God, this movie SUCKS! Bad FX. Bad acting. Bad everything. Michael Pare had a career in the '80's so I don't know what happened to him. Just avoid this TURD.

no one has reviewed this film as of 15July17. I'm very surprised at that considering the cast is comprised of 3 well known actors as the leads. first let me say that Demi Moore is looking very very ODD these days. you will notice the extreme plastic surgery when the camera 1st encounters her. if you can get past that initial shock she does give a good performance as the scorned woman. Mr Baldwin was a surprise as his character starts off as a dickhead and later becomes charming when he wants sum tail from Miss Moore. there is a fairy tale ending which only happens in films. overall i found the film entertaining and a good way to pass the time.

this film SUCKS. in fact, it SUCKS so much that it also actually BLOWS. there is not much of a story and you can see why the budget was under one million dollars. mr Dorff and mr Griffin have lost interest in their careers to be starring in this garbage. there are some interesting effects but nothing that has not been seen before. most of the film centers around mr dorff getting drunk or high. this is somehow supposed to interest the viewer. the ending is also quite stupid. we are left saying is that all? this is just a cheap attempt to cash in on the superhero craze that has overtaken the latest films. someone who actually had the powers shown here would find a way to make some money with them instead of becoming a street bum.

a stupid ending. that's what this film has. a real stupid ending. we've seen this too many times before. a group of people get stuck out in the desert unprepared and un expectedly. how will the survive? who will survive? will they survive? there is not much here to hold your interest except for the two female leads. Katrina Law is a pretty hot number and so is her friend Victoria Pratt. they should hold your interest if you have testosterone in your blood. this film is cheaply made and looks like it had a budget of $100 total. how much could it cost to cast no name actors and film them in the desert for a day? it tries to be a character study on how people turn on each other in bad situations but it fails on that note. if you trust my review then you will save yourself 90 minutes of your life and avoid it.

Too stupid for words is what this movie is. you've seen it all before. drugs, money, guns, it's all here. i watched it cause it had some name actors and was billed as an action movie. some actors will do any piece of crap for a paycheck. Lundgren, Trejo, Pare are these actors. they are all very wooden and just going thru the motions here. Messner gave the best performance here and was most believable in his role. i finished watching it only cause i was invested in seeing how it would turn out. this is straight to DVD crap or Netflix. there are a few double crosses here and no one is to be trusted. it was totally stupid who gets away with the money in the end. a real disappointment this movie was considering the talent involved. i guess they were all between better projects. Lundgren should kiss Stallone's ass for giving him a career.

why watch this film? Jason Statham and not much else. the plot is nothing special and does not differ from the Burt Reynolds 1986 version but it seems Reynolds did not kick as much ass as Statham. it's 2015 and the violence has been amped up as the audience demands more. like the ancient Romans we must be entertained. the movie moves along at a snail's pace and you almost die of boredom waiting for something to happen. wait for it cuz when the ass kicking starts it is well worth the wait. ASS KICKING is the only reason to watch a Statham movie. he is magnetic on the screen and opens a can of whoop ass so well. the violence is cartoonish and it amazes that in the end he gets away with all the mayhem he leaves behind. you must suspend your disbelief cuz this kind of thing doesn't happen for real. that's why we go to the movies.

don't waste your time watching this movie. i don't want to waste my time writing this review. the movie was so bad i feel i have to warn others. what's there to say. you know the formula. it stars Steve Austin so you know many goons are gonna get their asses kicked and old Steve will be alright in the end. Dolph Lundgrin is looking pretty bad these days and appears to be on his last legs taking any role offered to him. what people do for money. this is straight to DVD garbage. fistfights,gunfights, bla bla bla. all pointless. IMDb says i gotta write 1,000 words. so i could go on about how much this movie sucks but i don't wanna waste more time.
