Most ppl saying it gives hometown Cha Cha vibes. Yes I agree, but maybe it was definitely shot in similar places? I enjoyed watching that drama with renowned actors but this one is really worth watching bcz new faces and also if u r into watching eye soothing rom com. So annoying side stories. Didn't like the love triangle but still okay.

Da da Sol Sol la la Sol was also shot in similar shooting spot. Does that mean Netflix copied that too? Haha give urself a break and watch this drama! U won't regret like me! Joy might have went overboard with her acting. She definitely needs more acting lessons!

The Kissing Booth 3 (2021)

Kissing booth 1 was so amazing. Kissing booth 2 was okay but predictable. But this one is absolutely nuts but I had to watch it to finish the trilogy so I didn't actually watch it instead listened to it at 1.5x speed while studying lol. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. The fact that the leads were real life couple and had to put up wuth each for 2 more movies just for the contract made the movie MORE CRINGY FOR ME.

I Saw the Devil (2010)

First of all, NOT A TYPICAL KDRAMA. I m seeing reviews saying this is vulgar. OMG PPL! What are you? 13? Let's just be honest and agree that the world we live in way more vulgar than this and this drama is just a reality of ppl in their 20s.

Both leads are amazing in jobs and extremely professional. I just watched an interview where they were watching their kissing scenes and kept on rewinding that lol. The amount of self confidence it needs for anyone to do that HIGHHH.

Hays off to Song Kang doing so many projects back to back. Literally running from one drama shoot to another and yet maintaining the quality of his performance on point. Hope this season ends well and Netflix gives us a season 2 and not ruin the season 2 like they ruined love alarm's season 2.

Wo qin'ai de 'Xiao jiepi' (2021– )

Seems like a typical cdrama but I couldn't stop binge watching!

There's so many this type of c dramas that when I first watching I thought I would just skip most of this drama just like I did in last few c dramas. But there's something different and excellent about this drama. I quite don't know what but I was hooked and watched till episode 22 cz last 2 episodes didn't air then.

I found it weird that at just episode 3 he realised he liked her but took so longggg to confess episode 12! But the accidental escalator kiss will be epic forever!

I loved fact that there's 3 couples in this cdrama. I haven't watched the korean version of this yet so I can't compare but I love this one though! Worth a binge watch!

As a kdrama cdrama fan, I hv such a long list of dramas I want to watch that even if I want to I don't usually watch an episode twice. But THIS DRAMA! I watched every episode twice. 3rd episode THRICE! IT'S THAT GOOD! I hope they keep this thrill, amazing chemistry and storyline all through the rest of EPs! It's gonna be fun and fulfilling to wait weeklong for each episodes.

Word of Honor (2021)

Where do I start? It's such a masterpiece. I don't usually like BL dramas. Unlike everyone I didn't like The untamed. I didn't know this was a BL drama before I started it. But my oh my! THIS WAS SO GOOD. From starting to finish! And the twists they give u the hidden meaning behind each screen. It just blows my mind that how much effort was put into the script. And the acting!

The sudden personality changes shown in the WKX character by Gong Jun was OUTSTANDING. U will be his biggest fan after this. These 2 men really showed the love between them which I didn't think will look so beautiful.

In the end 2 wanderers found home into each other and lived into the mountains after becoming immortals and WKX with gray hair ! That's the ending I believe in and I will fight with literally everyone who thinks it's a sad ending. Fo urself a favour and JUST WATCH IT.

Love and Redemption (2020– )

Another OUTSTANDING costume drama! But just don't compare it with Ashes of love!

Absolutely loveeeeed it! From story to acting, cinematography, casting everything was outstanding. It's so unfair for these amazing dramas to compare these with one another. I am seeing reviews, YouTube ost comments comparing it wuth Ashes of love. AoL was another level. This is on different level.

But only thing I like better in this drama is the lead couple's chemistry. My oh my! This drama has one of the best kissing scenes in c drama history. Specially Episode 52 lol. No wonder there CP is so strong. But it's unfortunate when crazy CP went wrong and made Cheng Yi to lose 60k followers after wrap up party. I ship them 100 percent and want to see a s2 together and also a real life couple too! Way to go u two!

Love Scenery (2021)

Lin Yi doesn't disappoint! Worth the wait

Waited for so long for this drama! It was supposed to come on January 17 on iQiwi but came in April but it was worth the long wait! Lin Yi's acting skills has developed so much since his last drama and specially the scenes were he's jealous is drop dead hilarious! Overall a cute love story it's worth watching ongoing.

First of all was Victoria Song really a good fit for this role? Absolutely not. She's a very beautiful lady with everything near perfection. From height to body to her character's established career wise. So is that even possible for a lady like that to stay single till she's 32? I understand the script says it was her brother's fault but it was in high school. Was she sleeping or every man was blind around her? Utter nonsense.

I will admit I didn't like the story line moreover Victoria song as a lead actress made it worse. Still I watched it past 8 episode and it's time to stop now! I want to see someone brave who would actually finish this! 41 episodes? Hell no! It should have been 16 or highest 24.

I really really want to smash that person's head who recommended me this. Waste of my 8 hours of life and energy.

A Love So Beautiful (2017)

The original and the k remake.. I liked them both..unlike everyone!

If u r intending to watch the k and c both versions pls do watch the korean one first cz the korean one is too sweet to be missed but at the same time if u watch this one first then the korean one will look like a disaster! It's a remake after all. They changed quite a few things in the korean one but only for the better.

In this one things were more realistic but few things were too much for example why did Jiang Cheng bring his fake gf in the bachelor party! Glad that korean version skipped that. Humors were same in both. So were the bonding between them 5.

This Chinese version is more smooth in all incidents like them being a couple, first college party, their break up and the awkwardness after meeting ur ex after 3 yrs is less in this one! But the korean one! Made a whole lot deal out of it. But I didn't like how Jiang made her apologise to him after 3 yrs. They both were at fault for their breakup so she shouldn't have been the one apologising.

Over all I would say since this one is the original one, it's better but as a k drama fan I would say Kim Yo Han's expressions as Cha Heon in Korean one is NOT TO BE MISSED! And who else is starting Go Go Squid 2 after this drama? Well I am! Hu Yitian!

So it started off nicely and then honestly actress portraying Dan Oh caught my eye. Loved her chemistry with the second lead actor but I thought she was very young and there u go..Typical korean flawless beauty! How can someone look so effortlessly beautiful at 30? Then I found out she was actually a member of girls generation, one of the most popular girl band in Korea whose name u hv probably heard of if u r into k pop! Is there really something that korean ppl can't do? Way to go versatility.

Have u ever finished a drama cz u LOVED THE SECOND COUPLE? Hell yes! This drama absolutely. The casting could have been better cz he didn't look like a college student. Ms Seo didn't look as old as they wanted to portray. She's literally my new lady crush. For some reason the lead couple's chemistry didn't appeal me. The lead actor's role was nicely developed and it was hilarious to see his reactions initially in the drama but he matured so much throughout the drama.

Episode 13 seemed best to me! That fight about Ms Seo's fake birthday was very nicely put. Each character boned with each other so nicely. Specially loved how a kdrama created a gay character.

Last episode had a dialogue like Happy ending are just fantasy and illusion created by Civilization. That's so true cz I was kind of hating how the almost didn't give the second couple happy ending. They kept the ending open. That's the best part.

Touch Your Heart (2019)

Light hearted drama. Atypical bf material!

I loved how he laughs unknowingly then stopped laughing after realizing.. He keeps on doing the things she loves. How adorably he turns her hand and then hugs her and kisses her! Heart flutters at those moments seriously! So beautifully portrayed! I have been wanting to get a hedgehog as a date gift lol. Worth a watch if u r into light rom coms

First of all started watching this right after Dr Romantic 2 and didn't know that will find Ahn Hyo Seop and Yang Se Jong both in one drama! Well, this drama had a slow beginning but was very rapid going story in the middle. There were little twists here and there but the twists were so disappointing in the end. But the ending was well put and pretty hilarious specially the Berlin twist.. Keyring over ring twist..loved how she decided to go slow and enjoy what she's doing rather than just gaininh6a degree. That's the BEST t thing about this drama! IT makes u want to take a decision u love.. Not the decision u should actually take. Oftertimes those 2 differ..

Loved Jennifer's character too. Actually thought she was an AI in the beginning! Over all will recommend it to someone who wants to watch a chill light hearted emotional drama.

Strong Girl Bong-soon (2017)

So good! Such a good rom com. A must watch even can be watched with family too haha! Not much kdramas fall into this category actually. Recently watched Abyss of the same actress. That's good too. She's such a potential actress and what can I say about Park Hyung Sik.. He's just so perfect in here!

The first 4 5 episodes were good. But ever since a case was filed against the drama for some literally ridiculous reason.. They just changed the drama line.. The romance and love between them wasn't heartwarming. Rather there was repeating same old tacky insecure gf and annoying second leads fighting over cartoons. For this stupid case this wonderful drama with such a good cast went in vain. They didn't even have a proper kiss in the entire series! So much for a rom com yeah?

The acting the actions the story the romance...tell me what thing that isn't best in this drama! A JCW MASTERPIECE and this is my first drama of PMY too. I just love her! She's so good and hardworking and professional! Specially she never pulled off this kind of hair style before. She's alws with long hair but this kinda suits her!

This type of drama makes me want to watch more normal dramas rather than dramas in fantasy genre. Actually I like fantasy dramas cz they don't disappoint u and there's no limit but often in dramas like this.. U keep thinking that nooo this kinda thing doesn't happen in real life and it's too cheesy. But this drams soothes ur heart. It's nice. It's real it's relatable! A must watch JCW drama!

Romance Is a Bonus Book (2019)

I can't hats off enough to kdrama writers actually. They have a such great storytelling pattern. At first I was just so annoyed that LJS didn't look good with the actress then after finishing it it HIT ME HARD that it's not a fairy tale! It's a reality of a women who loved someone.. got married.. had child.. Gave her everything to the family and in the end ended up with nothing! I loved how dearly and tenderly he loved her. I have watched 50+ kdramas after this but this one comes to my mind quite often. If only I didn't have a long list of kdramas to watch I seriously would have watched this twice.

I loved the second couple too. And the nice ambient environment they showed in a record publishing company is so heartwarming.. It almost made me want to work in a company like that too and I m sure I m not the only one feeling this way after watching this wonderful drama. Can't wait for LJS to come back from military SOOOOOON with another amazing kdrama!

Guardian: The Lonely and Great God (2016–2017)

The second half of the drama is INSANELY GOOD

It is honestly the all time talk of the kdramas I think. U won't find anyone who won't recommend u after they have watched it and that's why I didn't watch to watch it all it. Ut seemed cliche but I was just so disappointed in first few episodes.. Their chemistry just didn't click me.. Well it didn't until the end either.. I just don't think the lead actors looked good together. I know many will disagree with me but that's okay! But the screenwriting is SOOOO GOOOOOD. HANDS OFF TO THE WRITERS and the OSTs are so addictive. I found the second protagonists more fun watching and heartbreaking too. I am happy that they worked in touch your heart again!

Are You Human Too? (2018)

I loved ROBOSHIN! even though it was annoying at first cz He couldn't tell when the assistant lied to him. He couldn't find out the hidden camera at first either. How come that didn't give any signal into his system. But they pulled those off nicely in subsequent episodes. The drama was best before human shin woke up actually. This makes Seo Kang Joon such a good actor cz in the same drama he was once a sweet robot with heart fluttering smile and then again he was an annoying selfish human too! I loved the mysterious open ended finishing too. I think it was the best possible ending we could have asked for!

Abyss (2019)

A beautiful story with brilliant execution in acting. I honestly didn't like the starting but it keeps getting better. I loved how writers didn't drag single murderer till last episode rather than they kept the story exciting with his accomplice! How amazingly the writers pulled off a crime story along with a beautiful love story. Usually in crime dramas, the love story lags behind but in here, each episode had some sweet scenes. Loved they went to picnic just under the sky.. Their family picnic.. Her father approving of him in the nicest way.. Him hilariously recording it.. The Time capsule.. And last but not the least THE GREATEST MIRACLE that made the abyss was the sweetest twist ever! LOVED LOVED D LOVED the ending. I can't believe that Ahn Hyo Seop is so young but he's soooo good! Do yourself a favour and watch this wonderful drama!

Dr. Romantic (2016–2023)

So gooood.. This drama doesn't disappoint! NOT A SINGLE BORING EPISODE amongst 21 of them!

As a medical professional, I avoided this drama as much as I could but had to watch it bcz of so many recommendations and honestly I wasn't disappointed. A teacher like him is truly precious. Everyone needs a teacher kim in their life to point in their faults and teach a lesson. But it was so hilarious how they diagnosed rarest diseases with just mere symptoms! Lol. I felt bad for Do's son! But u can't just go around saying lies about the surgeries u haven't done at least once. It's not easy! But overall well portrayed. Will miss the lead couple in season 2!
