Der Fall Collini (2019)
Slooooow
I don't the high ratings. People didn't get bored watching this movie? Very slow pace, almost nothing happens. It wasn't so emotional.
Well, it's not horrible but I didn't like it.
Jack Reacher (2012)
Boring
This was boring. I just stopped watching in the middle. Terrible dialogues. So clichê. It seems made for cruise to show off again as the hero. We've seen this so many times. I've saved 1h of my life.
The Equalizer (2014)
Clichê fun movie
Who doesn't want to see Denzel in his usual role, a super human hero? It sells.
There was no effort to avoid the predictability of the plot. There was great effort on thinking in each killing and the camera work at those scenes. This was great!
Here, Denzel lives a Batman-Sherlock Holmes mix role. Oh he's so perfect, it makes me dizzy. But...ok, that is what it intends to be, right? It gives what is expected
It's fun.
Rust Creek (2018)
It could be good! But it's not
It starts pretty well! I like the atmosphere on the begining despite the fact it's really predictable. The first scene we want to forget is, who the hell gets out of the car to open a map? Did she know that even though the GPS route is no good, she could see the map for herself? Would a woman alone stop in the middle of nowhere to open a map and call attention? Please....but I can try to ignore it. The problem is that that kind of scene where you see the main character making stupid unrealistic decisions just keeps going. So she is in the middle of a forest and try to gets help by a helicopter??You're gotta be kidding. I could mention a lot of this ridiculous scenes, it doesnt' stop until the end.
It looks like they wrote a script and it looked decent at first
, but when they put it on screen they realize it's actually crap.
Fear Street: 1994 (2021)
It's a mess!
It starts ok...I mean , so so, in the very beginning we already watch some jump scare scenes, so I thought with myself: "maybe they want to imitate the way of making terror movies from the 90s? Oh man that's what I call meta-language, right?". It's a lot like "Scream" hit from the 90s, but the very very worse version!
It's so cliche. I ended to watch it wondering if they wanted to do a funny movie? But ...no it's not funny. It's not scary either. It's almost scary, almost funny, so it gets lost in the middle, aka ridiculous.
I mean...Where are all the people on that movie? Don't that children have parents for god sake? So a killer is hunting them and they decide to go the road with a stolen ambulance. Common, really? Some babies decide to break in on the school, on the supermarket without getting help of no adult? And why do they have the stupid idea of putting fires on ...ghosts? Give me a break. It seems they spend only 5 minutes writing the script.
I give it a 4, just because it made me laugh of its ridiculousness a few times lol.
Terminator Genisys (2015)
Total mess, I couldn't watch till the end
I love terminator 1 and 2, and I decided to give this one a try. Let's begin for the good part (and it's very tiny) I love to see Arnold in the film, and it brings a lot of good memories of the original terminators, but other than that, a total flaw. The same formula on the fights and robots are used to make a terrible confusing plot about time travel. You just don't care anymore for Sarah or John, because it doesn't matter anymore in which timeline they are now
I stopped watching after 40 minutes because it doesn't worth it, unfortunately it's a terrible movie.
Rise of the Planet of the Apes (2011)
Good, but not awesome, a little bit cheesy
I liked it. The plot is very good! The effects are awesome, although at some points it was a little too much trying to humanize the apes. I know that's the main idea! But it feels like a sweet juice they'd put a little bit more sugar it should have.
The father arc, for me was cheesy, or cliche, but I understand the need to add more arcs to the story.
But well, it's a good movie!
El guardián invisible (2017)
Terrible story line
It's almost a watchable movie. It seems they wanted to put a Lot of classical thriller and horror elements here, but they don't connect. They threw the elements on the screen and expected they were going tô connect randomly? Well, It didn't happen...
The lines are laughable, unrealistic and artificial. the cops Just guess all the details from nowhere. Not beliavable, Sorry.
The supernatural element doesn't fit anywhere. What were they thinking? What about the connection with the mother and Victor? Is It any explanation for that? What's the point?
And what about that old lady that Tells the detective to go away from the city?? And what about the relationship between Freedy and Anne? What's the point? Gosh....
It could be a good movie. But it's not. It's only medíocre with a loooot of plot holes and bad lines
