The book was much MUCH better. In this case they removed/changed critical plot elements. The Oslo incident should have been front & center up front. This is more than a case of book vs movie; they changed the whole tone of the book. UGH.

Kumail saves the episode

Ugh- still a really dumb show. But I heard great things about this specific episode- so here we are!

Kumail Nanjiani is the only bright spot-it's funny watching him trying to maintain composure.

I can't figure out how this show got off the ground.

I had high hopes- but found this really boring. What a waste of talent! It just really drags on. The writing is pedestrian at best.

Maybe you have to be high to find this entertaining...

I was skeptical. But I have to admit Keenan/Chris/Don make a pretty funny trio. The writing is snappy and the timing is spot on. I hardly watch regular series anymore-but glad I checked this out.

Don't agree with the 1-star reviewer. It's a beautiful film, with 2 great actors acting their AGE. No doddering, just honest raw emotion. The initial premise seemed odd, but after getting caught up in the storyline-I loved it! It's just a simple beautiful story. Like real life, no "hollywood" ending. Just real life.
