The one thing this has going for it is the use of color. But if the film drags on with zero tension and no payoff then...how do I put this...who cares? The ending is a complete cop-out, the opening credits are a ripoff of Se7en, and the majority of the runtime is the protagonist breathing heavily and jumping at random noises. You could watch a cat and get the same effect.
