Felt the music and rap and it beats on my heart with stunning act from Ranv & Alia
18 April 2019
Another fabulous movie from one of my fav director , Zoya Akhtar. Couldn't able to watch it on big screen. And finally saw it on Amazon prime with my earplugs IN with Volume HIGHH!!! Its a combination of stunning performance of Ranveer , Amazing Alia and other co-stars were superb with Zoya's perfect directional touch plus the BGM and Music by different artists were outstanding. I wasn't able to feel the beats , rap through my ears but only straight through my hearts and at some point tears of joy too. One of the best art by Zoya, Ranveer and Spicy Stuborn Alia.

Just one word "MasterClass" "Fascinating" "Breathtaking" Amazing Documentary Series
11 April 2019
This is the best documentary series about Wild Life i have seen in my life. Well filmed and narrated with breathtaking visuals and stories of various species which we never heard of. Its full of NATURAL AWARENESS AND Knowledge about the species all around the world.

I come to conclusion after watching this series " Plants & Animals are more CREATIVE , very much INNOVATIVE (in a SUSTAINABLE way) than we HUMANS". We humans needs to grow up and learn from these living beings. Such a lovely fabulous series. Kudos and love you David Attenborough for this wonderful series. It's a privilege and visual treat for the audience. And THANK YOU "Netflix"

MASS LALETTAN @ its best after a long time. What we fans wished ; Prithvi made it on Screen with Murali Gopi well written dialogues crafted with mass elements

MASS LALETTAN @ its best after a long time. What we fans wished ; Prithvi made it on Screen with Murali Gopi well written dialogues crafted with mass elements.

For Hindus, he can be Mahiravana... In Islam, he would be Iblees... And among Christians, there's only one name for him: Lucifer.

Movie is a mass one which i could compare with Rajini's Pettah . Like Karthik crafted for Rajani, Prithvi and Murali did for lalettan.

Watch it if you'd read the book
11 April 2019
Just watch it once if you felt the book is good , otherwise it would be boring stuff.

She wanted to explore the art of pleasure in Italy , art of devotion in India , and in Indonesia , the art of balancing the two..and the coincidence that all these countries begin with letter I.. a fairy auspicious sign of voyage of self discovery (I) While she was in Italy the whole society seems like conspiring to teach her Italian..and then she knew that she wasn't the best traveler as she had met many great explorers , the real naturals . Who are so physically sturdy that they could drink a shoebox of water from a Calcutta gutter and never get sick. People who can pick up new languages where others of us might only pick up infectious diseases. Dante for Italy , the Italian language as Shakespeare for English in England. The cat and mouse game between depression and loneliness while she sat alone watching the sun set at Italy.

Intense , touching, empathetic
31 March 2019
Well captured movie of a mother and son captivated in a room by a stranger for 7 years. The son , Jack who was 5 year old hasn't seen the world outside the room since birth. The movie has some intense and intriguing scenes and Jack found it hard to believe the things in real world (outside the room) as very un-realistic in the beginning and slowly realizing it, where his mom had a severe break down mentally. But Jack finally adapt and evolve and learned to be brave enough to bring cheer to his mom and grandma. My rating is 7.5/10 . Jack was fabulous

30 March 2019
Hardcore fan of Oriol movies. I was so fascinated by "The invisible guest" and now "Mirage". What a fabulous movie , the kind of idea is been generated is so innovative. Its a mix of SCI_FI , Time Travel, Psychology, Thriller, when all these comes together obviously it would something which is out of box stuff. And i can really say that "This is so called MY KIND OF MOVIE" - Connecting the Future with the Past"

Blissful night with the Kumbalangi
23 March 2019
It's a well narrated script by Syam Pushkaran and well appreciable direction by Madhu with stunning performances from the lead actors Soubin , Fahad and the rest. The movie is a visual treat to our eyes and will fill our hearts with LOVE. Having few humors here and there with classic Malayalam comedy and situational realistic scenes. It's pure blissful nights, and a movie very close to mother Nature ( Earth).

well narrated with great cast
17 March 2019
Mammooty back with an powerful role after a gap and stuns as usual. I loved the narration of the movie. The entire movie was split into different sections of Papa's and AMudhavan's life - Nature's act towards them or the life challenges facing by a dad to look after a daughter suffering from spastic paralysis . Well done ram & the entire crew

Watch it for Rajkumar's act ,average flick
7 March 2019
It's an average flick with few intense scenes which shows the survival strategies of a man trapped in a flat with none close-by . Raj was good in his role and well-done.

Documentary is not bad , but i didn't feel like it has an impact to receive the Oscars
7 March 2019
As a documentary it lacks clarity but it's good and unique for those people who doesn't aware of the rural areas in India. I have seen better documentaries than this but those doesn't have the reach as this has. Any how can't blame any one for the reach and marketing stuffs. Kudos the team behind this and congrats for the Oscars.

The crew behind this movie should have acknowledged Arunachalam Muruganantham in their speech as he is man behind the low cost sanitary pad machine and our one and only "PADMAN" .

Cleo stole my heart and the naturalist scenes amazed me - DOP @ its best .Kudoz Alfonso
7 March 2019
Roma is the place where this story happens (Mexico) and so the movie name "ROMA" ; first of all i thought it was Cleo's real name. Applause to the director/writer/Cinematographer - Mr.Alfonso Cuaron for giving such a natural and rich movie. This movie is based on the story of Alfonso's family servant "Libo". When i mentioned the word "Rich" which means the movie is rich in its perfection of shots. Cinematography has struck me and blew my mind as each and every shots are magnificent and i paused at many instances to see the photography and was pleased by the beauty of frames. And i knew that the movie will be a slow moving but i never felt bored as i fall in love with the DOP from the beginning itself. The Story is simple and not an extra ordinary one but a simple story has portrayed in such a way that it has evolved into a great cinematic experience. I was touched by the few scenes at the hospital and the climax. "The Car parking shots, the cleaning shots, hospital scenes, frames at the beaches especially the climax and many ". Cleo was excellent and the other main actors were fine in projecting their characters. Over all a beautiful experience and full marks to Alfonso for his impressive efforts (especially DOP)

Visual Treat with some good performance
1 March 2019
I missed the movie in big screen . This movie has some visually beautiful shots with great performances from Ranveer and Deepika and well made by Bansali. Then Aditi and Jim were impressive in their roles too. I didn't want to elaborate my comments on the movie as it is supposed to be witnessed on the talkies itself.

Joju transformed into Joseph and its Brilliant
25 February 2019
Decided to watch after my friends recommended and so i was expecting something from the film and it did deliver more than what i was looking for. This movie is a mirror for the society to know the real scams and notorious hospital and medical industry. " BE AWARE OF THAT & BEWARE TOO" . M.Padmakumar , the director of the movie has portrayed the plot well and i'm always a follower of his movies. And then comes the stellar actor Joju who has done a brilliant master class performance. He nailed it as a drunkard and chain smoking crooked police officer who had a tough marital life. The persons who acted as his friends were great in their respective roles and the movie also shows the depth friendship and family. Its WORTH paying for at the talkies and one of the best thriller of last year released Indian Movies.

Loved the chemistry between Tovino & Urvasi
23 February 2019
The film stars Tovino Thomas and Urvashi lead roles. The story is set in the backdrop of northern Kerala (former Malabar District) and Lucknow. The life and journey of Hameed to find his biological mother and how his life transform during the journey, with lovely chemistry between Tovino and Urvasi and the humors were so nice that will be wanting to watch it again. Tovino was good in the role as Hameed with quirky body language. And Hareesh as beeran was funny and the combination scenes between Tovino & Hareesh were charming . Then come the URVASI , she bring LIFE to the movie with her screen presence and easy simple but natural talents of her takes the movie from an average flick to a FEEL-GOOD movie. She stuns and nailed as "Aisha" and i loved it even though there are cliche scenes ,never felt bore.

To be frank , i didn't like. Few realities shots here and there in the movie,, then as a movie it didn't give me the feel of watching one. And the ending too was below average.

First of its Kind in Malayalam - Revolution
13 February 2019
I wish i could give more than 8 star for the movie because of its effort and risk taken for such a kind of SCI-FI FANTASY thriller movie to be made in our Malayalam industry. It was indeed a proud moment to see " SONY Pictures" on big screen for the first time for a malayalam movie, kudos to Jenuse, Prithvi & Supriya , the cinematographer Abhinandhan Ramanughan , BGM Shekhar and the entire crew for making such a visual treat to the audience. Prithvi as Albert as usual was matured and comfortable in his hand , Alok as Adam (Albert's son) was superb and the rest did their part well too. There were few flaws in between but as a whole this will be a revolution , a path to new directions. Few of the audience couldn't digest but i'm sure they will fall in love with the movie years later. The movie was shot well , the BGM was spot on but could have skipped the song and also slow down the climax abit . Any how i had a wonderful experience watching it on big screen.

Imagine a life with less - Inspiring thought
10 February 2019
First of all , the rating 7 is for the thought Minimalism as its something which we need to think about in our daily life and its thought provoking. But as a documentary flick it wasn't that great to watch as there wasn't much stories or ways explained to be one minimalist. The idea of minimalism has well influenced me and even i would like to follow this and also will spend time to explain the same to my friends and colleagues & relatives. Kudos to Dan Harris & Joshua Becker for coming up with this though provoking idea and helps the society to realize the importance of things in their life. The documentary ends with a beautiful storming dialogue from Dan Harris " LOVE PEOPLE AND USE THINGS BECAUSE THE OPPOSITE NEVER WORKS"

Loved the Game
8 February 2019
I haven't read about the English Mathematics genius Alan Turing, so the movie was fresh info and experience and i fall in love with the codes and games played. The movie starts with the dialogue from Alan "Are you paying attention? Good. If you're not listening carefully you will miss things. Important things. I will not pause, I will not repeat myself, and you will not interrupt me. If you think that because you're sitting where you are and I am sitting where I am that you are in control of what is about to happen, you 're mistaken. I am in control, because I know things that you do not know. " And i gave my full attention after the scene and was entirely listening to the entire speeches and dialogues. The film also displays "how homosexuality , the prejudice against feminism " . Alan was way different from other students even from his school days and also the reason why everyone hurt him for being unique - where Alan quotes "People love VIOLENCE" . And i was fascinated by Alan's relationship with Christopher. what a love story .

Mass Ka Baap
8 February 2019
I haven't seen a such MASS action movie recently like KGF. Even though its not practical i was enjoying the scenes and the way the movie has shot. The BGM and cinematography has to be praised along with the sets. The SETS are just mindblowing and YASH was stunning in his looks and action. There were few GOOSEBUMPS moments and i can't wait to watch the CHAPTER 2. The film has been directed and narrated so well that you don't loose the continuity and the thrill was always ONN!! . "Dialogues were filled with MASS element too" . Clearly the BAAP of all MASS genres .

Slow paced but giving alot HOPE
3 February 2019
I was surprised by the low rating for the movie, especially too low which was really "Under Rated" to me. I agree that the movie is kind a slow paced but it doesn't mean that it is really bad. I'm so obsessed with things which give me/us HOPE and this movie does so. It's a science fiction where an young scientist efforts to stay alive in the planet Earth where everyone has already been shifted to another region space due to toxic air in the mother Earth. She (SAM) stays in earth doing her research at her father's research place where Micah comes to see her dad and take her with him to the last shuttle off the planet, the REST IS HISTORY - HOPE.. and i also did like the shots in the Museum of ART where she got attracted by a painting by Paul Cezanne - LEDA & the SWAN and Micah (former teacher) explains to her the story of LEDA and the Swan ( which represents Zeus) and they gave birth to Helen of Troy ,a woman considered to be the most beautiful on Earth. And then SAM resemblance her life with the Leda and thats how the movies goes on and END . This is my perception on this hopeful Sci-Fi flick.

Another Master Brian from Dan Gilroy after "the night crawler" - a scary artist thriller
2 February 2019
So after 2014 stunning thriller movie "The Night Crawler" , the trio Dan Gilroy (Director of the movie) ,Jake Gyllenhaal and Rene Russo work together to present an another thriller horror movie and i enjoyed every bit of it. As i'm obsessed with thriller genres and a huge fan of Jake Gyllenhaal's movie which he never disappointed me with his script selection and witnessed the same in Velvet Buzzsaw too. I was so impressed by the way the movie has began with an ART Gallery which introduce us to the main characters of the movie. The movie mostly reveals the greediness of the people in the art industry where they value "MONEY on TOP than ART's and Artist's persistence towards their product (art) with the introduction of a deceased mysterious artist "Ventril Dease" and then the scary part began. And its another class movie by Dan Gilroy and Jake. I would love to write more about the movie but i don't wanna be a spoiler and destroy the ART ;)
