Talk to Me (2022)
Overated.
What is all this overrated hype for this movie. It must be the worst horror I have seen since the last overhyped film, (Blair Witch). There was nothing the least bit scary in the whole movie. The only scene worth waiting for was the head banging scene. The acting was juvenile at best, made by people without any knowledge of filming scary films. And as for making a sequal, oh my god, what is the horror world coming to. I sat there towards the end expecting something gobsmacking to happen just to make my visit to the cinema worth going, but did it, no! I am presuming most of the high scoring came from 15 to 20 olds who have not seen any good horrors in the cinema before. I certainly won't be rushing back to see the follow up film unless it includes some better actors and directed and produced by people that are not just out of film school (that's what it seems like).
The Undeclared War: Episode #1.3 (2022)
????
This is beginning to turn into the biggest load of crap i've seen in ages. Subtitles all the way through and music to tear your hair out in frustration.
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (2022)
Boring
Here we go again, another overlong boring Marvel film. Poor special effects, no real story to talk about and again throwing in more and more so called superheroes to fill the cast up. I am presuming the scores of 9 and 10 must be entered by the under 20 group. Surely anyone over that age must have more taste than that. Please stop with all these so called blockbusters, and get back to some more entertaining films.
The Autopsy of Jane Doe (2016)
So creepy
I've been a huge horror fan since 1959 (my first OFFICIAL one at 16), and I can honestly say that "Autopsy" is in the top 3 creepiest films i have ever seen, and I have seen in the 1000s. Great acting as well.
The 355 (2022)
Better than a lot of recent films.
It seems to be that a lot of reviewers of this film seem not to know a good film when they see it. It may not be the most subtelist film ever, but it was certainly more entertaining than the rubbish that was the latest Spider-Man film. That bored me to tears.
The Vigil (2019)
Poor film
What the hell was all that about. Nothing happened, no scares & little or no story. Don't waste your money.
In for a Penny (2019)
Rubbish
Just watched this programme for the first time today, as my wife said give it a chance. What a load of old rubbish. The music clips over the so called action had me tearing what's left of my hair out. Who ever enjoys this must have no brains. Can only be 1/10, and that's pushing it!!!
Confessions of a Window Cleaner (1974)
Packed cinema.
I remember so vividly going to the cinema to see the film with my wife. The place was absolutely packed, including people standing at the back. For that time it felt quite raunchy, not like today where hard-core is easily available. It was a very funny film as well. I also bought all the books about Timothy Lea, very funny reads.
Friday Night Dinner: The Caravan (2020)
Phenomenol
Welcome back Friday Night Dinner. By the end, my wife and I were in floods of tears......... Of laughter. If it continues like this, it will be the best series of the six, something I would have thought impossible.
Van de Velde: Das Leben zu zweit - Sexualität in der Ehe (1969)
UK Title
Known in the UK as "Every night of the week". In 1974
