Better Call Saul (2015–2022)
10/10
A masterpiece
17 August 2022
Warning: Spoilers
What a ride it had been to watch better call saul, from the top and to the bottom. We saw the birth, the apogee, and finally the death of Saul. In the end, we got to see Jimmy McGill again, the real him, the fall of the mask, the shady, antisocial, narcissistic side of him. To the Jimmy who can love, who could spend 7 years in jail instead of the 87, but he prefers to have the last smoke with Kim. Finally to redeem Himself. "There's no shame in going back and changing your path".

a Batman we hadn't seen it
19 April 2022
Amazing soundtrack from Michael Giacchino. Robert did a great job interpreting Batman, he is more human, he is wrong, he's not perfect as Ben Affleck's Batman. We don't have to give all the credit to Pattinson, this Batman it's better written, has a strong script with a deeper understanding of the story. And the rest of the characters have their argument in the story. Nevertheless, has it's failures, Catwoman it's over-sexualized, and sometimes seems we are in a boy band music video.

do you know what i liked about this film?
5 February 2022
It's how Trier shows us how we make or unmake our decisions, some cases like Julie's are more extreme, however, we all have that person or we are that person who is so selfish in their decisions that he or she or we think that is the worst person in the world, it is obvious that Julie is not the worst person, cause she makes her decisions based on how she is feeling, but this affects those closest to her, and is ok for her, cause she is loyal to herself, so it's doesn't matter if you are o, not the won't person in the world this film told us that you have to follow what do you feel is going to make you happier.

Just awful
18 October 2021
It would have been cheaper doing this film a podcast with the voice of Jake Gyllenhall. Because nothing happens on the screen, we only see a protagonist very confuse and uncomfortable. Very boring to watch.

Wonderful
17 October 2021
The essence of the combination between the genuine frames, like the palette of colors; shots perfectly aligned, the dressing, and the soundtrack with the identity of the eastern europe, generate a unique vibe that are usual in the Anderson's films. Makes a whole experience to the eyes.

Like is based on the worst movie is rational to find that is awful
17 October 2021
Tommy is hateful and he doesn't care of anything and Greg is the usual friend that lacks of self-esteem and follows whatever his friend wants it in this case Tommy. Really, I didnt like this movie, like "The room", "The disaster artist" is boring and tedious but is not the worst movie, my point is like the basis of this movie is the construction of a bad film, so is rational to find that breathes a bad air. But the cast is cool haha.

Why try?
8 July 2021
Why keep trying if you know that you are going to suffer?. Why try a relationship when you know it will always end in the same way?. Why?

Because At least you lived the good and bad things, the life is like that, with highs and downs. Here, you have the opportunity to forget. It's fantastic in a certain way, because you have the chance to experience the emotions to the fullest. Because at least you tried. It's better to live it than not.

It kept me thinking for many days...
8 May 2021
We see the importance of the edition here because it's really another character in the movie. However, over everything, the end broke my mind, because to think about the role interpreted by Anthony Hopkins on How he wakes up every morning thinking that he is at home with his daughter, that who doesn't love as much as the other one who died by an accident, he wakes up confused and with an attitude similar like a child one... It's very scary to think about getting older in this way, so raw and real.

not as good as they say
3 April 2021
It's very confusing because it's too fast the pace of the film, also it didn't manage to get delve into any character of the film, so It's difficult for us as spectators get emotional.

A must watch it in any time
21 February 2021
This documentary is wonderful showing the solitude, confusion, and deterioration physically and mentally on the elders. It's a reality that trespass borders all-around the world. Manages to capture the essence of the aging process. Makes me tears down every time.

a movie from another level

I only have to say, sometimes we see the water and not the ocean of our lives.

A powerful message for anyone, we need to expect less and feelings the carpe diem because memento mori.

Shakes and transgresses our reality now and before
14 September 2020
It is fascinating the transgression of such a deprived and intense character in such a difficult time, La loca del frente is more than a political story, it is a platonic love story, shook and transgress the real life of minorities. Alfredo Castro and the cast achieved to travel us to that time and feel the how miserable was the life for them.

absurdly beautiful
8 September 2020
The plot is absurdly beautiful, it shows the absurdity of death, suicide, life experiences and deciding whether to be aware of its consequences. The end is a conclusion of the uncertainty of reality. In short, we must learn to accept the moment, in happiness and in what we are.

A nice surprise
23 August 2020
Personally, I like to watch whatever series whenever I'm feeling to want to watch one. In this day in quarantine, I decided to watch this, and I was very surprised, because you don't expect to be on the side of the two main characters. In the first place, you understand Elena and why she takes her decisions, from the point of view from a person who has their whole lives planned to go to a good university, a good husband, have children, and be happy until death. But her aspect to be the perfect mother and control every move of her life and children especially. You understand her. On the other hand, we're with Mia, in the first episodes you see that she haves many secrets, you don't trust her, with her daughter interrupt the whole routine of the Richardons, like Mia is the antagonist. But when you catch what's did happen in the life of Mia and Elena, you know that's no one has the fault of there decisions they had to do, because of their past, on the opportunities and the decisions they have to do. Little fires everywhere have a lot of good shots, nice and intelligent dialogs, and a great cast. One of my favorites for the Emmys.

Disappointing
13 July 2020
The actresses choices doesn't work, specially with Zegers. the protagonist, doesn't feel strong her interpretation, it miss it the intensity that requires the main detective doesn't exist (do a really good job in El Club).

On the other hand, we have Vega who lends too much an intriguing climate, that doesn't feel natural. In general, is a good mini-series, even get to the hype level of La Casa de Papel (Spanish production), have a good script the suspense of the what will happen?, gets it to the spectator, generates pain, discomfort, sadness, and deception for the actions from the men's. Remember an amazing picture that exhibits scenes not often to contemplate it in Chilean productions.

The message is strong and it needs to give attention to all in our world. Every woman in a moment in her life feels insignificant and fearful of the men.

A fun movie but nothing more
12 July 2020
Margot Robbie do a really good job, but the story doesn't possess a promising strong structure to know the identities of the characters and get the spectator to want to know what happens after, but it's so predictable that losses the viewer.

A really good movie I wish I could have watched before
12 July 2020
Warning: Spoilers
I really got amazed by the movie, it gots my thinking about the uncertainty in life, the marvelous characterization from Elizabeth Taylor, it's made me hate her, made me feel sorry about her, and made me understand her pain. On the other hand, we have Sandy Dennis, the typical woman who's not happy in her marriage and doing everything she can do for making happy her husband, even when he's flirting with Martha.

Odd for usual Chilean films
6 April 2020
The movie leave a feel of how twisted is our world and how the image of the church are selling only the good side of the history. The director know how show us this side with sensibility and repugnance in the same time. The main characters, the outsiders of the church, shows with subtlety this dark side, which is rare in a chilean movie
