Walking in Circles
Walking In Circles is a project that began in July of 2010 when Creator/Writer James Rodehaver handed the first episode to his long time best friend and co-conspirator, Adam Rady. Adam was skeptical at first, as James had never before finished a story heÂ’d started. Skepticism turned to amazement as the episodes kept coming, and amazement turned to outright terror when he realized he was going to have to actually film it.
From there the duo turned to the friends theyÂ’d made since moving to LA just a year prior. As they showed the scripts to more and more people, the support, encouragement and even financial backing they received lent them the courage necessary to start pouring all of their money into equipment, costumes, and props. They test filmed each episode in their apartment and once the scripts were ready it was time to cast.
Actors assembled, crew conscripted and scripts in hand it was time to get down to business. It was then that they learned that all their preparations were mostly for naught. Locations previously scouted were found unusable. Costumes crumbled under intense usage. Entire portions of the script had to be re-edited on the spot. Props broke, planes and boats ruined hours of audio, the weather went crazy. But for all of that the cast and crew stuck with the project and turned out amazing film day after day.
Now, we present to you, Walking In Circles: An Epic Tale About Dragons NÂ’ Stuff. Starring Eric Radic as Krag, Katie Wilson as Angie, Jonah Priour as Garand, Adam Rady as Markus and a host of amazing guest stars, this series is a hilarious look into the lives of an adventuring party. Sometimes a quest is an epic journey; sometimes itÂ’s just another day at work.
Season 1 runs 11 episodes long but the adventure doesnÂ’t have to end there. Currently, Walking In Circles is looking for funds to bring season 2 to life.
