La casa de papel (2017)
Sit back and enjoy the ride
I loved this series and watched over a couple days. Don't take too serious and you will find an exciting and original series. Only complaint for me was the English dubbing. wrong voices for most of characters and was pretty annoying. Would prefer to see the original with English sub-titles.
Seven Seconds (2018)
Great drama but ending was let down
Fantastic series with a great cast. David Lyon was brilliant in his role as leader of the "team" and would terrify anyone coming across him. Great actor. Unfortunately a great story line was ruined by a rushed ending and a couple serious flaws in the plot. Nardine's death warranted further investigation esp as she was the key witness and died the day before the trial. Also the wife whispered in the defendent's ear before he took the stand. Assume he learned that his fellow officers tried to have him murdered, and he still lied and did not involve them. Other than those couple things and KJ's ridiculous summing up to the jury, I enjoyed the show.
The Duel (2016)
Average Western but not up there with the best
OK for an evenings viewing but no where near a classic western. The deal with the wife totally confused me but otherwise not a bad story line. 7 out of 10 for me. Not many Westerns rate below an 8 with me.
Damnation (2017)
Fantastic Series
Wow what a great ride that was. Loved the story, actors and settings. Problem is, its left me hanging. need a second series.
