Kage no Jitsuryokusha ni Naritakute! (2022)
Bad backbone story, only a final aim.
It's really hard to say if the anime is good in the early episodes.
It kinda lost me early in show, probably in the second ep. It felt like it has no backbone (only an end game to which it was aiming)
Pros:
- the anime has potential
- it has been inspired from few other animes (not necessarily bad, but it didn't integrate well in whatever the writer thought about)
- the chars seem to have a personality.
Cons:
- the environment in which the story evolves (at least early in the story) it's so confusing.
- ep 2 made me feel like I lost some details. Made me confused on what's going on.
- Very few of the details have been clarified in the 3rd episode. It's not mystery, it's purely a lack o properly introduction in the story.
- I'm at the ep 4 and don't feel it to have a well developed backbone, but only a final aim.
- "huge" display of power for no reason, just to kill someone who would die with extremely less dmg.
Conclusion: After the episode 6 it's starting to be less painful to watch, and it got actually better. In the end I actually enjoyed it.
Xian Wang de Richang Shenghuo (2020)
mediocre
Seasons 1 and 2 were mediocre (but not yet in a bad way), and season 3 seems downright pathetic to me (it felt like Pokémon stuff). Disappointing.
I'm at S3, EP3, and I had to skip it.
PROS:
- the main char (character) has mysterious powers (I would say hidden from the viewers).
- the display of power can become nice.
CONS:
- the main char feels like a secondary char in the story. I guess that they meant to make him like a superhero who jumps in only in the situation is bad, but they created a secondhand cliche character, a sidekick.
- The story is not clear. They gave me the feeling that they are improvising on the run.
The Flash (2014)
Drama
Has Flash (the tv show not the char) has been given always this... girly vibes?
Lately it has been only drama like, and I'm not referring only to the actual drama situation (when somebody dies), but to entire episodes where they only whining about something and they confort each other the entire episode
(I don't say that it's not a normal behavior to confort somebody or to express your feelings, but it feels like it's mostly doing this, and the story is falling on the second place, and the action on the 3rd place... :(
I think it's been like this for few seasons now (at least 7, 8 and 9)
Beside the drama (which is kind making me to rethink if I should still watch it) I like the...
Ted Lasso (2020)
A pleasant suprise :)
I don't like football, and i wasn't expecting much from it, but to my surprise >> awesome tv show<<!!
I watched it for the fun part, for the humor and i was surprized to notice that it's more complex in emotions than I thought.
It's a 9+ because I was suprised once in the begining that it's actualy good (and that it's not a stupid show focused on football), and a second time in the end (because it was more than a silly tv show)
I highly recommend it for a pleasant chill night

Lucifer (2016)
Seson 4 - different writer?
Did they changed the writer?
Lines are a bit off. They act a bit different.
The script seems to lean more towards the romantic drama and less towards to that "cool" vibe. It's true that the season 3 ended in a dramatic way and that the sequel needed to match, but the angle/perspective they chose it's somehow different from how they've approached the dramatic situations before.
Stargirl (2020)
Bad Acting and more...
All the actors are forced to put the acting of how somebody is acting bad in a movie.
Pat's son has no more then 14 years old and yet he is acting like is an middle age adult, a regular at a bar, joking with Pat like is his pal and not his father.
Everything happens at once. Stargirl knows everything she can do, like she was doing all that stuff yesterday too.
The graphics would have been good, but is ruined by the silliness they are trying to add. (silliness not in a cute way).
.. but of all, the forced acting is the worst.
