. Bryar "Brennan-lite" ...
Especially when we see her and Booth so close...
Ok, let's all take a step back here.
Everyone cool?

When a show reaches 100 episodes, it's a pretty big deal. Especially if said show was bounced around the schedule and threatened with the Friday night "death slot" for years.
After all that drama and years of hard work, one might expect to see "Bones" executive producer Stephen Nathan giddy over the series' milestone event.
But it apparently took some time for him to fully realize what they'd done.
"I wasn't really aware of how fabulous it was until today," Nathan tells Korbi TV in the video clip below. "When everybody was gathered [to toast 'Bones'] and you see all the faces of everybody who [has] made the show possible, supported it, it's really wonderful. It's just a terrific thing. And to realize the fans have been so loyal and supported the show ... it's just a tremendous, tremendous accomplishment. This is the award, I think, that everybody should aspire to."

In roughly 74 hours, "Bones"' 100th episode will air on the east coast.
Kids, you're almost there.
But this promo is such a tease. We know you're dying.
So Korbi TV has decided to ease your pain during these last few torturous days.
You'll find a clip or three from the milestone episode below, plus a little extra scoop.
Please enjoy...
"Bones" creator Hart Hanson did promise earlier this year that we'll see Booth and Brennan deal with Sweets' assertion that they're in love. So, yeah, this might not be the only time it's brought up in the hour.
See the look on Booth's face when he first sees Brennan? That could possibly be an important thing to note.
Oh, Booth. Underestimating what Brennan can do? You really should've noted how helpful she can be. Could've saved you some serious trouble later...

When a series makes it to 100 episodes, it generally has the following: Solid fan support, interesting storylines and chemistry within the cast.
But as you'll see in the video clip below, "Bones" stars David Boreanaz (Booth) and Emily Deschanel (Brennan) are clearly lacking in the chemistry department.
J/K, kids! J/K!
Whether it's Deschanel surprising Boreanaz by using a sports metaphor or talking about the initial Booth and Brennan meeting, these two obviously have that special "lightning in a bottle" something which keeps us coming back every week.
So what about that initial meeting between the two characters? Did they hit it off right away?
"There are a lot of emotions that happen throughout this episode--" Deschanel says in the clip below.
"Snap, crackle, pop!" Boreanaz interrupts.
"--of our first case together," Deschanel continues. "A lot of different, conflicting, strange, strong, emotions."
Hmmmm...

"Bones" is back!
After an insanely long hiatus, the series returns this week (April 1) with the first of eight all new hours -- including the 100th episode on April 8.
Woohoo!!
To celebrate the occasion, Korbi TV kicks off "'Bones' Week" -- new interviews every day -- with some quality Tamara Taylor (Cam) time.
Read on for her thoughts on Cam's new man, being hated by fans, the Gravedigger and more ...
We need to celebrate because Cam's finally getting a love interest.
Tamara Taylor: Yes, a love interest! How cool is that?! And do you love that they cast [comedian] Elon Gold? I love him, he's so funny.
I think it's fantastic casting and I'm just so glad it's happening. We've been asking for this for years!
Tt: And they heard us! It's a little inappropriate how she [finds him], but we'll take it. He's a gynecologist. Which is totally okay.

While Bones fans are quite displeased over the casting of Rena Sofer as a potential love interest for Booth, they might not be as critical of this announcement:
Elon Gold will debut on the show in April in the potentially recurring role of a love interest for Camille.
The actor has guest-starred on The Mentalist and was a series regular on Fox’s short-lived Pamela Anderson sitcom Stacked. Let's never speak of that again.
Earlier this month, Bones producer Stephen Nathan told Entertainment Weekly that Cam will meet her new man “in a very bizarre way.” He also said the romance “complicates [Cam's] relationship with her adopted daughter, Michelle.”
Hmmm... interesting. Bones returns with a new episode on April 1.

So it’s April. It’s the Los Angeles stop of this past year’s Fango Weekend of Horrors. In the midst of experiencing L.A. and being so close to this horror industry for the first time, I’m standing at the Fangoria booth just kind of throwing words around with attendees and colleagues, about movies, music, comics and well, geek stuff.
Up to the table comes the young J.D. After high fiving over many joint favorite films and the fact that we’re both from New York, J.D. tells me about his slasher script, which he’s all gung ho that he’ll make. One of the best TV writing staffs ever assembled mostly delivers on its promise
Not a big hit during its initial 1996 run, The Dana Carvey Show has gained a certain legendary status less for its actual episodes, which were previously difficult to see, than by the notoriety of its staff during the years that followed. Aside from Carvey himself, the show was written and acted by Steve Carrell, Stephen Colbert, Charlie Kaufman, Robert Smigel, Louis C.K., Dino Stamatopoulos, Bill Chott and Spike Ferestein. Just knowing who’s in the group, it’s easy to see why the common assumption had been that it must’ve been brilliant and cancelled for being too ahead of its time.

Jimmy Fallon, Martin Short hosting JFL galas
TORONTO -- Martin Short, Jason Alexander and Jimmy Fallon will host their own galas at the second annual Just for Laughs Toronto Festival in July, organizers said Tuesday.
Veteran American ventriloquist Jeff Dunham will also perform at Toronto's Massey Hall.
Other Just for Laughs highlights include comic showcases including the Asian Invasion, hosted by Canadian stand-up Sugar Sammy and to feature Jo Koy, and the Italian-themed Wiseguys show, headlined by the Doo-Wops, Joey Kola and Dom Irrera.
Just for Laughs COO Bruce Hills said the Toronto edition will remain tailored for a consumer market, unlike the industry-oriented Montreal run July 10-20 that attracts L.A. talent scouts and executives.
For its sophomore run, Just for Laughs Toronto will also for the first time fill local comedy clubs. The Headliners series at Yuk Yuk's will showcase Wendy Liebman, Kevin Hart, Gerry Dee, Al Madrigal, Australian comic Adam Hills, Jeff Ross and Elon Gold. The Absolute Comedy club will host a Canadian comic showcase, hosted by Debra DiGiovanni, while Second City will host "The Sketch Show", headlined by Craig Robinson.
