Rush (2013)
Nice Racing Nice Story
I don't realize that the movie is a true story until the last five minutes.
I admire Niki Lauda(Daniel Brühl), because of his intelligence and diligence. I admire James Hunt(Chris Hemsworth) as well, because of his sporting spirits and attitudes toward life.
As far as I am concerned, this movie is an excellent one after I review all the racers' personal story on the wikipedia. It is really a good story reteller.
But if you concentrate on the film itself, the shooting might be a little boring, because there does not exist any foreshadowing in this story. The movie is just telling, without any artificial decoration. So I could find out the ending even if I am just watching it for about one hour.
As for movie like To the Fore and Unbeatable acted by Eddie Peng, each of them have different advantages. If mixed up together, every of them will get a good score!
The Martian (2015)
Really Worth It!
I watched this movie with my four friends. It is just a sudden decision, no one saw the clip before watching it. And even nobody have ever heard of it. But I personally think this movie is worth its value, costing me 63yuan, which is more expensive than any of movie in theaters.
To make a short comment, I think the shot of it is extremely splendid. But the story line is a little bit simple and boring, so it sometimes makes me feel a little tired and sleepy. Personally, I suppose some parts of it should be cut but not be kept.
Additionally, in some scene, the speaking part or the texting part are just taking too much time, and the reading part does not have its effect to make us feel affected. If cut some part, I might vote it 9 out of 10.
But I have to say, in the last part, when Mark Watney (Matt Damon) was rescued by the captain and the whole world were yelling at the same time, I was touched deeply.
I have to say, it is the best science movie this year, but it is not better than Interstellar.

A Simple Love Story Is Better Than Fake Love Fiction
I just want to talk about the story's timeline and actors without talking about any shooting skills.
As for the leading actress (Yunye Song), she does really well in the movie. To be a pure girl in senior high school, she is undoubtedly good at it. Being the leading actress in Café·Waiting·Love (2014) made her know clearly what she is good at. In this movie, she turned to be a ugly girl at the beginning, and became a pretty girl because of falling in love. Thousands of people say that the most vulgar movie will take the chance of owning the best title, I support this point of view, one could easily figure out what will happen next in this movie, but you are still willing to wait for it to take place. Like all love stories in 1990s' Taiwan, this story is pure and make people feel relaxed. When you are watching it, you felt like taking a nap. When all the story came to an end, you just thought all the story was in your SWEET DREAM.
The leading actor (Dalu Wang) is a born rascal and his eye can tell everything. Judging from his eye, his love and anger are evidential. Gotten the first chance to be the leading actor, he grab the chance like Zhendong Ke in You Are The Apple of My Eye, I believe he will be the next generation famous stars in China.
The scene is of great beauty, everything is set according the past, there is no contradiction with history in this movie.
There are lots of bonus in this movie, Andy Lau in flesh, Jerry Yan in flesh, even Jiayi Shen (an character in You Are The Apple of My Eye) are in this movie.
But I only can vote it 9 out of 10, because there are some plots the same as those in You Are The Apple Of My Eye, which I voted 10 out of 10 and have watched for more than 5 times.
Fan gun ba! A Xin (2011)
6 for Sport, 7 for Friendship, 8 for Relationship
Hearing this title, I supposed that this film should be all about sport. But once I watched that, I found that I was wrong. The English name is not very proper to tell about all the information, in the contrary, Chinese name of this movie are stuck to the theme.
To make a conclusion, I think the directer(Yu-Hsien Lin) just want to tell a story without sort it, so as far as I am concerned, the time distribution is not very proper.
Everyone play sports, in this movie, Ashin(Eddie Peng) is not the athletic who are always spending a lot of time on the gym.
To tell about the friendship, I think this part takes too much time, it is undoubted that Tsai- Bo(Lawrence Ko) is the best friend of Ashin, but plenty of scene of bully is in no need.
As for the relationship, in my opinion, it is the most successful part in this movie, a mystery operator(Chen-Shi Lin) take part in the whole life of Ashin, I think she know Ashin better than he do. Although they have never met, even at last, Ashin do know figure her out. But it is definitely met Ashin's character. what's more, the operator try her best to hide herself so that she can keep a good impression to Ashin. Everything about the relationship is logical.
6 for sport, 7 for friendship, 8 for relationship. So I give it 7.
Po feng (2015)
Impressive and Aggressive!
I watched this movie till the midnight, but I don't felt sleepy, what's more, it keeps me feeling energetic till such a late time. I think this movie is very very impressive!
Movies of Dante Lam's are always making people earn a bombing heart rate! The movie 'Unbeatable' is a movie like 'To the fore'. In this one, there spreads different scene, but the main topic is always the same. In 'To the fore', the aggressive cyclists and their undeniable contributions to the team are logically acceptable. In the race, there can be such a man pushing others and doing harm, it is not fair, and it is also not easy to erase this phenomenon. Lam used his specific way to express his point of view.
'NEVER SAY NEVER', this title is shown on the screen for dozens of times, when someone lost, lost his heart, missed his championship, won the goal, this title is always showing on the screen. As far as I am concerned, the movie itself cannot earn a full-score rating, but as a man loving cycling, this movie really making me feel confident and powerful! I think the love story is useless at first, but I found I was wrong when Qiu Ming (Peng) donated his most important part (as a cyclist) to his lover Shiyao (Wang Luodan).
The Matrix (1999)
UNABLE to Give a HIGHER Score
How can this movie get such a higher score and list in Top 20s?
As far as I am concerned, this movie is NEITHER FISH OR FOWL! Titled as a "Action Movie", but it is actually full of meaningless action part. As a Chinese critic, those KungFu part is like the Monkey King's action, full of impossibility. Remove that "Action" title might be a good choice.
What's more, there are dozens of useless parts in this movie. For example, the love story is so strange, WHAT DOES THAT MEAN BY SAYING "BECAUSE I LOVE YOU, YOU WILL NOT DIE"??? I just want to ask if it is necessary? A kiss is a must in movies of 1990s'?
In addition to that, is Cypher a necessary part?IS A BAD GUY IN BADLY NEED IN THIS MOVIE??? I don't think so. The storyline can stretch through without this man.
Last but not least, I would like to know, what is the significance of the skill of "jump over a building" exist? If it would like to tell us that a people know about the TRUTH can do something impossible, why does no one in this movie own the ability of jump straight up to the building instead of climb up it breathlessly?
In a word, this movie constructs an uncomplicated world, or as is to say, an world that is incomplete. That is why I give it 2 out of 10.
La leggenda del pianista sull'oceano (1998)
Legendary
I do not have much to say. Just a few of simple opinion after witnessing this fascinating film. As far as I am concerned, 1900 and Max are just the same people, which I mean that Max has a WHO disease. In fact, there exist many clues that might leads to this conclusion. But it is just my first time to watch this movie. I think I need to review it more times and go deeper to this movie. I cannot forget the final scene where Max go straight into the fog and faded there. Just like Max said, "I don't know where to go when I set my foot on the land." Neither does Max. He cannot earn a living in the city, but as a matter of fact he was born in the city. How could he lost his ability? How could 1900 keep away from hunger? How could he keep himself tidy in such a massing ship? It is just Max's own imagination. I have to say so.
The Shawshank Redemption (1994)
One in the Top-10 List of Mine
As far as I am concerned, I think it is a movie well worth watching. I am a senior high school student in China, and I really do not have lot of time to lead a free life as most of students abroad (stated in many books and stories in China). As is known to many people, there exists a strict examination (The National College Entrance Exam) in China, and each student only have one chance to attend it during his/her lifetime, so nobody will give it up and everyone is fighting for it.
Just like Andy, Red and many other people in the Shawshank. Maybe most of us living creatures do not have a real freedom.
It is a jailbreak story in many people's eyes, but it isn't just like that in my aspect. I regard it as a kind of redemption as the title of the movie. As is stated in Oxford Dictionary, "REDEMPTION" is "the action of saving or being saved from sin, error, or evil" or "a thing that saves someone from error or evil". In my opinion, both of its meaning was highlighted.
I do not want to talk about this movie from performance, even if it is the soul of a movie. But I think there must be a more important thing.
Red is a man lost his heart, even if he is always speaking ill of the guard, his eyes is like a silent street, he can bear anything, and he will not have a quarrel, he sentenced himself to death. Though he said he had been totally changed in the jail, nobody would like to APPROVE him of get out of it. But when he tell them his true words inside his heart, he was soon set free. It is just like a kind of joking, but I think it is of high applause. I don't know how to express it in an exact word in English, it means "血性" in Chinese.
As for Andy, the other main character in this movie. He is an energetic bird looking forward to freedom, which is wise enough as well. Carving the wall, behind which is freedom. It takes him nineteen years. But it is fair. In his past life, though he was freer than that in Shawshank, he was also trapped. Trapped by his daily routines, by his wife's abandon or by those business and title he earned. For many of us, one should work until his sixties or older, and when he could enjoy his life, there is not very much left exactly. Andy used nineteen years to gain a freedom, and he got it faster than we.
Maybe the western cannot get my idea, but in fact, a people in China even need to work in his seventies. There are thousands of rooms left empty, but most of people cannot have their own house in his whole life. That is the reason why I am longing for freedom.
Owing to the blessing of the god, I have my own house with my family, we have cars. What's more, we do not have trouble in earning a living. Maybe I could say I am a born First-Class, but too many of us cannot be like that.
WE NEED REDEMPTION.
I have to say it is the Top-10 Movie I have ever watched. And it even can be the best TWO out of all, the other one is Leon.
