Gilmore Girls (2000)
One of the better comedies for Television
It was well written and the humor is great. Lauren Graham was so attractive in this series and her comedic timing was wonderful. The cast was sharp, and I think this show is underrated. If you've never seen it, you should tune in. I hadn't seen it when it was on TV from 2000 - 2007 due to work commitments, and I didn't realize what I'd missed. It's just a good show about relationships and forgiveness. Lessons people should learn and live by. It's easy to grow attached to all the characters, and the special guest stars are impressive. Although a high percentage of women were, and still are, devout fans of this series - I was impressed with the writing as a male viewer. I grew up in the '70's when many TV series suffered from poorly written scripts, so I see this series representing the evolution of writing for the onset of the 21st century. We can only hope the trend continues.
Ancient Aliens (2009)
This series makes you angry? You're insecure.
If you're truly secure regarding your intellect, there's nothing in this series that will spark dramatic mood swings. Just tell yourself...it's only opinion, and free speech won't make me melt.
So how are 250 ton stones, carved to perfection, transported horizontally, lift to heights vertically and perfectly positioned? A community college professor in Wyoming carved a 15 ton stone, and he couldn't move it with logs, rocks or sand.
Humans pulling ropes couldn't move massive tonnage.
And the complexity of carved stones and perfect dimensions or fitting is shocking.
Then all the pictures, art and writing that suggests that people long ago witnessed aliens and their crafts is interesting. Ancient Alien Theory is simply opinions that you file away in the back of your mind while you wait for more convincing evidence.
Unsealed: Alien Files (2012)
Regardless of Controversy...I like this show.
If you watch this series, and compare the information to other documentary series, you'll see that much of the information does correspond. I understand they take creative liberties and make assumptions, but the one common thread is the evidence that the U.S. government has handled the UFO controversies badly. There is no dispute about that. These shows are fun to watch, regardless of some issues and assertions. I think if you approach this as part entertainment and food for thought, your mind wouldn't be polluted. The critics need to lighten up. We have all the time in the world to gather evidence to prove that UFO's are alleged to exist, and none of us are under a deadline. And narration by Mr. Wells is wonderful.
