Veteran career working actress had TV roles on John Ritter's "Hooperman" (regular), and "Married With Children" (recurring), among many others. On Broadway in "Oh Dad, Poor Dad"," Hello Dolly" (Minnie Faye), "The Last Analysis" by Saul Bellow, "Two Gentleman of Verona"(Tony Award Winner Best Musical!), and "Two Weeks Somewhere Else". Off Broadway appeared in the first U.S. production of a Caryl Churchill play "Owners", in Tom Eyen's "What is Making Gilda so Grey", the original "House of Blue Leaves", and her own play "Modern Romances". Seen in Law and Order spin-off "Conviction", and 100's of commercials. Starred in Adrienne Shelly's film "Lois Lives a Little" (nominated best actress Cable Ace Award) , featured in Jonathan Demme's first big Hollywood film "Citizen's Band", and in the immortal cult film "Rock and Roll High School" with the Ramones. She starred in Jo Firestone's "Singles Retreat" and also her "Good Timing", nominated for a Critic's Choice award on the Peacock Channel. Recently won Best Actress for the indie "Springtime Forever" at the Nice International Film Festival
