The Posthuman Project (2014)
Low budget for the 80s
Where does one start. Low budget film making at its best followed up with acting that is worse than the comedy that is porn. The idea behind the movie is actually pretty good. The execution however is another story. It's like honors kindergarten, got together to write a movie. Then took a diaper load on top of it. The best part is the sound track from the 80s. Finding out this was made in 2014 is comical. If you told the world this movie was made in the 70s it may pass as a movie worth watching. Unfortunately It's not and I wanted an evening of my life to this colossal steaming pile of bile and dung.
Avatar: The Way of Water (2022)
Really
Everyone is excited about the visual, stunning nature of another James Cameron movie. The problem is where it is visually stunning. The movie lacks any true story it lacks any real depth and quite frankly it's just boring as hell may be able to felt differently if the movie had come out within a reasonable amount of time. Instead, Hollywood didn't want to do a sequel until frankly, they just realize they had no more ideas in the last few years they just decided to make sequel after sequel, screwing up sequels in general.
Poor writing. Still making the indigenous folks seem like they're just idiots.
The Rookie: Feds (2022)
Wyh
The rookie is/was a great show about starting over. About moving to bigger things to help others. Kinda like a feel good story. Then comes in this hot mess. Good idea. But when you constantly use race to push some of the dumbest ghetto stereotypes there are. And place them as a federal agent you start to wonder what sort of drug do the producers.
The dynamics of this show is pure garbage. He is a strong hard poc then soft to her father that has the opposite principles. Disobedient federal agents that's constantly praised for failing fwd and not doing what is told. All while a rookie in training.
Motherland: Fort Salem: But I Don't Even Have a Dress... (2022)
Choppy
Choppy writing. Not sure if it was rushed or what. But a great show ruined by this last season. Skipping how we go from here to there. Making no point and missing critical story line. Complete POS.
Hustle (2022)
Dayum
Not a bball fan at all. Didn't want to watch this movie. But when I did it blew me. Away. A well written flick with good acting and just a touch of Sandlers smart mouth.
Star Trek: Strange New Worlds (2022)
Another Spock?
Another Spock? The show is a hole is not too bad. It's very much like the original series. But the fact that we have yet again another Spock. Which doesn't make sense with the storyline of how Spock and Kirk met.
The Batman (2022)
Boring
I look forward to seeing this movie for quite some time. As it finally hit a streaming service I prepared myself to watch the movie. During this movie I found myself wandering quite a bit. Why because it was quite boring. After an hour invested. I could not tell you what the movie is about. I just could not get into it.
The Last Duel (2021)
Disappointing
Well acted movie. Unfortunately poor writing. Choppy at best jumps all over the place. No wonder this movie did so poorly in the box office. I want refund on time spent watching this.
Halloween Kills (2021)
Wtf
I get the last Halloween. But they should've left it there. The opening fight scene with Michael Myers and the firemen is absolutely ridiculous. No one's gonna stand there with a hose when someone is about to stab them. Train in shape firemen with weapons against one person that's not supernatural. After he should've gotten smoke in elation. Not even remotely realistic. We did screw up and completely ruined a franchise.
Station 19: Searching for the Ghost (2022)
Trying too hard.
Super woke lately. And overly dramatic to say the least. A few people like Vic couldn't pass a psych evaluation if someone did it for her. I am done with this show.
Raising Dion (2019)
Nice try
I truly love the premise of this movie. But it keeps shifting its audience the interactions with the kids are so juvenile that it's cringe for adults. The rest of the show is great for adults but maybe not too much for younger audience. But they keep going back-and-forth like they don't know what demographic they want to reach out to for the show. Due to this the rating seems poorly done.
Security (2017)
Laughable
Parts of this movie is laughable. Trained vet turned mall cop stop pros at every turn he allows kids to be in the middle of the fight so he can avoid it. Makes since.
Only Murders in the Building: The Boy from 6B (2021)
Obnoxious
Obnoxious Is the best word to describe this episode. Trying to fall into the footsteps of the quiet place trend. These silent episodes are always obnoxious. If I wanted to read for the next 30 minutes I'll pick up a damn book.
9-1-1: Panic (2021)
Ridiculous
The whole idea of this is episode is ridiculous. I get dramatic license. But damn. Absurd to say the lease.
Evil (2019)
Odd duck
This is a decent show. Started off storing like so do. Then changed up with some odd story time from a demon. Then every few episodes they want to seems Mysterious we are 80% the show isn't such a whisper did you have to turn off your television to barely hear it still. Frankly I do enjoy watching the show but it's become quite obnoxious. Can't wait for Hollywood to get back in gear so I can find something better.
The Suicide Squad (2021)
Wtf
The only way to remotely enjoy this movie is if you're drunk and high at the same time. Watching this movie absolutely destroyed brain cells.
Evil: C Is for Cop (2021)
Wtf
Month in between episodes and season 2 come back with a big swing and a miss. This is a quick way to Get people to lose interest and get canceled.
All American (2018)
Until season 3
Loved this show. So well written. I truly enjoyed this show more than I ever expected. Then season 3 comes and they toss in some social justice. Which is expected. Up season 3 went way too hard. Finished this season and I am done with the series.
The Hunt (2020)
Just dumb
Good concept. But one of the dumbest movies ever seen.
Those Who Wish Me Dead (2021)
What garbage
From pointless scenes that play nothing into the story to holes in the story. No real back ground this was a waste of time and energy. They better be happy it was not on the big screen. Would flip hard.
Mortal Kombat (2021)
Wth
Better graphics. But screwed up the story. Poor acting. Should have left it alone. The original movie was infinitely better.
Station 19 (2018)
Was good
Station 19 was such a good show. It was a well-balanced mix of first responder drama mixed with personal drama. At the start of season four it became 80% personal drama mixed in with political BS. Trying to be super politically correct and woke. It's more BS than the daytime soaps. Hate to have to stop watching something that was different and well written at the start.
Kung Fu (2021)
Nice try
I really wanted to like this. But with the hokey camera tricks to hide the really poor martial arts. Were you can tell no one is even hit the completely affected. But the story isn't necessarily bad.
Coming 2 America (2021)
Nostalgic
Nostalgic is the best way to describe this movie. If you enjoyed the original you'll probably enjoy this one enough to watch. It brings back old memories of all the faces they did in the original. But this updated version lacks the humor of the first by far. I enjoyed the nostalgia however I did not enjoy the new cast of Tracy Morgan & Leslie Jones. They just tried way too hard on this one
Kill Order (2017)
Had potential
The movie was so much potential with a young fresh face actors. I'm sure the lack of budget had a lot to do with small over sites that are so simple to fix. Poorly directed very cheesy. The music for the Fight sequences just make you want to stab yourself in the ear
