Couldn't have asked for a better reunion!
24 March 2013
I would have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed this film from beginning to end. Now, of course this is a bias opinion coming from an immense fan of the series. Although I just couldn't help but be impressed with how well the reunion turned out and here is exactly why I think this:

It was a very great move to have professional writers that were already passionate fans of the series get on board for the reunion. It perfectly depicts the concept of growing up and the realization of where their lives have become at the age of 30. There are a lot of sequels these days that end up just trying to rehash what the original possessed but offering nothing further. Thus I was very pleased that American Reunion presented as a tremendous movie in it's own right whilst having everything that made the first 2 movies lovable and providing a lot of interesting story lines that make plenty of room for great jokes and heart felt moments.

All in all I highly recommend anyone watch the movie. I understand that some people have different opinions and have certain boundaries when it comes to gross-out humor but I definitely think the heart felt moments certainly outweigh the rest while still being wildly hilarious and clever. It is a brilliant nostalgic throwback that provides everything that you would have wanted as a fan of the franchise.

American Pie (1999)

A Great Start!
24 January 2006
I saw this movie 3 years ago because I was only 7 when this movie had been released. This is an amazingly funny and amusing sex comedy that will have your eyes glued to the TV set. The other good thing is that it has no limits to it's jokes like other movies where you need to be careful of how crude the jokes are.

The storyline is great with four teen-aged boys make a pact to loose their virginity by Prom night as they fail to do so and it sends a message across to the audience.

Steve Stiffler is very different to the second and the third and as I was watching the First film for the first time in a long while Stifler's swearing seemed a little forced. Such as at the beginning, "Nova!!" "What's up dude?" "You coming to the Party tonight Ozzie you *beep* face?" seemed a little forced.

A hilarious and amusing sex comedy with a great storyline is always something special.

Toy Story 2 (I) (1999 Video Game)
Unexpectedly Good!
15 December 2005
I used to play it all the time as it came out but I had no theory on it seeing that I was only about 8 when it came out. I played it the other day and I enjoyed it. I never finished the game completely, I only got up to the Second Last level and I am one token left for the last level.

The background are good, the graphics are good but no way near as good as the Movie, and the gameplay is Surprisingly fun! I am 13 years old and i am not normally into kids sort of games, I basically only play Racing games, Sports or Gun games like Max Payne or GTA series.

Each level has 5 tokens to collect, you have to collect a certain amount of tokens to pass on to the next level and Save Woody! Great Game.

Wimbledon (2004)

Great Visual Effects, makes a great tennis movie!
15 December 2005
I had very low expectations when i went to see this movie because my Grandpa told me that it was a stupid movie. Only after I left the cinemas I remembered that Grandpa hates sports or comedies. I love sport and when I saw this movie I laughed, enjoyed the storyline with Lizzie Bradbury and Peter Colt. The visual effects were superb and wonderful how they could look like such good tennis players, though they have hardly played tennis in their lives! As soon as the movie came out I was lucky enough to borrow Wimbledon from my cousin and i loved every second of it. I soon bought it. Kirsten Dunst and Paul Bettany both did a great job at acting out as professional tennis players. If you love sport (especially tennis) this has enough action and comedy to make a great movie!

What's the point??
13 December 2005
All I want to know is, what the hell is the point of destroying a classic comedy movie that i thoroughly enjoyed. This completely ruined the image of 'The Mask' and they should not have done it without Jim Carey and Cameron Diaz.

The sequel of Dumb and Dumber was decent enough to watch and i found it hilarious. Carey is the only man for the part because he did such a great job of The Mask. THe same with Cameron she looked so good in 'The Mask' but the lady in this movie was okay but no where near as good as Cameron. It seems to me that New Line Cinemas are struggling to produce a decent movie!

Spyro the Dragon (1998 Video Game)
Great game, started the new gaming world!
13 December 2005
Spyro The Dragon is a great game and now considered a classic. I found this game very educating as I was only 6 years old at the time this game came out. Therefore I am 13 at the moment. It also was one of the first games to have realistic graphics. When I was eight my dad bought me a Playstation, Spyro was the first game I ever bought and I was so excited to play this game and when I played it, I could not let go of the controller. Looking for the dragons, unlocking new levels by completing one of the levels on the particular world that you are in.

Even my Dad enjoyed playing as he always loved flying around in Sunny Flight, Night Flight, Crystal Flight and all the rest. It was a brilliant conclusion to the game as it was extremely fun in the Gnasty Gnorc level and then in Gnasty's loot.

It would probably be a great game if it was released today!

Scary Movie 3 (2003)
Good, but needed Wayans
12 December 2005
The third installment of Scary Movie was good, funny, you could say hilarious at some points. But it could have been hilarious if the Wayans were on Scary Movie 3. If anyone has the DVD I think they should have put in the part were some girls are pole dancing in the backyard on the news, Cindy tries to stop it and Rob says, "do you think you could take your toxic clothes off Cindy?" Cindy replies, "no we have to stick to the crop circle story!" In the mean time Rob is sitting at the news desk and banging the desk and made out that he was masturbating and said "Thank you, Cindy......"! That would have been outragously funny. Cindy I think looks a whole lot better blonde!

I mainly enjoyed this movie but Where are the Wayans???

The Mask (1994)

Green is clean!
12 December 2005
The Mask, I would say has to be my first or second favourite Jim Carrey movie. He is extremely funny in the Mask, the acting of the mask he turns into is brilliant and hilarious! The way he moves his teeth makes me laugh out loud because its so damn funny! It definitely surprised me that such a good movie could be made in 1994.

Also Cameron Diaz does a great job for I'm quite sure of her very first movie. I always thought she was quite pretty but just ordinary but when she came onto the see when I first saw the Mask earlier this year, my mouth dropped in awe. She looked so good! She began well, and I think it boosted her career with the stunning acting.

I've always enjoyed the way Jim Carrey makes a fool of himself in such films as Dumb and Dumber, Liar Liar and Bruce Almighty. I am actually looking forward to seeing 'Fun with Dick And Jane'.

FINAL RATING- Worth the watch, Classic Comedy!

Tony Hawk's Underground 2 (2004 Video Game)
Definitely a Game to Play, 10 out of 10!
12 December 2005
I'v always enjoyed playing the previous Skateboarding games such as the Pro Skaters 1-4. The first one was brilliant for a 1999 game and the rest got better and better as it went on. In THUG it was extremely better than Pro Skater 4. I bought THUG 2 and I thought it would have to be one of the best games I've ever played. The Story mode is very entertaining as you can get on and off your board in the World Destruction Tour. Tag Billboards whenever you get the chance. Vandalise the area, drive crazy vehicles which can be extremely fun at some stages, unlock many new tricks and of course skate. Annoy as many people as you can by throwing objects at them, grinding into Seagulls and making them pooh and it normally lands on someone if you are in Australia at the beach. I would have to say that Skatopia was the hardest and the best skate area in the entire game. It is quite enjoyable once you have finished story mode as you unlock Fat phil, Shrek, and a few other colourful characters. It was loads of fun all the way through the Story Mode. The storyline was also brilliant.

The other good thing about it is that you can still enjoy the classic mode as you have to do certain tasks in 2 minutes. I am only half way through that but it is still a load of fun! The style of Creating a Skater and park is very detailed and is good because there are so many choices that it is quite hard not to look the same as somebody else. I thoroughly enjoyed creating my own park and creating set goals for it.

I hope this will help you decide whether you want to play this or not because I enjoyed it all the way.

Not the best, but a whole lot of fun!
2 November 2005
I don't really know why people would write negative points about this movie when it was only meant for some light-hearted fun. That's exactly what they did. Especially, if you love cars, this is one of your movies.

I have to agree with Afew other comments I've read, Jessica Simpson's acting does suck. Johnny Knoxville and Seann W. Scott did a great job of the two original characters but it was Obe who fell in love with the male general-lee. And I don't think 'put that shrimp on the barbie!' is all we say but it was still funny when he said it.

I have to admit there were a couple of not very good actors but most of them were good. So if you're into serious movies, you don't like cars or you just hated the previous series, this isn't the movie for you but for people who are into fun and light-hearted comedies with car action, this is it!

A laugh and a half!!
1 November 2005
I reckon the American Wedding along with the previous two, would be the best movies I've ever seen. It's such a funny movie. Stifler in this movie is heaps funnier than before. Seann William Scott also happens to be my favorite actor.

I actually saw the Wedding before the second movie seeing that I was too young at the time, and I have the unrated DVD with the Bachelor Party and when Officer Krystal and Frauline Brandi asked if they wanted to see them kiss. Now I thought to myself 'What the hell did they say that for?' I only realized they said no until I saw the Lesbian Scene in American Pie 2. So many funny parts that you would be laughing at least once a minute!
