A Welcomed Addition
5 February 2021
Warning: Spoilers
A very fun episode that finally sees Katana fighting side by side with Batman. This is probably the best origin of the Bat Signal in any movie or tv show. Also the addition of some new lore is very welcome. The setting of this episode, being the Cauldron, also has a lot of character and is a pleasant change. The guns in this series are really starting to confuse me. What kind of guns are they? Sadly, Phosphorus Rex's design is really lame. This episode worked, and it worked very well.

Return of Monkey Man
5 February 2021
While not the strongest of episodes, this still manages to be be quite enjoyable. The last 5 minutes are the highlight of the episode. Seeing the monkey man was cool. There's really not much to say about this episode, it's just good.

All The Elements

This has all the elements of a perfect Batman story. The struggles of balancing his identities, engaging detective work, and exciting action scenes. And it's all wrapped up with a satisfying ending.

Everyone Was Right
5 February 2021
This is one of those movies for me where everyone would tell me how good it was but I didn't take much notice. But after watching this I know I'm going to check out the rest of this studio's library of film. The animation and sound design of this film are especially stand out. Best movie I've seen in awhile.

Digging Deeper

Warning: Spoilers
Another great episode to this first piece of Phase 4. Vision's quest for answers is exhilarating, seeing Wanda's mind break is heartbreaking, following the agents on the outside is fun, and in general this episode is extremely tense. Also here's to hoping Vision, Tommy, Billy, and the new Pietro stick around beyond this show.

Good Set Up

This seems to be an engaging start to a series that all I hear about it is praise. Exciting to see this series continue.

BTAS Vibes Galore
4 February 2021
This episode comes off very BTAS-esque which is not necessarily bad. The villain was also the best one of the show yet. All in all it was a fun episode with amazing and unnerving ending.

The Makings of an Amazing Batman Show
4 February 2021
This episode just proves that this show has the potential to be the best Batman series. Batman' relationships with his supporting cast are all interesting as well as Magpie is a great example of being able to use villains who aren't A-list or B-list but still make them fun and compelling. In conclusion, a very good episode.

Shaggy
4 February 2021
Warning: Spoilers
This episode stars the guy who plays Shaggy. Katana finally gets a decent chunk of screen time which was nice to see. As well as this episode's third act really saved it. Otherwise this is really just an average episode.

The Perfect Choice For A Main Antagonist
4 February 2021
Warning: Spoilers
While this episode isn't necessarily anything to write home about, I think it does set up the villain of Anarky as a good foil to Batman and a character that feels at home in this show as it's main villain. Overall a very enjoyable episode that sets up a fun series.

Intro into Dynamics
4 February 2021
Warning: Spoilers
While this isn't the strongest first episode, it shows the audience the series' character dynamics quite well. Why does Alfred have caller ID when talking to Batman? Not much to say about this episode other than I enjoyed it.

Maybe the Most Average Movie Ever Made
4 February 2021
It's really just a less compelling version of Se7en. I got halfway through the movie and felt like there was no need to watch anymore. The begining scene was easily the strongest scene of the movie. Rami Malek was the best part of this movie. I didn't notice till 30 minutes in that this was supposed to be set in the 1990s. The film's soundtrack was just as bland as the film itself, so that's a good pairing I guess. Inhaling an entire can of spray paint would have been more entertaining than this. This has the same entertainment levels of a Joe Biden campaign video. But there were quite a few flashes of an amazing movie somewhere in there. Overall it was a mostly enjoyable movies but there are far better alternatives out there. I probably won't remember this film in a week.
