Defining Moments (2021)
Beautiful and moving
This is a terrific film. Great performances. Great writing. A perfect film for Burt to finish on.
Abduction (2009)
OMG-I found the worst move ever made
Are you kidding me? This movie got distribution? If it's not the worse movie ever made it's certainly in the top three. And these people leaving positive reviews? are they serious? Or just family members that acted in the movie. Poor writing. Must be the worst i've ever heard. The lighting looks like it was done by a ten year old. The directing was done by a 5 year old, the acting couldn't be worse if they were actually trying to be the worst movie ever made. I feel sorry for everyone who had to sit thru this movie. Are you getting the point here? it's awful. Terrible. Lousy. Can you see that i was mad paying for it? It's a student film! And a BAD student film. Good God.
A Christmas Too Many (2006)
A Christmas Too Funny
A very funny albeit off color Christmas movie starring Mickey Rooney and Andrew Keegan. it's definitely not for everyone but for those who are looking for something a little different, a little original and a little vulgar, this is a good choice for a small Indy movie. Extremely funny turn by newcomer Greg Joelson make it well worth watching. The two gangsters in the movie almost steal it from the better known cast. Nice turn as well by Clint Howard. It's Smart. Funny. Offbeat. It's really one of those neat little movies that you'll sneak back and watch over and over again. Not for your Grandmother. But definitely one for the teens. A Christmas Too Many is too funny! You might not want to buy it. But definitely worth renting on ITUNES.
To Kill a Mockumentary (2004)
Killer Funny
To Kill a Mockumentary is one of those few prized gems that you sometimes find if you look hard. Splendid writing highlights some very funny if not hilarious turns by people Like Mickey Rooney, Charlie O'Connell, Jason London and Terry Scannell. Watched it twice and realized just how smart it was. Much smarter than you think on first glance, it's pretty much one of the funnier movies I've seen in a while. Fat chick wasn't always funny but the rest of the cast is exceptional. I would recommend this to anyone that likes their comedy fast, funny and smart. Look for the great chemistry from Edie McClurg and Tim Thomerson. They should get a sitcom together. They're hysterical.
