Intermate (2019)
Gotta love those fake reviews
I had to search what "campy" means, since six "different" one time reviewers described it as such. Worst fake reviewing ever.
Cute girls, terrible "movie" but honestly i lol'ed a couple of times on how bad it was so i'm giving them an extra star for that.
Above the Shadows (2019)
What a great movie
I just wanted to take a minute to thank Claudia Myers and everyone else that played a part in bringing this gem to life. "Above the Shadows" is easily one of the best movies i've ever watched.
The Art of Us (2017)
Three reasons i like this more than usual Hallmark movies.
- Taylor Cole and Steve Lund. In some Hallmark movies i don't like any of the lead actors, in some just one of them and in others both. In this case it's certainly the latter.
- The art. Hallmark makes movies about photography and painting all the time. Too many times the work of supposed talented or successful artists is just ridiculous. Not this time though.
- The twist. You know how in every Hallmark movie the stars break up with ten minutes left in the movie and get back together three minutes before the end? Hallmark does it because it works, it adds a dramatic effect that usually makes the entire movie better. But after watching hundreds of Hallmark movies, this not happening for once is a very welcome twist
Bells of Innocence (2003)
Unforgettable!
I've watched this once, 15 years ago. I can honestly say that from the countless movies i've watched over the years none left an impression as much as Bells of Innocence.
Since then, every bad movie i watched i thought to myself "at least it's not Bells of Innocence". Even after i started rating movies in IMDb, to decide on a low rating i was thinking how much better than Bells of Innocence it is.That is why that's the only movie i ever rated with one star, while i watched numerous terrible ones, Bells on Innocence lowered the bar so much that no other could ever compare.
Bumblebee (2018)
Fun movie
Fun movie but possibly the worst one of the franchise. Same problems with continuity like all the previous ones, we have Bumblebee arriving for the first time on earth in 1987 for example, while in the last Transformers it was revealed that he fought in WW. Less action than other Transformer movies and a bunch of characters i'm not fond of.
Luckily a large amount of time is spent on Charlie and her (mostly family) issues, which is boring to watch but it ensures positive critic reviews and the pretentious upvote of people who watch a movie with giant robots from another planet for the "character development", so it keeps the franchise alive and kicking for future instalments.
