Anthony Jeselnik and Greg Rosenthal tricked me into watching this train wreck. It was AWFUL. I literally never laughed once and all of the canned laughter in the laugh track just made it worse.

Something is off....

I don't know what happen during the hiatus, but something's off. The season 6 premiere is the first episode EVER of Suits that I thought was poorly written. The scenes between Litt, Harvey and Jessica were uncomfortable and painfully unfunny. And what's worse, the plot went nowhere. All of the scenes at the firm could've been consolidated into 5 minutes of actual substance. I really hope this isn't a new trend for this show. New writer? New director? What happened?
Mike's scenes in prison were fine because they were single-character driven. That should continue to be the strongest part of the show. But if they try to use the people on the outside as comic relief, this will quickly become an unwatchable show. I hope they stick to what has worked in the past.
