Coming 2 America (2021)
It's not good.
The script seems like being written by 5 or 10 different people who never crossed notes and probably did not see (or did not remember) the 1st movie, making the result a story with not much sense and a lot of holes and mistakes.
Another sequel butchering a great movie from my childhood, making me remember "The Neverending Story" with its atrocious sequel and its unwatchable 3rd movie.
I do not regret watching "Coming 2 America" but it should have been way much better.
4 out of 10.
B Positive (2020)
Unwatchable
Why is this on tv? This garbage wouldn't even make the cut for a 12 years old youtube video.
Literally everything in this is horrible, with the worst-of-all awards going to the brain dead characters and the completely senseless laugh tracks after poorly written dialogs.
Vinyl (2016)
Bad. Really bad.
I gave up halfway through the second episode. This thing is unwatchable.
I had just binge-watched The Deuce (superb!) so I was in full 70s mode, you really could not ask for a better client than me to sell a 70s show to. But this is a disaster, the story is so bad, the episodes are tooo loooong. For me it was a personal accomplishment to be able to finish watching the first episode, I really struggled to be able to make it. I struggled a lot.
I really have no idea how something as bad as this ever made it to air on tv.
Fight Valley (2016)
It all went wrong...
I read the reviews before watching the movie so I knew it was gonna be bad, but because Miesha Tate was on it I had to watch it. I'm a big Miesha Tate fan and a huge MMA fan. It also stars Cris Cyborg and Holly Holm (I think, didn't see much of her in the movie...) so I watched it.
But it all went wrong. Nothing worked. I'll not go into every detail saying this was bad because and that didn't work because here, and strangely, the correct and polity thing is to say that it all failed.
The viewer struggles to watch the movie, the first half of the movie pushes the inner will of power of the viewer to its limits not to do the logical thing which is just stop watching that thing that is on the screen. It's so bad and illogical and so badly made and so totally nonsense that you almost match Miesha's will of power when the grabbed Holly Holm on that rear neck choke when she won the UFC title, holding on to it and not letting go no matter what. Yes, the viewer really must hold on to his will to watch this entire 'movie', he has to be like a pit bull on a bone. ;)
And the second half of it doesn't get better. At all.
People can say it's a low budget movie, but the budget was 27 million US dollars. That's not a low budget and could never be an excuse for this to be as badly made as it is and as bad as it is. Have you ever watched Elite Squad (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0861739/)? It was made with 4 million US dollars! Seven times less than that!!!
I'll be honest, everyone involved in this thing (it's very hard to call it a movie) should not be a thousand miles near the movie business again, ever again. As for the actors, I know the script and the directing were, how should I say this politely, zero on the scale from 1 to 10, but still, the actors involved must work on their acting skills a lot.
So I gave it a 4 out of 10. I was very generous, I overrated it because Miesha Tate is on it.
The Millers (2013)
Why is something as bad as this on television?
"Why is something as bad as this on television" is my question. It's so bad, but so bad that I think the word bad isn't quite enough to refer to this TV show.
I only watched the first two episodes. This small review is based only on them. But I just cannot watch anymore of it.
I gave it a 3 out of 10 because of the cast. Otherwise it would have been a 1 because I cannot give a zero. I am a huge Will Arnett fan and usually I watch everything he's in but this is even worst (way worst) then the second season of Up All Night. And the rest of the cast are also good in general in their previous works, so that's the justification of such a 'high rating' like a 3.
The writing for this is probably the worst thing ever. I'm not exaggerating and I don't have anything against any of the writers or anyone involved in this show at all, I really speak it from the heart. The writing is pointless, is empty, is illogical and guess what, it's not funny at all... Not even a little bit, simply you cannot get one single small laugh watching this.
This is really painful to watch. I cannot even imagine what the actors feel like when they have to speak the lines written for their characters. I know that not everyday someone knocks on your door with a Lord of the Rings project and you have to take some low quality projects to make a living, but this is really too much. For them it must be a really painful paycheck.
Give it a try to watch an episodes but I think that at the end of it you'll have an opinion similar to mine. Really, really bad.
Ridiculousness (2011)
At this time is my favorite TV show.
I really love this show! Sure there are some more similar shows out there, but this one is really funny and addictive.
It is not another boring TV show with compilations of videos but the opposite. The format is very attractive, dividing selected videos found online in the internet into small and creative categories. They select hilarious clips from the internet where people do stupid things and hurt themselves or do some other funny stuff.
Rob is great and does a five star job as the host, his regular co-hosts complete the set perfectly, and also there are special guests that add very positive things to the show. By the way, Rob's strange dance before they cut to commercials is great!
If you like to have a good time and watch funny stuff, you have got to watch this. It's just one of those great and easy to watch shows. I can't take my eyes of the screen when this is on. I love it. I rate it 9 out of 10 stars.
