Game of Thrones: The Dragon and the Wolf (2017)
It doesn't get better than this
probably the best episode of the entire series. This is what Game of Thrones is, no pointless battles with infinite plot armor, just plain plain politics and brilliant dialogue. Sansa-Arya-Littlefinger, Jon-Danaerys, Bran-Sam, but to top it all off, probably the best on-screen argument ever between Cersei and Tyrion. (beating Walter White - Jesse)
Very sadly, this won't get a 10 IMDb because people want deaths, bloodshed and war. But this deserves it.
Finally, we got hints of what Game of Thrones originally was, before it became a show made to please viewers -- read S7 ep6 :'(
Now the long wait begins.
Game of Thrones: Blood of My Blood (2016)
brilliant episode
This is an amazing episode... Don't lower your spirits by what others are saying... If you want gore, nudity and violence, this episode is gonna be a bore for you... If you want good acting and storytelling, you are in for a treat
The High Sparrow strikes in a very different way. I like how his subtle actions are actually helping many people. Cersei has become a stronger calmer person, Tommen has got some goal in his life, Margaery has become an even better person and the city itself has come closer to the crown... No more riots people.
Benjen Stark is Back! Perhaps not the way we wanted him to return, but this way is more realistic than him being Coldhands or Daario...
Arya's story line goes on a barrel role. I always expected her to go against the Sparrows and return to Westeros, but i didn't expect it to happen so soon.
No Jon or Sansa, but their absence was made up by Sam and Gilly, who finally have exciting plots
Finally, The Blackfish!! And Jamie's gonna follow the story line... The reason why I'm excited because this paves the way for .... wait- for- it ... Lady Stoneheart people! Cant wait
Game of Thrones: Home (2016)
Game of Thrones is Back!
Game of Thrones is BACK... and with it, comes Jon Snow!
Wonderful episode... a lot of things happened and yet it didn't seem rushed... Cersei, Tyrion, Davos and especially Ramsay are taking acting to a whole new level on this series... I love how the character development is really varier... Bran's cameo paves the path for the Tower of Jow flashback, which should be in a few episodes... Arya and Tyrion have brilliant moments, which actually matter to the storyline (unlike ep1), but I think the two best scenes of the episode were 1) Jamie and the High Sparrow... I've always felt that there's more to the Sparrow than meets the eye and I still believe there is some conspiracy involved (perhaps with Varys/Littlefinger) that we are all overlooking... Jamie's love for his sister is diverting the series from the book, and i found that disappointing because Jamie's conflicting thoughts about Cersei made the 4th book readable 2) Ramsay making Joffrey look cute... After showing us how bad a death can seem (Doran), GOT brings back the Red Wedding feeling by mercilessly killing off Roose Bolton, when we least expected it... However, the karstarks siding with the Boltons is surprising as in the Battle for the North, it seems as only the Umbers will side with Sansa... Then again, with Jon back, anything can happen
Brilliant episode!
Game of Thrones: The Red Woman (2016)
An episode ruined by our own expectations
The wait is over... One year without knowing the fate of Jon Snow and I guess we are going to have to wait even longer. There wasn't anything wrong with the episode... There was some good dialogs, brilliant acting by everyone, especially Lena Heady... For some reason, D&D are trying to add more comedy into the TV show... Not that i have anything against Tyrion's humor, but today's episode seemed different than the dark ones we have been seeing until now... Definitely opens the doors for an amazing season, but apart from a few random murders(by our least favorite characters), there was nothing substantial to watch. I just hope we don't have 7 episodes of build up and 3 rushed episodes (Ahoy Season 5), but rather we cut to the chase right away... Coz face it, this ain't some Soap Opera...
TVF Pitchers (2015)
Expected pure gold, came out with a diamond
Everyone told me to watch this series. Being a 17 year old boy in a world of innovations and start ups, for a few weeks, this was the talk of the town. This is the first time i watched an Indian TV series, and it is brilliant.
The dialogues and jokes are simply perfect. Naveen and his friends represent the entire youth of India and we can connect to them perfectly.
The storyline and jokes seemed to get better and better as the series progressed. Rocksolid critics might point out mistakes in the directing and acting, but the jovial mood created by the actors just steals the show. It's not only amusing, but also very inspiring. What is entrepreneurship? This question is answered in a very different way through this show.
Keep it up!
Can't wait for season 2 to come out
