Darkest Hour (2017)
Brilliant acting by Gary Oldman. Good Film.
This drama was really good. Gary Oldman did a fantastic job as Winston Churchill in this movie. The rest of the cast did a fantastic job as well. This true story about Winston Churchill's life was very dramatic and inspirational. It gives the viewers an insight of what decisions he had to make in order to bring victory to Great Britain during WW2 and what made him a great prime minister. If you haven't seen this movie yet, check it out sometime. It's a must see.
The Shape of Water (2017)
Wonderful romance between a mute and a creature!
Very visually pleasing and easy on the eyes. Definitely not for everyone but I loved this story and it was such an interesting take on a love story. Very well developed characters people you may not relate to exactly but you have empathy for them in all aspects.
The Runway (2010)
Refreshing and adorable story of different cultures, communucation and life in a small village in Ireland.
A wonderful little Irish film. Not to be missed. Well acted and a witty script. Not a single digitally enhanced scene and no shot is fired. Amazing.
Avengers: Endgame (2019)
Super Amazing Aisuals....GREAT FILM
Though it may have too much humour for a final, emotional thrill ride, ENDGAME is the closing that everyone was waiting for and needed. It has scenes that will shock and emotionally move long time fans and boasts heart stopping action sequences.
Platoon (1986)
The greatest war movie of all time.
Fantastic film portraying the internal conflict soldiers face within themselfs and with each other. Struggles with innocence, morality, duty and what is "right" in a chaotic war zone make Platoon much deeper than just another entertaining war film.
Lupt (2018)
Interesting movie
I really liked this movie and the concept for it was original. What makes Lupt work is the relationship between the characters. First-time feature film director Prabhuraj succeeds to create a horror film that was visually good as it was emotionally high.
The emotional ride was largely due to the effective performance of Jaaved Jaaferi as father.
Lupt is a modern day horror film that frightens you with it's story and it's intense believable acting and terrifying premise.
