WWE 2k15 (2014 Video Game)
4/10
Disappinted!
8 June 2015
When I first heard that 2K will release this game on PC, I was overjoyed and was dreaming with it because WWE 2K14 was an ultimate success on all levels and really smashed the previous decayed

Raw vs Smackdown series of games released by THQ, I was amazed by WWE 2K14 and was sure that 2K will do the same if not better on WWE 2K15, and I remembered how much I and a huge no of wrestling games fans were really disappointed when we knew that 2K won't release a PC version of it and watched the great videos and high quality matches on youtube with great envy and were sorry that we don't have a PlayStation 3 or an XBOX 360 gamesets

I was really counting the days till at last the day has come and I brought the PC version and started it on my PC and I was totally disappointed to find the following:

  • Almost no classic legends and wrestlers

  • Limited types of matches (No Buried alive matches, ambulance matches, First Blood matches, Bra and Panties matches) - Limitedtypes and number of moves

  • Repeated speeches from the commentaries and themes

  • Not allowed to play mixed matches between Divas and male superstars and no mixed Tag team matches

  • Slow close compat scenes and boring repeated types of reversals

  • No interaction with the crowd in the arenas

I was hoping to have some legendary matches of legends and new wrestlers like: Undertaker vs Andre the Giant in an ambulance match, Tito Santana vs Shawn Michaels in a TLC match, Yokozuna vs King Kong Bundy in a Cage match, John Cena vs Jimmy Snuka, Lex Luger vs Bob Backlund in a Hardcore match, Vince McMahon in a 3 on 1 match against Stephanie, Lita and A. J. Lee, Tripple H vs the Iron Sheik in a submission match, Goldberg vs Tony Atlas in an Iron man match, A buried alive match between Andre the Giant vs Big Show in a 3 stages of Hell match, a casket match between Rey Mysterio and Doink the clown or a Bra and panties match between Wendy and A. J. Lee and so on

I was hoping that 2K will try to rectify its mistake of not releasing WWE 2K14 on PCs by releasing an outstanding version of WWE 2K15 especially for the angry PC users but it seems that I was dreaming

What I really did was to throw away the new game I brouht of WWE 2K15 and returned back to play my favourite classic PS2 game of (Here Comes the Pain) which is really much better in my point of view

Sorry 2K *** Lo'ay

Warning: Spoilers
I used to watch Leslie Nelson and laugh from my heart

But I really don't know why he's trying a lot to prove that he's a Jew .. a Zionist and Muslim-hater?!!

In a strange and meaningless scene in this movie he insults (On purpose) an Arab and hits him and when the guy fall down (As if he's kneeling and praying) Leslie Nelso says in cold blood "Muslim Praying"!!

Well, first of all I want to ask Mr Leslie Nelson: Why?! and for what purpose are you insulting a religion of God?! why is this U G L Y deep hatred and RACISM?!

As a Jew or even as a normal human being, you're supposed to respect and value other people's religions and dogmas

By the way Mr Nelson: Have you ever read about any religion in your life including your own Jewish dogmas?

If you did .. then you'll know that kneeling to God and praying is not only (Muslim Praying) but even in Judaism and Chritianity you have to kneel before God .. if you read the bible you'll see that clearly in the Torah, the old and the new testaments and here are some examples:

  • Genesis 17:17 => Then Abraham fell upon his face - Revelation 7:11 => and fell before the throne on their faces, and worshiped God - Matthew 26:39 => And he (Jesus) went a little farther, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying O my father - Psalm 95:6 => O come, let us worship and bow down: let us kneel before the LORD our maker - 2 Chronicles 20:18 => And Jehoshaphat bowed his head with his face to the ground: And all Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem fell before the LORD, Worshipping the LORD

If you didn't read (Which is obvious) then I think that this may be the chance to do so .. Who knows .. May be this helps a soul like yours

Heathen AND Silly!!
18 September 2009
The worst and the most heathen idea that a respected writer, director producer and cast can think of

Oh my god!! Is that creativity and new thinking that we make fun of our god?!

To make him be performed in person as a silly character?! And to make god to spare his great powers to a silly miserable human of his own creation??!! And that this miserable human uses the great powers of GOD for his own stupid mortal benefits??!!!

Oh I'm really disappointed that such a group of good actors go to act in such shallow and heathen picture

Why Morgan??!! I used to love you and respect you .. About Jim and Jen I don't care a bit about them as their rankings and careers are continuously degrading since this movie till now .. I'm not sorry for them as they've decided to commit their own career suicide by their own free will ..

Please everyone we need to return to god .. To be true believers the he is only one god .. God created the universe, the skies an earth, the humans and all the creatures and the paradise and the hell ..

God is only one, he is the first and he is the last he has no wife or sons, he wasn't born and has no sons

Nothing is like god in the whole universe.. God is the light of the skies and earth ..

God sent us the prophets like Mosses, Jessus and Mohamed (peace be upon them all) to learn us to worship him and to follow his orders and to get closer to him to be eligible to have his blessings and to be eligible to enter the paradise ..

That's the real great faith. That's the real great way. That's the real great win ..

Sorry Jimmy *** Loay

Really a classic Maserpiece
21 May 2009
This is really a great movie in all measures: Adventures, historical, romance, comedy and more ..

Really you can easily imagine the great budget of this movie from the plane models built especially for the movie, the huge staff of the actors, the performers in the leading and supporting rules where all really talented ..

As this movie was in the era of the cold was, Russia wasn't mentioned at all in this movie, also as this film was in the 60s which was in the era of the (After the WWII), this was the idea behind representing the German Col. Manfried to look like a dumb and causing a series of comedy scenes .. also it made a fool of the Japanese pilot that he was the first to fail in the race ..

A really great picture, great performance .. worths to be watched in all the time !! *** Lo'ay

The Jetsons (1962–1963)
8/10
The Future from the 60s point of view
17 May 2009
The Jestons was a great creations of Hanna-Barbera who are the inverse of the great successful Flintstones show which represents a family living in the stone age, this show introduces a future view of the world in the end of the 21st century, and how the world is developed to have flying cars, sky pod houses that can be raised to be above the clouds or lowered to be in the normal heights, interactive robots and gadgets, TV and video calls and flying cars travels to everywhere in the galaxy .. All that and more are presented by the impressive golden touch of Hanna-Barbera

The main heroes in this show were:

George Jetson => The father of the family, an employee for Cosmo Spacely's company and is living a great family life with his family and in the same time trying to satisfy his short tempered boss: Mr Spacely in a series of comedy scenes, he's typically a model for the 60s American employee !!

Jaine Jetson => George's wife, a really modern 60s woman

Judy Jetson => Their Teenage daughter, loves the Rock n' Rool and is always in a state of a new love or out of a failed love story!!

Elroy Jetson => A 12 years old short kid, his mind is very matured and is genius in the electronics and inventions

Rosie => A Robot-maid that works for the Jetsons family, Rosie is a nice example of mid-aged English house keeper that is strict with quite a scenes of humor, Rosie had joined the family since the 1st episode in 1962

Astro => A space dog that is somewhat reminds us with (Dino) from the Flintstones show, this strange dog almost can talk ..!!

Henry => He's the porter of the house, a genius technician and is so loyal to George Jetsns

Mac => A dumb robot that helps Henry and is in love with Rosie

Mr Cosmo Spacely => George's boss, A great example of a greedy 60s American boss that all the time working strictly and trying to make the best use of Jetson

Really it was a smiling view of the future that is all easy and automated and the work is as easy as pushing a button .. with the scale frame of the 60s .. No pollution, No starving, No wars, No Nukes .. really a smiling future view ..

Although this show was made with almost complete world but it didn't have the golden charisma and success of the Flintstones, it stopped several times which made Hanna-Barbera to invest the over success of the Flintstones to make a collective movie gathering both the Flintstones and the Jetsons in 1987 in (The Jetsons meet the Flintstones) and then made a pioneer new look movie for the Jetsons in 1990 (The Jetsons - The movie) which was highly tech. cartoon with a very high color and animation quality with the same characters and ideas which came quite strong Also there's a rumor that a new movie will be introduced for the Jetsons in 2012 ..

After all, we can say (A Good cartoon from the nice Golden era)

Forrest Gump (1994)

The life through the eyes of Forrest Gump
7 May 2009
This is really the best movie I had ever seen in my whole life.. incredible .. stunning .. magnificent and sensitive ..

I saw this movie for the first time when I was in the university in the middle of the 90s and I was really amazed of the great performance by Tom Hanks and the great motion and effects and screenplay by the genius Robert Zemics ..

The movie talks about the history of Forrest Gump .. a low IQed kid who could live and amazingly succeed in the life with his own self and with his pure soul and simple mind ..

Forrest lived really great historical events in the American history such like: The end of the American era of Racism against the blacks, Kennedy's rise and assassination, The cold war, The 1st man on the moon, The American failure in Vietnam, the era of the Heapies and punks, Watergate and the resign of Nixon, the failed assassination trial on Regan .. He met a lot of important key characters (Which were presented live and in complete interaction with Forrest Gump by the Genius effects and mixing by Zemics) like: Elvis Presley, John F. Kennedy, John Lennon, Johnson and Nixon ..

All his life was full of surprises and hits of golden touches of luck .. he went to Vietnam and was the only survivor of his unit, he became a millionaire and the owner of a great shrimp investment enterprise and a famous personality but he has never changed or skipped his innocent dreams of principals ..

His world was limited in his mom (Sally Field), His only love in life Jenny (Robin Penn), His unit Lt. in Vietnam and later his friend and partner Lt. Dan Taylor (Gary Sinise), His only friend and inspirer Bubba (Mykelti Williamson) and with these characters he was living his dreams and whole life .. a life of complete innocence and purity ..

A Genius look from Robert Zemics was the flying white feather .. A feather that is flying and wandering in the air .. and is motioned only by the force of the air breezes .. this represent the life and nature of Forrest Gump .. to live the life with its currents and incidents and to be able to survive and take it simply in each condition ..

Really this was the best ever role performed by Tom Hanks which was REALLY great and magnificent .. also the role of Gary Sinise was great .. I almost believed that his legs were really cut off !! The life through Forrest Gump's eyes are really different .. simpler .. nicer and brighter ..

Thanks Tommy!! *** Lo'ay

Not even close to the original story .. ugh!!
5 May 2009
Warning: Spoilers
It's really a shame to call this movie (The man in the iron mask), it should be called (The idiots in the paper mask!!) .. really this movie DID destroy the charm and the glory of the original Alexandre Dumas père's novel with fatal mistakes and distortions !! Take for example:

  • The 3 musketeers (D'Artagnan, Athos, Porthos and Aramis) were the original heroes of this novel and not Leonardo DiCaprio (King Louis XIV and his twin)

  • Athos wasn't that grave looking guy - Porthos wasn't a desperate, dumb pimp that in a moment wants to suicide and in the other moment offering a prostitute to the twin of king Louis XIV ...

  • D'Artagnan was the main Character of this novel - In the original story

  • Porthos died by the soldiers of king Louis XIV trying to escape and defend his comrade Aramis

  • In the original story: Athos died after his son

  • In the original story, D'Artagnan died in the war between France and Netherlands in the day he was promoted to be the grand Marshall to all the French army and this was the end of the story

  • In the original story (Marchialli) the twin of king Louis XIV was captured by D'Artagnan and couldn't escape at all and the whole plan was destroyed

  • It's a shame to say that the cardinal was the real father of king Louis XIV and his twin and not king Louis XIII

  • Leonardo DiCaprio - by any measure- is not suitable to perform the role of king Louis XIV and his twin

Really I was shocked when I saw this movie which is by any measure not even close to the real great novel

A Society of Kids
6 April 2009
Warning: Spoilers
This masterpiece was originally based on the famous great deep novel written by Willian Golding, and this movie is the most close version to the original novel

The story is very deep and effective and could be understood in many levels and perceptions, it can be understood as an adventure of a group of castaway lost kids or it can be understood as an example of the native human needs of developing society and system of life under the threats of the brutality and primitive rituals

The story's begin is not clear, really the reason of the traveling of the kids from their school in England to the tropical island is not clear either in the version of the novel or in the 1963s or in the 1990s version of the movie, as the kids themselves in the novel don't know why did they take the plane, only a clue may be taken from Piggy when he said to Ralph in the 1st chapter "Atomic bombs you know" and it could be understood as the threat of nuclear bombing - may be due to a world war (I think Golding meant the WWII) - that forced the authorities to make a group of school students (between 6 to 14 years old) travel by plane to an unknown destination (May be to distant BRITHISH COLONY..ugh!!) .. another version of the movie says that this was a normal school trip (To the tropical islands??!!) .. anyway the plane crashes and nobody survives except the kids of the school on a small deserted unknown tropical island, here we discover closely some characters of these kids:

  • Ralph => A noble 14 years old kid who was elected by the kids to be their chief, he was strict, organized and concentrating on the rules and on finding a way to get the kids rescued

  • Jack Meriedo => A Tough greedy 14 years old kid, eager to be the leader by force, wanted to create a brutal community (A tribe as he call it) that of hunters free of rules and culture, concentrates always on hunting the pig and then the beast and he created the idea of the head of the pig as a gift to the mysterious beast as to be protected, for the human natural development and culture, the pig's head which was then got rotten and stinks and surrounded with flies (Yuk!!) is the symbol of the protection, then the symbol of the tribe, then a sacred symbol and finally a worshiped god and idol which is the start of heathenism!! A rotten stinky ugly pig's head which is surrounded with flies became their Lord of the flies!! A virtual god!!

  • Piggy => A 12 years old kid that is nerd, fat with glasses, because of his name and shape he becomes the gag of kids although his kind heart and matured brain, he represent the abandoned voice of wisdom and mind, his great importance comes from his pair of glasses which were used to make fire, one of his glasses was broken by Jack Merido and was killed at last by a fallen rock by Roger (Jacks right arm) as a stupid gag which had shaken the kids

  • Simon => A 10 years old helpful lonely kid that was killed by Jack's tribe without mercy during on of their brutal festivals

This movie represent to us how could the wild life turn innocent school kids into living merciless beasts and monsters living the wild life like the brutal native human .. at first the kids elected Ralph to be their leader and afterwords Jack splatted and created his own hunters tribe to become the leader of the island .. he ordered the kill of the pigs to have food to feed the kids, and the kids then experienced the killing of a life .. he ordered the kill of Simon which was by mistake, then the kids started to experience the blood of the human beings, the Piggy was killed and the kids turned into beasts and wanted to HUNT Ralph as a wild beast .. they ran after him to hunt him and at the last moment .. they found a navy officer!! the help has arrived at last .. the navy squad saw a group of shapeless kids with torn and dirty clothes and colorful faces, they thought that the kids were playing .. that the kids spent all the time playing on the island .. may be after all it was a game .. but it was a game of life and death!!

A Genius simple idea created by William Golding who seems to have and control all the keys of the human nature .. the tendency for leadership, the tendency for the entropy and Chaos, the tendency to create and manipulate the inner unknown human fears from the mystery and unknown subjects, the tendency to crate a protective idol .. the evil and cruelty within the humans ..

The 1963s movie version was really much better than the 1990s as it was closer to the novel and was much better performed by the kids

The Birth of Woody Woodpecker
24 March 2009
This Short, although it's an Andy Panda's but is so remarkable as it's where famous Woody the Woodpecker has appeared for the very first time, although his first appearance didn't indicate the fame he gained afterward but it indicated the very first characteristics of the funny, full of life and motion, colorful and crazy bird!!

The episode starts with that Andy is telling his father the fairy quote that says: To catch a bird, you've to put salt on its tail, all at once, they hear a loud continuous knock on the wooden roof of their home, when papa Panda goes to check the roof, he finds that a strange Woodpecker (Woody) is pecking on the wooden roof, papa panda tries to catch him in vain with all possible ways, in a series of funny and comedy scenes, papa panda fails to catch the crazy woodpecker, while Andly succeeds at the end by putting the salt on its tail ..

In this short and in the 1st scene that Woody Woodpecker appears in front of papa Panda, he says his famous quote that reserved and became Woody's trademark afterward:"Guess Who?!" Of course Woody in his first appearance wasn't perfect and tuned in shape and voice, his shape wasn't quite the same as his traditional shape as he was rather in a shape of a fat bird instead of the decent little light bird afterward, also his belly was in dark red color instead of the white belly afterward, his head was smaller with longer nozzle and long neck instead of the reasonable head with the cute little sharp nozzle afterward, of course these modifications were made by his genius creator Walter Lantz to reach the best ever shape and figure, also his voice wasn't exactly the same birdie unrepeatable voice, his voice was made by the all-time-great performer Mel Blanc which is -in my opinion- the best ever voice performer of all time, Mel Blanc performed the voice of Woody Woodpecker from 1940 till 1950, afterward and in a strange coincidence as Walter Lantz stated afterward, his wife Grace Lantz, wanted to perform the voice of Woody, at 1st Lantz refused and he made an announcement that he needs a new performer to perform the voice of the Woodpecker, Grace submitted in the contest by another name and won, Lantz - to his amazement - discovered that his wife is the best performer that can perform the voice of Woody the Woodpecker and since then, and for more than 30 years Grace Lantz continued to perform the voice of Woody Woodpecker in the period from 1950 till 1980 and for more than 150 Woody's episodes ..

Walter Lantz stated a lot of times that the idea and creation of the character of Woody Woodpecker came as a result of a funny story that - strangely - almost the same as in the short movie Knock Knock, that when he was with his wife Grace in their honey moon in the country side, they were staying in a wooden little house, and at one early morning he woke up after hearing loud knocks on the wooden roof of the house, when he went up to check he found nothing, after a while, the knock continued .. after several times of going up and down for checking the source of knocking, he discovered that there's a little woodpecker pecking that roof .. and then the idea came into Lantz's mind to create a character from this Woodpecker, This was really the great ever masterpiece of Lantz as Woody became so famous and known for both children and elders as well ..

Lantz had already so many famous characters before Woody like Dinky Doodle which was in the 1920s and 1930s, Oswald the lucky rabbit in the 1930s, Andly Panda in 1930s, 1940s and 1950s, Space mouse in 1930s and 1940s, also he had characters that appeared after Woody like Chilly Willy in 1950s till 1980s, Beary bear in 1950s till 1980s and inspector Wiggly in 1950s and 1960s but Woody was the most famous and none of them reached his fame

Woody Woodpecker has a secret unrepeatable charm that made his fame, Woody is a birdie character but he's not similar to the his era's birdie cartoon characters like Donald Duck or Daffy Duck, this secret charm depends on the creative mind of Walter Lantz, Lantz has continuously developed Woody and created to him different environments and conditions, Woody had adventures almost every where in the world from the arctic polar snow to the heat of the deserts, from the bottoms of the sea to the far planets of space, Had adventures almost in all the times of history with integrated world of different supporting characters and villains like Wally Walrus, Buzz Buzzard, Dooley and the mad Deutsch doctor ...

The creativity of Walter Lantz made him one of the best ever genius creative cartoon producers in all time like Walt Disney and Tex Avery

Thanks Walt *** Lo'ay

The Reverse story of Benjamin Button
1 March 2009
This is really one of the best movies I've ever watched lately, It's really almost optimum in all (Performance, makeup, photography, selection of the characters, places and decorations, ...) really this masterpiece deserved all it was nominated for ..

The story is mainly about the reading in the dairy of Benjamin Button, these diaries were read by Caroline (Julia Ormond) - A young lady - to her dying mother: Mrs Daisy (Cate Blanchett) in the hospital under a quite threat of a nearing twister heading to this hospital ..

The dying mother Daisy mentioned the story of the great clock in the station which was designed and manufactured by Monsieur Gateau (Faune A. Chambers)in 1918, as a result for his great sorrow and pain for the loss for his only son in the great war, he had designed the clock to tick backwards in the reverse direction and he went away ..

The diaries were dated on 1985 and were written by Benjamin Button, he talked about his strange and curious case since his birth, his mother died after she gave him birth in 1918 after the end of the great WWI, his father was obsessed by the idea that the baby is a freak, got rid of him by leaving him at the door of a retirement care house, A maid in this retirement house called Queenie (Taraji P. Henson) found him and took care of him as a son to her as she has a problem and can't give birth to a baby ..

It was found that he baby had all the diseases and look of an aging dying old man (An old man of about 85 years old !!) like the cataract, deafness, .. etc and the doctor predicted that the baby won't last living more than days or weeks at most!! The baby lived .. and had grown up under the care of the kind Queenie to be like a very old man like those in the retirement house .. as he was 5 years old he looked like an 80 years old aging man ..

By time it was clear that Benjamin Button was getting younger in body and look while he was getting older and more mature in mentality over the time. he had regained the ability to walk normally, his hearing became better and his sight became sharper .. he met Daisy (Cate Blanchett) as she was a little child living with her old grandmother Tizzy in the retirement house, Daisy liked Benjamin and liked to be closer to him since the first time she saw him ...

Life went on with Benjamin who was getting younger and younger .. and he gained the experiences of life as he was getting younger, he learned to drink, make love and relationships and to work .. he faced a lot of situations like facing a German U-boat on the boat he was working on .. he found his father Mr Thomas Button who told him the truth about his life before he die ..

Finally he found Daisy again .. she was working as a famous Ballet dancer and living a dissolute life and ignored him .. she had a terrible accident in Paris and everybody left her except him .. this made her love him in return .. now she was 43 years old while he was in the form of a young man in the middle of 30s of his age .. they lived in a continuous love .. she became pregnant and gave birth ..

They realized that time is stronger than them .. Daisy became older and Benjamin became younger and he realized that he can no longer live with her and take care of the baby Caroline .. and so he left them and went away ..

At last Benjamin became an old boy and then a baby .. old Daisy took care of him .. at the end of year 2002 .. the old station clock made by Monsieur Gateau was replaced by a new one .. in the year 2003 and in a tragic scene .. between the arms of Daisy, Benjamin dies .. after the end of the story the dying Daisy dies in peace ..

Really a great picture and performance and one of the best ever movies I had ever seen to Brad Pitt who reached the top in his performance in performing the different ages of Benjamin Button and also by Cate Blanchett which was in her best roles as Daisy as a teenager girl and a dancer with no sense of responsibility then a lover then a mother and an old lady ..

also the makeup, directing and decorations were excellent and returning us back to the days of the 30s, 40s, and 50s with high professionalism .. also the great human meanings and scenes .. You are you .. you are your soul and not only your body .. love has no age or era ..

Thanks Braddie !! *** Lo'ay

Babysitter Woody
23 January 2009
One of Lantz's genius Woody's shorts, really funny and full of movements and action with some out-of-the-routine techniques ..

The episode starts with Woody in a babysitting office, he receives a phone call from Mrs J. T. MoneyBills asking him for his services for her baby for 50$, Woody accepts greedily thinking he'll have easy 50$ for just watching TV while the baby is asleep, When the baby starts to cry .. Woody discovers to his great surprise that the baby is a giant gorilla!! an African gorilla was brought by Mr and Mrs MoneyBills in a Safari trip to Africa ..

Woody starts his hard babysitting job by following instructions from a book, he starts by giving the baby giant gorilla a bottle of milk and trying to put him asleep, the baby gorilla refuses and hence Woody -in a series of funny and comedy scenes= tries to force him to sleep by tiring him by games, all the games and tricks comes against Woody, each time Woody gets angry from the job he remembers the 50$ to convince himself to continue in babysitting the baby gorilla, at last Woody puts him asleep by a huge rock on his head, the baby gorilla gets asleep and Woody goes back to watch TV, in an News flash Woody finds that Mr and Mrs MoneyBills has gone to Africa for a new Safari trip!! Woody shouts in desperation: My money!! .. as the money is lost .. Woody shots the plane in the TV !!, he goes to the baby and hits and annoys him .. the baby giant gorilla wakes up and cries .. Woody went back to the living room and starts to jump and dance all around the room A really good cartoon from the golden era of 50th cartoons, I watched this episode in the Woody Woodpecker show when I was about 6 years old I thought that I'd never see it again but I've watched again since about 10 minutes and I really found it joyful *** Lo'ay

Nostradamus Says So !!
16 December 2008
Firstly, let's talk about the movie:

The movie worked professionally with the past historical facts and linked it with Nostradamus' quatrains, facts like The rise and fall of Napoleon, The rise and fall of Hitler, the assassination of Abraham Lincoln, John and Robert Kennedy and the fall of Shah Ali Bahlawy of Iran (Persia as Nostradamus said) and the rise of AyatoAllah Al Khomini .. the interpretations are so good concerning the past and the historical events but the future events (keep in mind that the movie was released in 1981 which is more than a quarter of a century ago) like the destructive earthquakes that will destroy San Francesco, The famine after the coming of the great comet (The movie mentioned the Halley comet which passed near the earth on 1986), and the hilarious interpretation about the third king of terror (Anti-Christ as the movie said) which was shown as a no more than a clown wearing strange outfit which reminds us with the Prince of Persia (lol) as to convince us that the coming king of terror will come from the middle east and will be a Muslim and will start the WWIII between 1994 and 1999!! Hurraaaaay !! of course all these interpretations are fake and didn't happen at all !!

Now let's talk about Nostradamus .. the real one:

All the historical facts and scenes in the movie featuring Nostradamus' life and death are absolutely true and historically authenticated .. the quatrains mentioned in the movie are almost true (with some mistakes from the translation of the quatrains from French to English) What is not correct are the interpretations.. for example:

  • Orson Wells said that Nostradamus mentioned Moselini (Brute, empty minded, ... etc) but there's no evidence that Moselini was mentioned in the prophecies of Nostradamus

  • Nostradamus didn't mention the word Anti-Christ describing Napoleon or Hitler or even the 3rd yet unknown king of terror (By the way, Nostradamus said that his name will be MABUS, he'll ignite a massive destructive war (maybe the WWIII) which will last for 27.5 years) .. the word Anti-Christ is not valid here as they are all not anti-Christs, the Anti-Christ is only one in the world history who'll appear at the end of time .. He didn't come yet .. he has special figure and characteristics known by the Christians and Muslims .. Napoleon was described in his era and since then as an (The Enemy of the Christ) when he insulted the Pope and took the imperial crown from him to put it on his own head, Hitler was described as (The Enemy of the man kind) when he insulted the cross (A Christian holy symbol) and changed it's shape to satisfy the Nazi's propaganda, the 3rd king of terror didn't come yet so how we can describe him as an anti-Christ ?!

  • Killing and torturing the Jews is a crime made by Hitler but that does make him Anti-Semitic and not an Anti-Christ

  • The Quatrain talking about the 3rd king of terror is (Century X Q72):

The year 1999, seventh month, From the sky will come a great King of Terror: To bring back to life the great King of the Mongols, Before and after Mars to reign by good luck.

so The 3rd king of terror can't be Muslim nor Arabian at all .. as Nostradamus described him He's a king (Remember the American dynasty! Bush the Senior and Bush the Junior?!) and he'll come in the seventh month of 1999 (Remeber the American Presidancy elections: Exit William Clinton and Enter G. W. Bush ??!!), he'll return the legacy of Ghengis Khan the king of Mongols (Bush invaded Afghanistan and Iraq, he's quite controlling Pakistan by controlling Musharaf, and is threatening Iran and wants to invade it and also he's tampering with China) ..don't all that remind us with the way of Ghengis Khan) .. The quatrain ends by(before and after war reigns with good luck): so imagine who's luckier than Bush to win all the wars and to destroy his county's resources and economy just to provide more and more money and funds to his infernal military war craft which reigns the world by now .. The King of terror's name as Nostradamus said is MABUS (if we reverse the letter M upside down to be W, transfer the A to be H (very similar 2 letters) and put it in the end of the word then like a magic MABUS will be W BUSH .. VOILA .. got him!!

  • The Anti-Christ is not a Christian or a Muslim as they both believe in Jessus (Eissa in Islam) and can't be against him

  • I agree on the concept that Nostradamus was a strange and unrepeatable phenomenon that he really could see the future and the evidence for that is his prophecies which that are coming true day after day and era after era .. what I don't agree on is the selection, changing and manipulating his prophecies to serve political or Zionist ideas or purposes .. that the 3rd King or terror is a Muslim and death will come from the countries of Islam .. and etc with all that unreal and illogic mambo gambo ... we should consider and make up our minds to know the real hidden truth ...

G. W. Bush is the reason of world's suffering
18 November 2008
This movie is a mix of some key effective characters, the main idea of the movie is to spend the new year's eve (2007/2008) in Cairo and what happened in that night: The main Characters of the movie are:

  • G. W. Bush => Although this president didn't appear as a character in the movie,he was one of the main references in the movie for his unfair judgment on the world's problems, his deviations and support to Israel although its invasions and war crimes, also for his invasion to Iraq, his dictatism and ignorance to the free world's will and his excessive usage for the military forces as a solution for every conflict .. By the way .. By the way, pity that the shoe didn't hit him directly in the face in Baghdad as he deserves !!

  • Hossam (Mahmoud Abdel Aziz) => Was one of the best performers in this movie, working as a tourist guide in an Egyptisn tourism Company located in New York city, he was wounded in his manhood genital in the disaster of September 11 WTCs destructions, since then he tried to have medicines to regain his manhood abilities, he bought a Baby Doll from New York which is a delicate night dress for his wife Sameeha (Solaf Fawakhergy) as to spend a memorable night with her in Egypt trying to regain what he lost, in a series of comedy situations and scenes, he failed to spend any time with her and went back to USA alone

  • Awadeen (Nour El Sheriff) => He was an Egyptian rebel who dreamed to gain the peace in the middle east and to overcome the Israeli invasion, His only love Rachel (Ghada Abdel Razek) - Although she was a Jew who wanted to help the Palestinians by forcing the Israeli forces to leave them to peacefully - was killed brutally under an Iraeli tank by the Israeli invasion forces in Ghaza without mercy, Also he was captured and tortured illegally and by sick and brutal ways in Abu Ghareeb's prison in Iraq on the hands of the American soldiers who made him lose his manhood by cutting it under the supervision of Col. Peter (Gameel Rateb) who was the president of Abu Ghareeb's prison who was a role model of the American military invader Colonel and a cold-blooded unmerciful butcher who believe only in the fake wisdom of G. W. Bush, These conditions turned Awadeen into a bloody killer and a terrorist who seeks only revenge from the Americans and murder them, he also killed Shokry (Gamal Soliman) who was his good follower and adviser when he refused to help him destroying the hotel to kill the American tourists as to get rid of Col. Peter

  • Sarah Shinouda (Laila Elwy) => She was the president of Peace friends' international community, when she was conducting a conference in the hotel talking about her beliefs that the American want to grant the piece and freedom, she discovered the truth of G. W. Bush's politics and her country's real behaviors. She was a Jew and her grand mother was murdered unmercifully in a Nazi camp in Czechoslovakia, She also realized that G.W.B although he's not a Nazi, but he does all that he can to be like as Hitler, he's the root of the political problems since he started ruling USA

  • General Mohsen (Mahmoud Hemeeda) => He was a police officer who was chasing Awadeen to catch him before destroying the hotel to kill the American tourists, at last he seized Awadeen and killed him

It's a mix of big Egyptian and Syrian performers who made this film an alive movie ...

As a conclusion thanks god that G. W. Bush will not have a new presidency period and I hope from god that none else of Bush family rules the USA at any time because 2 of the Bushes are more than enough for the world to overcome in a millennium

Sorry Geo !! *** Lo'ay

Do you believe it ?!
22 June 2008
I admit that I've recently watched the movie (After more than 10 years from its release) .. I've heard about it, read its criticism and knew its plot in general at its time long ago but never seen it until recently ... Oh my god !! Apart from politics and direction of the incidents .. apart from the (Good guys) and (Bad guys) theme .. I want just to impress some concerns ..

The Mr president which was performed by Harrison Ford is really an action star more than a political president as in the movie .. I want to know how could an old president (May be in the middle 50s of 60s years old) alone defeats a group of professional and highly trained and skilled terrorists??!! It was mentioned in the movie that this supreme president was a soldier and served in Vietnam .. but Vietnam was over in the 70th .. now after more than 30 years .. the skills and styles of fighting and one to one combats are now much different than in the time of Vietnam .. also the awesome president should be a retired soldier as he had entered the political track .. and even if he trains daily (If we suppose that he has enough time in his congested presidential schedule) he'll logically still not able to fight against the terrorists in a face to face combat ..

Please take in mind that we are talking about a normal human being and not a super human .. This human was put in a situation in a plane with a bunch of youth merciless terrorists .. a highly skilled plane hijackers .. How can he stand a chance?! ..

The gun fire, Uzis and automatic weapons were shot all over the plane's storage area and even in the plane it self .. and the bullets didn't damage any part of the plane's equipments or or at least hit a wall of the plane and pass throw it and destroying the plane which is the logical case .. So could any one tell me what is the super material the plane made of ?! Also, the super president could at last fly the plane even after it was hit by a missile from a Meg fighter !! and how ?! by applying the instructions from the plane Radio !! Is it possible to fly such a complex plane from an audio instructions ??!! I think it was better for this incredible president to play Microsoft Flight simulation !! Do anyone believe that it's possible for any human being to be suddenly pulled by a rope from a very fast plane in about a height (It was mentioned that the height was 15,000 miles) !! without breaking his rips and to be able to breath although of the height and the speed of flooding air with very thin Oxygin !! Please consider this movie of the adventures of the (Amazing president) to be a SCI-FI movie for underage children .. they may believe it !! Sorry Harry !! *** Lo'ay

Genius Criticism
15 May 2008
Warning: Spoilers
Omaret Yakobean is one of the best Egyptian movies in the last decade, it's a story of the stories of the people living in the large legendary historian building of Yakobean. Yakobean building was built by Hagoub Yakobean the greatest of the Armenians in Egypt in 1937, since then, different kinds and cultures of people lived in that building, Princes and Princesses, bashas, Rich and Tycons, foreigners, Officers of revolution, Ordinary people and even Jews. The story of the movie is in the first half of the 90's of the 20th century where different kinds of people who have different cultures and sorts of life, The main characters in the movie were: - Zaki El Dessouki (Adel Emam): A desperate old man descended from a former basha and a Tycon. now in the age of 65, he's living a lonely life only to enjoy himself with women and girls of different types, finally he found the true love with Bothayna (Hend Sabry) and suffering from the annoying of his half mad sister Dawlat (Essad Youniss) ..

  • Haj Azzam (Nour El Seriff): An old tycoon started from zero, wanted to play a politic role but was lost and surrendered in the middle of corruption that rules the game of politics ..

  • Taha (Mohamed Emam): a low level young man failed to achieve his dream to become a police officer, instead he joined a radical cell who doesn't really understood the true meaning of the great religion of Islam and became a terrorist and finally died while trying to kill the police officer who once tortured him when he was captured and jailed ..

  • Bothayna (Hend Sabry): a poor girl who was forced to become a whore serving the ugliest kinds of people to have the money to live and finally found Zaki El Dissouki who gave her the power and the true meaning of love and finally married him - Hatem Rasheed (Khaled El Sawy): A great chief editor in the journal d'Egypt magazine who is living his life as a desperate homosexual and trying to find a guy to satisfy his sick needs and tends ..

A strange mix of characters which were perfectly managed by a strong story and a great and promising director (Marawan Hamed) Really a worthy movie to be seen as it reflects a hard criticism to some corrupted situations of politics, sexual lives and terrorism *** Lo'ay

The WORST ever movie (and I really mean it!!0
14 December 2007
This is the worst ever movie I've ever seen, I really don't know why I've spent my time watching it?!

Lack of attractive story, lack of effects, lack of comedy, lack of plot, lack .. lack ...

I really can't find any attractive or positive point in such a gango-pango collection of strange scenes and words that made that movie .. and as a try to compensate the lack of everything .. A cheap trials for sexual offending and nudity as to complete the failure !!

I really don't like the idea of making fun all the time of all kinds and types of people, also I didn't like the idea that the Kazakh are that stupid.. This is not true and insulting, and if we suppose that this strange psycho is a Kazakh (obviously there's no such psycho in Kazakhstan or any other places in the world except in his homeland), if we just supposed that, so why are you running after the Americans and wearing their outfits and cloning their styles ??!! Don't you have dignity or a unique personality ..?!

I don't know how such a nonsense is called a movie !! *** Lo'ay

A movie for Children !!
6 October 2007
I love the Greek heroic battles as the battles of Alexander the great, Also I love the Greek mythologies such as the tales of gods .. and I think this movie particularly a mythology ..

I admit and realize that this movie is based on a real historic fact, but the fact is that these 300 Spartans are human beings and not 300 Hercules' and Achilies' A lot of scenes of this movie are far from realistic and reasonable accidents.

  • Do you believe that 300 men with their shields can stop a huge concentrated strike of a huge army of hundreds of thousand of the strongest warriors of the world without any affect on these Shields ??!! event if these shields are made of Titanium or event adamant !!

  • Do you believe that a Persian man of about 4 meters tall is attacking the Spartans in the night and when the Spartans tried to cut his limbs off, the swords were broken on the limbs as if these limbs are metallic !! So the Persians were using Robots !! Nah !!

  • Do you believe that normal human beings could defeat an army using elephants and rhinoceros' and kill them all !!, I can believe so if you only can believe that men with swords can fight and defeat an army of tanks!!

  • Do you believe that the Persians were blacks and ugly looking as if they are demons with rings and chains in their faces and eyes as if they are heathen clown slaves ??!!

I believe and the realize that the Spartans were heroes and braves .. but this is making me sick to watch such a comedy which is far from reason and to call it a historical movie .. Really I'm impressed with the quality of the CGI imaging and effects and the volume of the continuous shouts and cries of Leonidas and after all these shouts, yellings and cries he could speak without losing his voice !! .. What a hero and a man !!

Really this movie should be presented only for children .. they may believe this historical fantasy !!

So BAD idea
6 October 2007
1st of all I have to admit that I love Walter Lantz's cartunes which I used to watch them in my childhood, I also love Lantz and his funny and premiere ideas.

But I really hated this cartune, it shows a strong racist attitudes towards the black people .. It shows them as a bunch of lazy, half and slow-wits, and ugly creatures, A really negative and naive fun making of them.

The story in brief is that a small dirty town in the south of the states called "Lazy Town" has all its inhabitants of black people in a soo lazy and sleepy state, of course, the black people of the town are shown in ugly forms as if they are not humans at all and similar to dirty monkeys .. The train stops in this town for an hour rest for dinner, A gorgeous white girl goes down from the train and as the passed into the "Lazy town", as if a magical effect - obviously she magic and charm of her white skin!! - made all the people of the town active and awake, The girl went to a traditional black maid and asked her if it is possible to wash her clothes, the maid looked not understanding and replied in an awful manly huskily voice that she don't know what does the lady mean. Here the girl stated to sing and to show her what does she want. All the village started to sing with the girl and walk after her .. all the village became happy and singing until the girl went back to the train ..

Of course - in our mean time - this is shameful and unacceptable to introduce such cartoon. which makes gaps and cracks between the whites and blacks in any nation. but this was a normal attitude especially in the United states at that time (The 40's of the 20th century) which was still the age of European colonies and the imperialistic greed of the white man. the age of the big shameful European lie called "The white man burden", the age of slavery and the division between people according to their colors, nations and religions, it's funny that the United states ignores these facts but the fact as it's historically known: The united states was the most rough country in dealing with the blacks, this shameful attitude of the whites in America and the government itself continued until the 70th of the 20th century, while there was no such attitudes in the middle east or Asia. really it's funny to know that the legendary heavy weight boxer Mohamed Ali clay (Cassius Marcellus Clay) has thrown his gold medal which he had achieved in the Olympics in Rome 1960 after as a yelling of the racist attitudes in USA, This is Mohamed Ali the champion of the American nation, what about the normal blacks .. really it's not possible to think how much pain and sorrows they faced in USA !!

Nowadays, Thanks god, we don't have such racist attitudes - at least toward the black people - the racism was still running by the Eurepean government in South Africa until very recently and is still running till now in some countries like Israel ..

  • anymore This hard criticism doesn't mean that Walter Lantz is bad, he's still one of the greatest premiere cartoon producers in all times. but it was the common idea of his era to make fun of the blacks. yellows and reds.

I really hope that as the racist attitude toward the blacks has stopped, all other types of racist in our modern era of freedom to stop especially from the governments of USA and Europe *** Lo'ay

Folklor Mania
17 September 2007
This is a wonderful short cartoon movie contains a collection of traditional Eurepean and American folklore tales and children songs like: 3 blind mice, Mary has a little lamb, King Kul, ... mixed up in a totally fast and funny interactive way .. Oh m'god when I remember these cartoons from my childhood .. this funny collection was produced from the creation of the genius Walter Lantz - The creator of Woody the Woodpecker and Chilly Willy. Really it feels strange to see all the folklore tales from your childhood mixed up in a mania but this was a pioneer and genius idea from Walt who has beaten his time and all the times *** Lo'ay

The big Trick
15 September 2007
This Really a common and known story, it's a simple story that we all know since our childhood, the story of the innocent who gets caught, charged and executed while the real criminal is like an innocent baby watching.

The creative mind of Walter Lantz has turned this old story into life in this genius short cartoon movie, The story of this movie starts with the scene that the Wolf is going to be executed in the charge of trying to kill and eat the three Innocent pigs, the Sheriff in charge of applying the execution is reading the charges statement while the three little pigs are watching the scene innocently, the officer asks the wolf if he has any comments before death, then the wolf cries in frustration and states that he has been framed and sabotaged and the real criminals are the pigs not him he says :"Do I look like a killer ?!" The pigs reply in a single innocent voice :"Well, you said it brother!!", the wolf starts in disappointment to tell the real story, this story is that he was a music teacher living quietly and peacefully in his house, one day his door knocked, he jumped from his chair and went to open the door to find the three pigs who enter roughly into his house and asked him teach them how to play music, he was so happy and started to teach them by asking them to follow his rhythm on their flutes and horns, he starts to play on the piano a simple rhythm, while they started to play a noisy and very loud rhythm, when he tried to stop them, they continued to play this noisy music, They badly hit him by their instruments, made a huge and unbelievable mess, hit and annoyed the wolf's pets and finally destroyed the wolf's house .. As the Sheriff realizes the truth, he shouts: "Catch these three pigs", at once the three pigs ran away while all the people ran after them, While the wolf breaths happily, he -by mistake- bush the execution lever and fells in the execution well but the rope caught his tail .. The end ..

Really a genius and symbolic story which has several meanings, Strategic, politic and event religious specially in our time .. finally I want to send a very deep tribute to the genius Walter Lantz .. Really Walt. you were genius and you have beaten your era by a long distance .. I think still a long distance even for our era to catch *** Lo'ay

Voltes Five (1977–1978)

Voltes V World !!
28 March 2006
Voltes V is the most famous Super Robot in all time.. it started in the 70's as this was the golden era for the Japanese super Robot animated cartoon. and naturally as the American well known habit it was translated into English in Philippines and the Japanese names like Kentaro Gou and Kenichi were transferred automatically into American names like Steve and Mark and Armstrong .. !!

The Voltes idea is based on the pop culture of that time which says that the Earth will be invaded from aliens from the outer space, in Voltes series the aliens were from a planet called Bozania, These invaders were leaded by the evil emperor Zambazil and his invading forces' leader Prince Zardos, aided with a bunch of generals and advisories like: Zandra, Draco, Zhul and Ozlack, with unlimited supplies to build evil Robots and UFO's. Here appears the need for a strong team to lead the defenses for the earth, So 5 members were chosen to fly the five Volt machines as to fight back the enemies and to unite together and to form Voltes Five - which is a great mechanical fighting robot - to fight the enemy monsters and robots .. The Voltes team members were:

1) Steve Armstrong => The leader of the team and the elder son of Dr Ned Armstrong the creator of Voltes V and Dr Mary Ann his wife, Steve has great leadership and fighting abilities and flies the head of the Robot Voltes V ..

2) Mark Gordon => A great Fighter who's so strict and tough, he flies the arms of Voltes V ..

3) Big Bert Armstrong => The second son of Dr Ned Armstrong, He's so strong in the traditional Japanese martial arts and flies the Body of Voltes V ..

4) Little John Armstrong => The youngest son of Dr Ned Armstrong, Although he's just a 10 years old kid, he has a genius analytical mind which enables him to create and invent mechanical inventions and solutions like OCTO1 their little Robo-friend, He flies the legs of Voltes V ..

5) Jaimie Robenson => She is the only daughter of commander Robenson the chief of the earth defense center which leads the army of the earth union Army, She is a cute, beautiful and a very fast Ninja fighter and flies The feet of Voltes V ..

Several Battles took place between Voltes and the Bozanian army ... after a while the Voltes Team has discovered that their father Dr Ned Armstrong is still alive but is captured by the Bozanian forces, so they did all their efforts to find him but in vain for a long time, while the enemy and prince Zardoz have used this fact to trick the Voltes V team several times And around 40 great episodes, the Voltes team fought the enemy in a long epic .. a lot were lost in the battle of freedom .. their mother: Dr Mary Ann Armstrong, Dr Smith who aided and helped the team to stand against the enemy, Commander Robenson, General Watson: their father's friend and comrade in the battle against the Bozanian army .. They knew the truth that their father was a very rich Bozanian Baron who was about to be the emperor of Bozania, but by an ugly trick from Zambazil -His rival- He was jailed and tortured as a hornless slave, and so he escaped to earth were he married Mary Ann and and become Dr Armstrong, and built camp big falcon and Voltes V as he was expecting the attack from Zambazil .. The Voltes team found their father at the end of the story and fought with him against Zambazil forces in Bozania in a great final battle. they found that prince Zardoz is actually Armstrong's son from his former wife Lozaria and in the most tragic scene in the series .. Zardoz dies protecting his father and brothers.. Bozania was free at last and Victory was to Dr Armstrong and the Voltes team ..

A lot of Gigantic and Super Robots appeared after Voltes like: Grendaizer, Mazinger Z, Voltron, Daimos, Mazinkaizer, Gundam, Jungar .. etc (needless to say that almost all of them are Japanese inventions which were transfered into English by the American usual (habit)), but actually Voltes V has a unique and unrepeatable taste and charm ..

I watched Voltes V in my childhood and I really believe in its main idea: The Union and faith is the way of Victory and Even the weakest armies can defeat the strongest armies and empires by faith and will as long they believe in the freedom and their right lo live and to create their own destiny *** Lo'ay

The whole story
14 February 2006
Charlie Chan in Egypt was the eighth installment in the popular "Charlie Chan" mystery series that ran throughout the 30's and 40's. Over the years, the series featured several future stars in bit parts and supporting roles, including Cesar Romero and Ray Milland. This one featured a 16-year old Rita as Nayda, a servant of the Arnold household.

When detective Charlie Chan (Warner Oland) arrives in Egypt to investigate the whereabouts of artifacts taken from the ancient tomb of Amete, he meets Carol Arnold (Pat Paterson). The daughter of an archaeologist, Professor Arnold (George Irving), she is distressed because her father appears to have disappeared on an expedition. Later, her worst fears are realized when Arnold's body is found hidden in a mummy case, with a bullet in his chest. Now it's up to Charlie Chan to unravel the mystery surrounding the murder. With help from Carol's archaeologist friend Tom Evans (Thomas Beck), Chan begins his investigation and finds that Professor Arnold was killed because he'd discovered the secret treasure of Amete's tomb. Chan finds there's even more than meets the eye to this case when Carol's brother, Barry (James Eagles) mysteriously dies.

When Tom also discovers the treasure, an attempt is made on his life. He is shot. Upon further investigation of Barry's death, Chan realizes he was murdered because he had knowledge of Amete's treasure as well. Finally, the murderer is caught in the act while trying to see to it that Tom doesn't recover from his bullet wound. Tom is the only person that can identify the killer, having seen him before the shot was fired. The murderer is immediately apprehended. Tom soon recovers and the mystery is solved, thanks to Charlie Chan.

Charlie Chan in Egypt is considered to be one of the best of the "Charlie Chan" series. In this her third film, sixteen-year old Rita is made to look older than her years. She wears one costume throughout the film and though her make-up is very thick, she looks quite lovely. She has a few lines which include brief dialog between she and the star of the film, Warner Oland. She also has a few close-ups, such as a scene where she watches Chan investigate Barry Arnold's death *** Lo'ay
