Same Old Sad Song

I made it through 1 1/2 episodes of this show. I was intrigued with the concept so, I thought I would give it a go. I kind of regret it now. If there were far less "victim" mentalities going on in this show, it probably would be a winner and much more entertaining. There are so many shows like this on anymore, this was no different and it's not funny or entertaining. It makes your audience feel uncomfortable and that's not a good recipe for a successful show. Anyhow, the women in this show made me cringe, made me mad, made me be ashamed of women in general...to me, that's NOT entertainment. I don't understand the defensive stance. The concept of the show was to see if all these people, who already have their share of the money, are capable of being trustworthy or stick together. There always has to be one.

Don't. I gave it a 2 ONLY because I finished it. I took my dog out during it, left it playing, came back and didn't miss a thing! Just don't.

After watching the trailer first and from what I seen, it looked like a "CGI flick" to me. I have nothing against these kinds of movies IF there is a good story behind it. Alien life entering our world through a portal in the Pacific Ocean from another dimension? Really? NOPE...that's not my idea of a good plot for me to overlook a movie that's relying clearly on CGI action....if you're able to overlook something that is at least believable then this movie might be for you. For me, I just couldn't quite grasp the stupidity. Now IF that would ever happen in a movie....wouldn't you blow up the portal? I didn't even give this movie the chance to see if they did or not. If you want to find out.....carry on soldier!

I made it 41 minutes.....which I will never get back! The acting in this film, if you want to call it that, is ridiculously bad. Don't waste your time on this. It's a shame someone tried to pass this off as a "based on true events" movie. If I were a relative or family friend to the people who were killed in that cabin, I would be upset as how they portrayed them. Just don't waste your time.

This movie caught my eye plainly because I am always curious to see what Daniel Radcliffe is up to and what roles he is choosing to do. This movie, in my opinion, is beneath him. Actually, I think this movie is beneath any actor wanting to expand their art of acting.

Don't waste your time on this movie. The plot is lame and the acting is not believable whatsoever.

I rated this movie a 3 simply because I finished it. Of course, I was doing another activity at the same time. If you choose to do that, just look up occasionally, you will still know what is going on simply by listening to it.
