If I Stay (2014)
Prepare your tissues.
After watching the trailer, I knew I was going to cry watching this movie, and oh boy did I cry! This movie made go through all type of emotions, from laugh and cheesily smiling (is that even a thing) to deep sobbing. I love how the movie is built with the flashbacks, the coming back to reality and Chloe's character always being there watching everything. I love the fact that two different worlds get to be put together, trying to find a common path when there seems to be none, how you see both worlds struggling on their own but also as one. I love the fact that everyone can relate to the story on a certain way because: - if you come from a happy family, you relate to the happy moments. - if you come from a broken family, you can relate to it (both through Adam and Mia) - we all struggle to achieve our dream - we all loved and all been broken-hearted.
(Can you tell I loved this movie?)
