Why Did I Get Married Too? (2010)

Not a good sequel

I really am not impressed with this sequel. The first movie ended on a high note. All the marriages seem to work out except Mike and Sheila. Of course she married Troy. But Patricia and Gavin?? What was that? At the end of the first movie they were all over each other crying about how they love each other at that award dinner. Then he goes into a raging drunk and burns the baby pictures and stuff. That was completely out of character. They never really addressed why they were getting a divorce. It came all out of the blue. Then his horrible death and the ROCK!!! What was that about? I would have been so guilty and messed up after causing the death of my husband, there is no way I would perk up in a year and move on. I know it is a year according to the movie, but it just happened so fast. There was no in between. No closure as to the other marriages. Crazy! As for Mike, Sheila and Troy. The whole cancer thing was crazy. And you know good and well Troy would not have accepted her back after she went to Mike to get him the job. Who knows what she really had to do to get Troy that job. AS for Diane and Terry. There really are no words. He is stupid and should have left her butt the first time. Angela and Marcus don't love each other. They are obsessed with each other. This movie was so disappointing. I saw it opening weekend and just finally got around to my critique. I didn't want to ruin it for others. If you haven't seen it, don't waste money. It is unrealistic, poorly written and just a big disappointment. Oh and what happened to Trina?

Good 80's Horror Flick

I hadn't seen this movie in quite some time. I rented the movie before I went to see the remake. This was classic 80's horror. Bad acting, bad lines and special effects. But that is what most slasher movies from the 80's were. The plot was good, so I give it 9 stars. I also like the creepy clown costume. I thought the costume was a little scary and I did jump once when he came from behind that curtain. The part with the doctor was a bit obvious. It was clear he didn't call the police. I haven't seen the remake and now i am not sure I want to. They ruin everything now. I don't know if it is worth the $10 it cost for matinée.

Rest Stop: Don't Bother to Look

I would call this Rest Stop 2: Don't Bother to Look. This movie by far was not the worst I have seen. But with that being said it is far from the best. We have the brother and his ridiculous girlfriend (don't care about her at all) searching for the two from the original. Then we have random guy that has sex with a ghost while wearing poop stained underwear. I digress. The couple ends up at the infamous rest stop, where they battle the restroom ghost and the creepy family of nuts and the school bus. I did like that they gave the killer some background but they didn't know what to do with it, once they gave it to us. I was left wondering, what the hell just happened. I was confused and frankly don't need to see a part 3. Just let this series of movies die. They suck! It is unfortunate that they couldn't have made a better movie. I really wanted this to be good and to tie up all the questions I had from the 1st.

Halloween II (2009)

Okay, I am a huge fan of the Halloween franchise. I wasn't in love with the first Zombie film, but I did buy it and tolerated the movie. This one is an utter disgrace. I had to go home and watch the original Halloween 2, to erase the memory of this horrible piece of crap. First, what is with the dang white horse. That was the was so ridiculous and my first clue that this movie was going down hill. And of course his mom telling him to go have fun. This is Halloween not Friday the 13th. I saw this white horse and mom in the movie only so Sherri Moon Zombie could be in the film. Then Laurie Strode who is almost killed and family murdered and she has all this devil worship and satanic crap in her room. Then she says f**k so many times, if I was playing a drinking game I would have alcohol poisoning in the first 30 minutes. And what was going on at the end of this film. Is she now the killer, is she crazy and why does she see the mom throughout the movie. Then Doctor Loomis is completely destroyed. Why did this character need to be in the film? He was an arrogant, self-absorbed bastard. I wanted to have high hopes but they were just shot down by this crap. There are so many other ways this could have went. But with this version of the film, the franchise has been murdered for good. I will never see another Halloween film. Please save your money and precious minutes in your life. You will not get that time back.

Grizzly Park (2008)

This is one of the worst pieces of Crap I have ever seen.

I am so glad that I did not pay for this movie. I just happened to be up feeding my baby one night and saw this on the Chiller channel. I thought it sounded interesting so I dvr'd it to watch the next day. I would rather watch paint dry. First the stupid song. I felt like I was listening to nursery school rhymes! What in the hell was that?? Then the whole serial killer plot. That had nothing to do with the movie. He died before the juvenile delinquents. No point to him in the movie at all. I guess they were trying to tie it up with the end scene and Ranger Bob, but why would Ranger Bob want the other park ranger to die. I am little confused by the ending, but I guess I will just remain confused. Hopefully they will spare us and never make a sequel to this mess. I gave it two stars because Ranger Bob was funny, that is about it. Do yourselves a favor. If you see this mess on TV, keep channel surfing and don't bother giving it a second of your life. It is a second you can never get back.
