XO, Kitty (2023)
Could have been good
The whole idea that she travelled halfway around the world to be with her boyfriend of 4 YEARS was great. They both loved each other much. But the way it ended was heartbreaking, ridiculous, and unbelievable.
Dae lied and should have explained to Kitty right from the start. At least he had a good reason to keep the full secret.
As for Kitty, who changes their heart on a dime? Who throws away an intense love for someone else who is already in a relationship with someone else and will not be breaking up with them.
Then, to top it off, she ends up with a guy out of the blue that she hadn't even considered having feelings for. Kitty is a horrible person.
The series didn't even wrap up the cheating storyline and the fact that Dae will lose his scholarship. I'm just so mad at this. The sweetest guy in the world that made a bad decision under dire circumstances. Which he was FORGIVEN for.
I'm so sorry I wasted my time on this. Did I say I'm just mad? If they have a second season I won't be watching. This could have been so good.

Started out exciting, but...
This drama had a super exciting start. The idea with the game was really interesting. My favorite genre is anything with sword fighting. I was happy! Then the bug happened with the first death and he continued to show up. That really creeped me out. Loved it.
After that, it started to get confusing. Rules changed or didn't stay consistent. He needed guns because he couldn't run, then all of a sudden he was running in the game. Why wasn't Marco a bug? The death of his Secretary nearly destroyed me. And it was even worse when he had to delete his bug. Loved that man.
I guess the ending was meant to be a cliffhanger for a second season? Not sure but it left me so unsatisfied. It only showed Hyun Bin in the shadows! Was he unavailable to shoot the last episode? Weird.
All in all, I'm glad I watched it. Interesting plot if you overlook the inconsistencies. EXO's Chanyeol was so cute and is really talented. Hyun Bin is always amazing and very nice to look at.

Fantastic - touched every emotion
I barely know what to say about this series. It was one of the best I have ever seen. It touched on every possible emotion going through ups and downs of life. I cried and laughed so many times. This ranges from family issues, lost jobs, aging, illnesses, and searching for your dream.
The cast was outstanding and I have to applaud the two leads on learning ballet in only 6 months for their roles. The rest of the cast fit perfectly.
I only wish they would have shown Chae-Rok "soaring" at the end when he finally got his shot. Plus, it would have been nice to throw in a little romance with the granddaughter, although it seemed implied.
I can't recommend this series enough. Love Song Kang even more after this. And, wow, did he look good in his Prince costume.

Just what I needed
To me, this drama had everything... romance, comedy, a sad side story, and a fun office atmosphere. It was definitely a "feel good" series. I couldn't stop watching it. The two lead characters were so cute together. I thought they were perfect for the roles. Literally made me sad that I am single. "The moon is beautiful" and "the snow is beautiful" nearly broke me.
There are many other characters that you will fall in love with. Friday girl's night was hilarious and I love how it showed another side to the boss which, at work, seemed like a total b.
You also get to learn a lot about publishing companies and how much work goes into the entire process of putting a book in a bookstore. The whole thing was fun with a family atmosphere.
This will be on my list to watch again.

I really liked this drama
A lot of reviews said there was no chemistry between the leads but I disagree. Sure, there was an age difference but I thought the actors overcame that very well. I loved the intimate scenes between them and wished for more.
I thought the pace was good with just a couple of slow episodes but the show followed 6 different relationships so there was always something going on with one of them.
The story lines with all the relationships really added meaning and value to the show. Just the right amount of comedy. The nosey parents seemed very annoying but in the end you discover what an impact they made.
Would definitely recommend this especially if you are a Song Kang fan. Could he get any cuter??

No chemistry between leads
I thought the story was good with lots of twists and turns. The male lead was fantastic and so beautiful to look at. I loved the way he portrayed the shy introvert. Such a great actor with so many different facial expressions and emotions. He was so funny at times. I loved his dancing and, wow, can he kiss! But there was no chemistry between him and the annoying, pouting child they paired him up with. She ruined it for me. I was almost rooting for the ex. But I still enjoyed it because of him and all the other supporting characters. The last two episodes almost felt like fillers. Not much there. But, (can you tell?) I definitely became a fan of Yeon Woo-Jin.

Slow and Boring
Enjoyed "looking" at Song Kang but good god how many times was that girl going to rip his heart out. The actors were good but the story was slow and painful to watch.

Horrible
After the first half of the first season, I started feeling sick every time I watched this. The female lead was the worst I have ever seen. Could she not open her mouth and stop destroying people? The whole thing was too depressing. Hated the ending.
