Nu har jeg kun set 2 afsnit. Jeg plejer normalt ikke at gå efter danske serier. Men den her fangede mig allerede ved første afsnit. Skuespilleriet, især fra børnene der er med, er rigtig godt. Historien, hvad der sker osv. er også spot on.

Kan klart anbefalde den, hvis nogen søger noget i den her stil at se.

I like a good sci fi. I fell asleep twice during this. Nothing happens. Nothing at all.

I woke up after 45min and I got the answer to what happened. So a waste of time really. Funny enough for this movie.

I highly recommend finding something else to watch. The only thing that is decent is the effects being used/made.

Good acting, otherwise a bit lacking

The acting is fine. Engaging even. But some things don't add up. Luthor never really shows his strenght. When fighting others, he is on par with some of them.. He suppose to be a lot stronger. Then the apocalypse thing. None of the siblings want to believe it or just disregard it to do their own story mission.. And come on. One can convince people to do stuff, another can timetravel.. But an apocalypse no way it's believeable.. It's fine, but some of these mistakes makes it a bit worse.

The One and Only Ivan (2020)

This was made for a reason. To tell a story. That is what the genre is. Beautiful made with the animals and voices. The story being told for what it is. Pleasant to watch, especially the effects.

Spoiler alert, I'm not. I don't really like too cheesy, obvious movies. Neither the "here is a lesson, learn it and get everything". But this movie was and is entertaining. Nice acting, nice theme. Nice family vibe overall. I quite liked it. You might not. But as someone seeing a lot of movies, this was well done and deserve a watch, if you want a more relaxed, family movie

Bad Boys for Life (2020)

So I like Will. Really do. Looked forward to this. Was a decent movie afterall.

But here is the "but" part.

Spoiler ahead..:

Will aka Mike gets shot down. Nobody does anything for 6 months. Nobody is eager to catch the person whom did it. Everyone is like "Mike, calm down, retire!".

He was meant to be killed.... And he should just forget it and retire?... And nobody found/did anything for 6 months after one of their own got shot down and put online? A bit too thin for my liking.

Big Time Adolescence (2019)

I thought this was gonna be one of those "oh hey, a kid found a cool older kid which do drugs and be tough and all". But no. The 2 main characters play very well. Funny actually. And it's not something I've seen before. It was rather pleasant to watch.

They should have done it better. I loved the first season. Brilliant. I am all up for not keeping anything silent. Speak up. I love what they stand for. What they show, the story. Season 2 was just fine. But... Season 3. There seems to lack what the previous seasons had. Depth. Character. It seems rushed. Clay walks around with a new girl, that apparently gets to know everything for no efford. While before, secrets were secrets..New girl gets the entire story just like that... Clay and the new girl plays detectives.. Suspects their friends one by one. Even confronts them with it... And they just get an explanation out of the blue. No anger to why their friends was suspects or anything. No "hey, don't accuse me of things"... Nothing. We just keep seeing different peoples stories, secrets.. Then comes the detective work... Accusing their friends one by one and it's all fine with them...

Season 3 is kinda of a letdown.

Replicas (2018)

Liking the idea but...

It just lacked. Lack the personal touch/acting. The entire thing is just rushed forward. The idea behind the movie is great. And I watched it cause Of Keanu. The making of it was fine. Acting/script not so much. You will watch this and think about "why" or other questions. The execution of this movie is lacklusting.

The Hate U Give (2018)

Amandla Stenberg. Had the pleasure of watching her from Hunger Games and in other movies. Never dissapointed. Neither in this one. Put aside her great performance, this was a powerful one. The subject will live as long as the people make it live.

I was a bit sceptic about it at first. I love people fighting for a better future. For all. I love the powerful movements that want to impact others to be kind to each other and fair.

This was done right. Nothing else to say. I loved it the entire way through. I cannot understand what people go through. But I get how people are alienated. How others hate them. Been there, done that.

So all I can say, if you are interested in the subject, go watch this. It is all worth it.

Incredibles 2 (2018)

Worth the wait. Shame 2018 people ruins it.

I've missed a second part to this movie. Long overdue. There is only one thing I could see as a "failure". Jack Jack , the baby showed powers in the first movie, yet they are surprised in this second one, that he has got some. Well, he got others than what he showed in the first one, but still.

Overall a great, entertaining movie that stayed true to what the previous one was.

And here comes the 2018 people into the picture. Criticize everything ! The mother took a job being a superhero again? FEMINISM !!!! Seriously... Has nothing to do with this at all. The entire movie stayed true to how the persons were. And superheroes being illegal still and the mother went into the fight to show they should be made legal again makes perfect sense. But ofc. the way to go around reviewing stuff today is more about bashing everything possible. Feminism is at the largest today ofc, just cause this movie shows the mother in action ( previous one with the father ) we should dislike it. But it is alright for the father to be the center of a movie in the previous one?

Good job to the people making this. A bad job giving this movie a negative review based upon stuff that has nothing to do with this movie at all.

So I saw the reviews and thought "okay I will give it a shot". under halfway through I needed to stop it and find another movie. This was bad. Could have understood if this was a college project. But as a movie, nah. Not worth it.

So I've watched it. I am not a fan nor a watcher of musicals really. Never said anything to me. I've tried to watch this movie a couple of times, but always ended up watching something else. But today... Today I made it. From someone that have not watched a handful of musicals. This one is more than the stars on a page. More than "if you are different, you can shine". I can see the dedication the actors/actresses put into this. Felt it throughout the movie. This one was better than I have read. If you are looking for a hidden gem, then this I recommend to the fullest.

As much as I like this movie. Was great. Nothing overtuned or anything. I kinda feel sad. That this World still have issues about this subject. That people can't respect and help each other out, instead of living in fear of what others might think about something you should be able to enjoy.

This was a great movie, if you think you might wanna see it, you wont regret it.

I Kill Giants (2017)

This movie reminded me of Terabethia. Magical World from a child. I do not get why people give this bad reviews. Just cause it is from the maker of Harry Potter, does not mean it should be a new revolution that takes everyone in a storm. To me, the acting was spot on. Really captivating. Much better than expected. The story was quite good. Ofc. it is not to be compared to a movie like Harry Potter or anything else, but I think people bash upon it, just cause it was not as big as HP. A shame. Cause if you like the Terabethia movie/the magical world kids can invent cause of irl struggles, this will be right up your alley. It might come predictable, even I can agree to that. But to me, the movie captivated me to keep watching. And those movies , to me, are rare.

If you want a boring, cheesy, no good acting "comedy" that has next to nothing funny about it, watch this.

Go look at those who rated this a high rating.. They only reviewed this movie = scamming to get this a high rating.

Has nothing to do with "good old school comedy" at all. Was boring from start till finish and had next to no funny acting in it.

Do yourself a favor and go see the profiles that have given this a high rating, they only reviewed this movie to get it on the list.

Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle (2017)

I don't get it..

Sure, we all got different taste etc. But I've read so many places how great and awesome this movie is. I got to see it. And... It just lacks. Decent acting, story was okay. But where was the fun? Where was the Jumanji in this? The original was fun, creative. Crazy. While they did "update" the game itself in the movie, it just was poorly executed. So I really don't get the 10+ reviews going nuts about how great this was. Sure it was watchable and sometimes funny enough, but that was about it. If I had paid to see this myself, I would have felt robbed. You might like it, but I just think this was mediocre compared to the original. Could have been done better. Watchable, yes. A 10? No.

Pitch Perfect 3 (2017)

Then don't watch this one. They promote Dj khalid like he is something. Cheesy jokes, worse than the first two movies. Poor storyline.. "We got no good jobs and need to go back to singing". What's next? They get kids and do a family singing contest in Pitch Perfect 4?

I thought this would be better, but it seems like it's been rushed. No real great content in it at all. Becky should be the one making great music. Got a job where she isn't appreciated. And the rest got bad jobs as well.. Oh well, back to a singing contest.. Real life = no where to be seen. Not everyone can go out and get great jobs. If it weren't for Hailee Steinfeld, I would have stopped watching it 20min into the movie.

Dead Shack (2017)

I think they forgot to put in the "comedy" genre for this movie. I quite liked it actually. Funny and a time killer. It's hard to get by a good horror movie these days. And while this is more comedy than horror, it performs better than most horrors.

Even though this cartoon movie potraits something horrible, to some extend, I quite enjoyed it. Seeing a "grown up" cartoon like this, from that culture. I would like to see more of it. Liked the style it was made in as well. Even though I felt sad, cause there is so much hatred and negative stuff going on in this World. I liked it more than I thought I would.

A Date for Mad Mary (2016)

I see movies getting high ratings a lot. Often cause it's from a certain country or people upvoting it cause they worked on it. I must say, I was a bit sceptic about this one. Thought the high ratings came from people, that liked it cause of where it was made. I decided to take a look for myself. Thinking I could be smart enough to have evidence to bring the rating down. The more I saw of this movie, the more I wanted. The acting, story, the small things. It got it all. If a movie is well made, it does not matter how much or how little of a budget it got. This was much better than anything I imagined. So if you want a genuine movie, I highly recommend this one.

Thor: Ragnarok (2017)

I get the hype that has come with the new superhero movies. This is a good movie, don't get me wrong. But where the Avengers/captain america are great, well this falls a bit short.

Too much joking around. I like the style of it. But still. Tune down the obvious corny jokes. It's a bit like the disaster with Tobey Macquire with Spiderman.

I don't get the high ratings for this movie. Of course people can have their opinions. But.. It just lacks almost everything. Okayish acting, story, everything. It was so predictable, that within the first 15min, I've guessed the plot and ending. Was fine for a timekiller, but was no way near funny.

Wonder (I) (2017)

A surprise

I really enjoyed this movie. I love people are making movies like this. And yet, I feel sad. That we need to be reminded about treating others equally.

Back to the movie. I really liked they showed different aspects and not only from the boy. It was well played out and was genuine a pleasant surprise to watch.

There were no cheesy moments, nor the "oh he looks different, let's make it unrealistic". This could happen in real life as well. And that is what I liked about this movie. Does not hide the problems, yet not trying to be better than it could be for that situation. And the acting is spot on. Never a moment where you get the feeling that it was an act. So if you wanna see something genuine and having second thoughts about watching this, go ahead. I assure you that you wont regret it.

Please Stand By (2017)

Great movie.

This is just my opinion. I am by no means an expert. This was great. The acting was spot on and the movie itself and the storyline was capturing. While I do not fully understand how it is to be autistic, I think it was well played out by Dakota. If you are looking for a good movie to watch and this sounds interesting, it is worth a shot. No big script, no huge budget. But it didn't matter at all and I never missed a thing in it.
