The single most vile thing ever on MST3K
21 July 2003
Manos Hands of Fate. Quest of the Delta Knights. Invasion of the Neptune Men. Squirm. OH WHAT THE HELL! O I'm crying.. AWAWAWA! O this short o that demon sprite "NO SPRINGS! No SPRINGS! Insert many crying noisese here. This is more painful than any of those accursed movies (except for revenge of the creature, the black scorpion and the deadly mantis cause those movies are good, just chessy but good. O yea, Gorgo and Teenaged Werewolf 2) All I am going to say is that I'm surprised that damn sprite Coily and that obbsessive freak who has got to be more spring loving than anyone! Mike and the Bots should be praised (agian!) for bashing this.

I love you MST3K!

Smallville (2001–2017)
Interesting look at Superman's early years
1 April 2003
While I don't like this show as much as I did Birds of Prey (rest in piece, you will be avenged) I find it very good. In the old DC comics cartoons from the 70's they ocassionally showed a glimpse into the past but this show goes to a new level. Like Birds of Prey, this goes for a lesser known hero era. It's a real shame that Birds of Prey was doing so well but got cancealed in its prime. Both Smallville and Birds of Prey rank as two of DC's best shows (right up there with Justice League, Batman the Animated Series and the rest of Bruce Timm's DC cartoons, Adam West's Batman and Lois and Clark the New Adventures of Superman. I do hope they make another show for DC. I would not mind seeing these two shows linked together.

Kim Possible (2002–2007)
Sorry Its not an overated digrace to televison
2 March 2003
Warning: Spoilers
I know it was dumb of me to give this show a bad review over one bad epsode. Its nothing like Lizzie McGuire or the Jersy so I should have known better. How did I change my mind? Well this show was popular for a reason and gave it a shot. I like it espicially the episodes where her brothers tag along and the Gill monster one "Spoiler" (Oh yeah I liked the clowns) this is better than the Proud Family which is also a good show but action cartoons are pretty much better than ones depicting family functions. Overall this is an entertaining and very decent show.

Birds of Prey (2002–2003)
WHY IS THIS GETTING CANCLED NOW? (MINOR SPOILERS)
19 February 2003
Warning: Spoilers
This show is great! Being a Batman fan I had such high hopes for it. Seeing the Birds of Prey, Harley Quinn and Lady Shiva and Mark Hamill as a live Joker was great! I mean come on! This show has potential and I love the music. Please reconsider!

The X-Files (1993–2018)
I'm a new addict
4 February 2003
I never watched the x-files when it was on. But after watching "So Weird" and being addicted to "Psi Factor: Chronicls of the Paranormal" I decided to check it out. It's a good show. Very freaky with excellent paranormal stories involving ferocious creatures and is pretty unpreditable. Gillian Anderson is great as Scully and I thought she was also great as Moro the wolf goddess from Princess Mononoke. The rest of the acting is good too. They show reruns alot and I will be addicted to it. I didn't become a fan of Psi:Factor or MST3K until I saw reruns but I had never even heard of them before I saw them. Bottom Line: This is the best paranormal show ever, well this and Psi Factor are tied.

That's So Raven (2003–2007)
Goodness Disney you made a comedy I like
1 February 2003
I actually like this show. I like a FREAKING DISNEY SHOW! It made me laugh! I like how Raven (hot) can see into the future (good special effects) and for once Disney has made a show with good charaters. I'll admit my reviews on Kim Possible may be a little biased but the characters in Kim Possible are poorly designed as are the characters from Lizzie McGuire (BURN AT THE STAKE IF YOU HAVEN"T ALREADY YOU WITCH!) the characters from Even Stevens, The Famous Jet Jackson (puh-lezz) and the Jersy (RIP IT) are pretty much just stereotypes. But the characters in this show are funny and appealing. Bug Juice? Need I say anything? Back to the show. It's funny and has wit. What else can I say? This along with the Proud Family and So Weird are really the only good Disney Channel shows. All I'll say is I'll be nicer to the Disney Channel from now on.

Silver Bullet (1985)
Mind if I say throw this to MST3K?
1 February 2003
Warning: Spoilers
(Spoilers)Sorry to object to so many positive reviews but I didn't like this movie. For one it was so stupid! A werewolf climbing into a house? A kid in a wheelchair firing firecrackers at night in the woods? A couple of kids and a smoker out hunting werewolves? The characters I found to be thin and unlikable. Also a very disrespectful religion movie. I dont see why this movie is so popular. I suggest you rent a good werewolf movie like "The Wolfman" or "Curse of the Werewolf"

Can't find the right comment
25 January 2003
Warning: Spoilers
I just got done watching this. It was spectacular, awesome, a masterpiece, well-done, intelligent and creative. I had decided to check this movie out because of the glowing praise and boy was I right to do so! The animation was nice and very descriptive. The characters were well developed and the voice acting was the best in any anime or most anything. The plot was intelligent and the action, don't get me started on the action and fight scenes. This maybe the best anime I have ever seen and maybe the best animated movie I have seen. An epic with a littl Inuyasha, a little Ferngulley and a little Jungle Book mixed in. Possibly one of the best movies I have ever seen. Have I prasied this enough? I guess and I didnt leave any spoilers. 10/10 and an A+

First Samuri Jack, then Justice League, now this. Man CN your on a roll (spoilers)
17 January 2003
Warning: Spoilers
He-Man and the Masters of the Universe is part Yu-Gi-Oh, part Thundar the Barbarian, part ThundarCats and part Samuri Jack. (He Man sounds just like Yami Yugi) This is Cartoon Networks 3rd original action series (fourth counting Powerpuff girls) and like the other ones its pretty cool. Of course Samuri Jack is the only true original of these three. This series has far more characters than any other CN original, I'll go over them.

The Goodies

He-Man- The alter ego of Prince Adam, who is like Hercules, he is VERY POWERFUL and a true heroe. (Just like Jack and the League) his companion is the alter ego of Prince Adam's green tiger Cringer, Battlecat.

Man at Arms- Leader of the MAsters ( a powerful group of warriors) his real name is Douncan (he has two lame names but he's a pretty cool character, I mean you would have to be a warror without getting beat up with those names.

Teela- MAn's daugther who loves who harrass Prince Adam. She's loyal and a brave fighter but I think she's a b"tch. She seemigly has a crush on He-MAn. SHe is cool but she's a b"tch

Orco- a little magic sprite who serves has comic relief. He is one of my favorite characters. His magic is weak without his wand and he does get in the way but he helps sometimes.

Sorrceress- Teela's mother who gave Adam the sword to become He-Man

MAsters- Ram man ( a bulldozer Homer Simpson like guy) Stratos (Think Birdman or Hawkman) Maney-faces (part man, part monster and part robot) Mekaneck (a cyborg with a streching neck) Buzzof (an insectoid figther who was once Stratos's enemy) Cyclone (a strom blowing gaurdian)

The baddies

Skelator- He is freaky. His face was burned right of, leaving his face bones sticking out. He's also a pretty smart guy. His minions are powerful but most of them (except Evelin and Triclopes) have limited intelligence. This way he can control them his fearsome powers. HE is the enemy of Adams father. King Randor who caused him to mutate

Panthor- Skelator's pet panther monster who is Battlecat's arch enemy

Evelin- My favorite villian in the show. She is a witch with very strong magic. She's cunning, sly, sleazy, powerful and all around diabolical. She may be evil but I have a hard time deciding who's a bigger b"tch. Her or Teela.

Beastman- a spiky ape man who can control any monster except for dragons. HE is probably the least intelligent bad guy.

Merman- a wimpy fish man who is really good only in his element.

Triclopes- a fighter with three eyes around his forehead covered by a macanical ring who is like a scientist.

Other baddies- Whiplash (an ankylosaurs man with a clubbed tail, Clawful (giant lobster man) TrapJaw (cyborg thug)

This is a pretty good show with great animation and awesome sound effects 10/10

One the best Dracula movies, hilarious (spoilers)
3 January 2003
Warning: Spoilers
This and Mystery Science 300 the Movie are two of the few movies that never get old ( and I like alot of different movies). It has a great cast and is flat out funny. Its a spoof on the classic starring the late and great Bela Lugo both of which I own on VHS. Inspired and demented this story follows a white topped Dracula (played by Lesile Nelson, one my favorite actors) on his trip to London and is persued by Mel Brooks (another great actor who is one of my favs). Like I said this movie has a perfect cast and is full of zany antics (the operating table for example) that only a fool woulnd't laugh at. 10/10 I love this movie!

What was this? (spoilers)
3 January 2003
Warning: Spoilers
I own the MST3K version of this from the MST3K collection 1st volume on DVD and have viewed it twice (including today) and I have to ask "Did they mix two different movies up? It's like one of the Olsen twin's movies. Ok a scroll is stolen then we hear nothing for most of the movie and during that time its just a movie about guys and girls swinging. Little Richards sings and a few other songs, along with a couple fight scenes and a chase but virtually nothing happens. The movie switches so much you just don't get it. Along with Girl in the Golden boots, Bloodlust, The Creeping Terror, The Skydivers, It lives by Night, Touch of Satan, Future War, Invasion of the Netune Men and most other MST3K movies, this is to be watched only during MST3K.

House of Mouse (2001–2003)
Suprisingly funny (spoiler)
31 December 2002
Warning: Spoilers
I saw this show while channel surfing and decided to check it out. Here;s the lowdown. Mikey owns a club where the animated Disney characters go to for entertainement. I know this sounds lame and alot like 'Yogi's Gang (should be gag ugh) but is very good. This show is really very funny. Example Mr.Toad goes crazy on his bike and runs right through Corella Deville's table. Response. "I'LL MAKE SHOES OUT OF YOU.'' Bottom line: nice animated show and its funnier than the corny sitcom, ''Even Stevens' and that thing known as "Lizzie McGuire

Darkwing Duck (1991–1992)
great Batman spoof
31 December 2002
I grew up with this show. It was pretty good. It's pretty similar to Batman. Ok. Darkwing is a average duck who lives in a neighborhood andis a costumed crime fighter at night. He has a daughter and a partner Lauchpad from Ducktales. They faced villains like this one duck who was a spoof on Batman's enemy Poison Ivy (even though he was a mentally depressed guy duck) and another guy Quackerjack (a spoof on Superman's enemy Toyman) and alot of goofy villains. I liked this show and still do. Its alot more entertaining than "Kim Possible''

What is with you?
19 December 2002
I dont see why so many people on this site are bashing this show. It's not idiolic or stupid and it defiently isn't crap! When I first saw this show I was blown away by its accurate knowledge of animals and became a big fan. I was inspired to be a biologist from this show and by the I loved this show and hated Doug (yes DOUG!) at the same time. And I still do. I have many found memories of this show and is one of the more intelligent Nicktoons. It strongly focuses on family relationships and each character has a totally different personality. Debbie the lonely teenaged brat, Nigel and Merryann the strong spirited parents, Darwin the wise cracking chimp, Donnie the wildboy and Eliza the animal loving girl with a free will that talks to animals. I object to everyone on this site that insulted this show. Enviromental piece of crap my a$$! (WITH ALL DUE RESPECT)

Dinosaur (2000)
Truly one of Disney's Best (Spoilers)
13 December 2002
Warning: Spoilers
The animation is enough to blow you away! This is a very good movie in the right senses. When a Carnotaurus attacks a herd of herbivores an egg of an Iguanodon egg is stolen by a Ovaraptor (should have said that this probably has the most exotic collection of dinosaurs in any flick) it goes through a quick little change of events and is taken by a pternanadon who accidently drops it on an island of lemurs who raise the hatchling (one of the few comedic acts is when the preachy old lemur lefts him up and we hear a wet sound) Latter when the dino is full grown a meteor shower destroys the island. The Iguanadon only manages to save his own lemur family as fire engulfs the island. After making it to sure and surviving a Velocirator attack they meet up with an enourmous herd of mixed dinosaurs and they meet some new dino characters and the movie gets going then (When this premiered the Sunday after Dinotopia my friend that I was watching it had already given it **** out of 5 stars. I saw this in the theatre with a friend and we marveled it from the beginning to end.

I don't see how anyone could say this is a boring movie. That is anything from the truth. If you read anyother reviews on this site just ignore the negative ones. Trust me, they are nothing but malarkey (with all due respect) I'm far from the first to call this movie wonderful and then call it great. 10/10 Also recommended The Jurassic Park trilogy, Dinotopia, the many adaptations of the Lost World, Land before time

The Next Star Wars and the best movie of 2001 period (spoilers)
13 December 2002
Warning: Spoilers
Right from the very beginning this was a great movie. It focuses right on the book. Only Bilbo is Frodo's uncle. In the book they were cousins. This movie was in every way spectacular. It showed Middle-Earth as a perfectly divided region. The acting was among the best I had ever seen. It focuses on a mythic race called hobbits, one of whom (Bilbo) found a magic ring (long story read THE HOBBIT) that makes the owner invisible. It belonged to a powerful dark lord who nearly took over Middle-Earth. This leads to an incredible chain of events that took place throughout the movie. One of teh reasons this film was so succesful was that it was loyal to the book, yet fresh with original material added in The special effects, the characters, the settings, O MAN I could go on and on. Can't wait to see the next two

10/10 SEE THIS MOVIE Also recommended. Merlin (the awesome TV flick with the dude from Jurassic Park), Clash of the Titans, Jason and the Argonauts

An animated masterpeice "Spoilers"
1 December 2002
Warning: Spoilers
This beautiful animated film earned the award it got. It focuses on how the rainforest is in danger but didn't try to be preachy. For example when Zach is carving Cristal's name in, she stoped him "Can't you feel it's pain?" The songs were quite enjoyable. The animation was great and with no offense to the reviewer who was scared by this movie (i no you didn't insult it) I say that you helped me relize something. This movie has a very good bad guy. The demon Hexxus who wiped put the humans out. this gets a 10/10

The Fairly OddParents (2001–2017)
Really kind of a spunky cartoon many contain spoilers
28 November 2002
Warning: Spoilers
Despite what some people are saying this is really a good nicktoon. Its about a boy with fairy godparents (I love them!) who grant his every wish. Some of the humor is really pretty adult and teenish. A couple of episodes are stupid (the goat one and the race trophy and I do mean to say I'm sorry to say that they're stupid but they are worth checking out)The show is very wacky but it's still no Invader ZIm or COurage the Cowardly Dog but its better than Ginger, Chalk Zone or Doug (and I do mean that) Other characters include his brainless goofball parents, his friends, a Swharchenager fairy and an evil babysitter. I know many dislike most shows on Nick and love the older ones. I like most of the old nicktoons but I would rather watch a show with a boy having wacky adventures with fairys or a girl who can talk to animals (the WIld Thornberries) than one about some dumba$$ who lives through his journal and fantasiezes about everything (yeah Im talking about DOug and I like the Wild Thornberrys better than that wishwash) Overall the farily oddparents is a worthwill show that is cool. 7/30 out of 10

Yogi's Gang (1973–1975)
Ugh thankfully this show is gone (may conatin spoilers)
26 November 2002
Warning: Spoilers
Ok this show is by far one of the dumbest ever made. I have felt more hatred to this cartoon than any other. Ok Yogi, Booboo and the other HB animals were complete morons. They were also unbelievalby wimpy. Once this jack tricked Yogi into signing this paper (this one was perhaps one of their most dangerous villains, he was a cheater GASP think he's bad you should the Greedy Gennie. The Greedy Genie? What the h-ll were they on?) that gave him ownership to his ark. Ok theres only one of him and they were all animals. I mean bears, (Yogi, Booboo and the hillbilly bears) dogs (Hucklberry, Auggie and Doggey Daddy) a cougar (Snagglepuss) a gorilla (Magilla) an alligator (Wally) a horse with guns (Quickdraw and why would such an uptight show have a character with guns?) a hippo (Potamus) and a super strong ant (Atom) so why the h-ll didn't they just like tear him to shreds or something? Think thats bad whats next is unforgivabel. Mister Sloppy. Ok get this. This slop turns on his tube 'Thats the neat alarm!'' He sees Yogi giving orders cuase they are going to some drugged up place called Neaters Ville (that is pathetic) SO he goes to a bookself. 'Time for my sloopy spells and he waves and becomes some bomb named Mister Neat (he's obviusly demonic or something, pagan worshipper? has to be) The show got dumber and dumber . Each episode was unbelievably stupid. Oh yeah and the thing was the laugh track that came on every 2 seconds over everything. Ok one guy was eating a steak and HAHA. ? thats just hilarius.

There are a lot of animated shows I really like (Samurai Jack, Mon COllie Knights, Justice League, Yu-GI-OH!, Digimon, Inuyasha, Jackie Chan adventures, Yu Yu Hakuso, Simpsons, Cowboy Bebop ect) and some I dont like or really care for (Kim Possible which is one I only saw a few times and wasn't impressed but was alright, Chalk Zone, Rocket Power, South Park which has been bad since the osama bin laden (phooey) episode, Jabberjaw, Superfriends and Fighting Foodons and I would say Butt Ugly martians but I only saw a few seconds of it and the whole thing was stupid though so might as well) but this is the worst 0/10 and that is deserves and is worth it.

Inuyasha (2000–2004)
Another breath taking anime! (May contain Spoilers)
18 November 2002
Warning: Spoilers
Excellent is what I say about this anime. It's tied with Yu-GI-OH! as my fav. anime. It's about a girl pulled into a demon filled world where monsters stalk her for a sacred jewel embouied in her body. It turns out her descedent imprsond a half dog-half human half demon named Inuyasha who was pinned to a tree by an arrow. She frees him but he turns on her wanting the jewel but magic stops him from doing her any harm. They slowely developed feelings for each other but won't admit it. The bad guys are excellent, the music is awseome better than Yu-Yu-Hakso's or Cowboy Bebop's music (thier music is okay), and this ranks as one of the finest animes ever made.

10/10 I hope they keep it.

Ugh thankfully its off (may contain spoilers)
18 November 2002
Warning: Spoilers
This had to be one of the dumbest shows ever made. It was like the equally bad "Superfriends" both followed the same plot. Face (not fight) people who do wrong things like lying, cheating and want. The characters (Yogi, Doggie Daddy, Quickdraw and Hanna Barbera's other cartoon animals) traveling around in a flying ark encoutering pathetic villains (teh Greedy Genie? What the h-ll were they on?) O and the laugh track came on like every 2 seconds (Once some guy was eating a steak and HA-HA) ? Thankfully this show is gone and replaced by "Samuri Jack" "Mon Collie Knights" and other bearable shows

Kim Possible (2002–2007)
I guess it's okay but.........
14 November 2002
I just don't know. It lacks the serious appealing epic persona that other action cartoons like "Samurai Jack" "Justice League" "Yu-Gi-Oh" or "Inuyasha" have. The characters just don't seem much at all. They don't really give out any information on most. And the villains are just pathetic, a crybaby smurf bent on terroism that can't do anything right, and that crazt Scotsman who uses golf as a weapon? I'm sure that he is a ripoff of the Scotsman from Samurai Jack despite the sides they are on. The only character I really like is the evil girl that causes the fight scens with Kim. AND I HATE THAT RON STOPABAL CHARACTER. he is so annoying. I will give this show a chance do for now 5/10 But I would rather watch this then horrible garbage like "Lizzie McGuire'' or ''The Famous Jet Jackson, or "Even Stevens, or "The Jersy" all of which revolve around unrealistic perfects if you think about it.

Yu-Gi-Oh! (I) (2000–2006)
The best monster anime yet (may contain spoilers)
13 November 2002
Warning: Spoilers
I love this anime like no other. I absolutely love the monsters and the characters are just so life like in personality. The plot is this. Long ago monsters were used in combat games but grew too powerful and got out of control and nearly destroyed the world. I won't spoil it but a boy named Yugi gets an item of magic power that imprisoned the monsters along with several others in stone slabs. The game is discovered by a man named Maximillion Pegasaus who got an item to find it out and made a card game with the same monsters and spells. The plot goes on and it would take too long to explain it all. 10/10

Cowboy Bebop (1998–1999)
One of the very best animes ever. PERIOD
10 November 2002
This anime rocks and is very intense. It focuses on a small group of bounty hunters who chase down seriusly dangerous crimials. The setting is dark, brooding with well designed, interesting characters that are among the most independent characters you will ever see. This is one of the very best shows anime has to offer. I highly recommend it.

Gremlins (1984)
How 'bout a 3rd? (May contain spoilers)
10 November 2002
Warning: Spoilers
Like everyone in existance I love the Grimlin movies (I haven't read any other reviews so don't correct me if I'm wrong) The first is way creeper and more serious than the eqaully cool second. It starts with a man who is in China. He decided to shop for Christmas presents and steps into an ancient store to look for something interesting. He finds Mackguy, a furry little creature who is just to cute to pass up. The storesman refuses but his grandson sneeks it out and tells the guy to leave it put of bright light, away from water and NEVER FEED IT AT MIDNIGHT! The guy gives the freindly little thing to his son, it is very freindly with the dog even! But when some water spills on it, pods jump out of the little one's back and grow into decoys that are nowhere near as nice. So he gives them some food a quarter to midnight but they stall and slowly turn into vicous little lizard men that just go for trouble. The story is funny, dark, hilarious, serious, goofy and touching. Check out the 2nd as well. Both of these movies kick arse!
