Trance (2020)
Adjectives are insufficient.
Evangelists all across the globe tend to have that perfect sense of mixing theology with blind faith and delivering an absolute lethal concoction which eventually leads to the death of logic and several people fall prey to such tactics. The movie delivers a solid message to the public about the various activities of certain " ministries" which destroy religion on a whole. Fahadhs brilliant sense of depiction coupled with the intense background music terrifically gets the job done, the director along with the cinematographer have done a splendid work which deserves more than an applause. I firmly believe that this movie warrants a wide set of audience and is completely justifiable in the message it wants to deliver. Any person looking for certain "South Indian gems" can blindly watch this movie and have a perfect treat.
Ram Dass, Going Home (2017)
Pure.
The film is touching, mesmerising and insanely beautiful. The movie takes you on a nostalgic trip to the land of unknown, the cinematographers have done a wonderful job. There is a calming and a soothing play of the soundtrack along with soothing visuals. The film could have been longer . Simply stunning.
Salaam Bombay! (1988)
One of the best Indian movies.
Mira Nair has done a wonderful job on presenting a deeply touching and poignant tale in the Bombay slums. The movie aptly captures the life of kids dwelling in the rosy slums of Bombay. The background music is beautiful and contemplates the picture. The story is powerful, painful and a delight to watch.
