Brings Back a lot of Good Memories.
2 February 2008
This was the very first reality TV show I have watched in my entire life, discovering several reenactments of accidents, police chases, burglaries, robberies, standoffs, etc. for the very first time and how they really occurred. It is also an educational show where they teach viewers how to respond to certain situations, how to perform CPR, and how dispatchers react as soon as they receive those calls for help. I love reality shows, especially those that view realistic crime scenes and car chases. This is, of course, one of them. I used to watch this with my entire family when we were very young. As I watched a few of its episodes, it made me want to think of becoming either a police officer or dispatcher. I thank William Shatner and the others who contributed to this show. Great work! Forget fiction once and for all and let's get into the real world!

Who Needs Lousy Fictional Crime Motion Pics When You Got This Persuading Reality Show?!
2 February 2008
I got to say, John Walsh has made so many efforts to solve many criminal cases and bring many criminals to justice. In addition, he has made so many efforts also to help recover missing persons. He is full of sympathy, generosity, service, and intelligence, especially since the senseless abduction and murder of his only son, Adam. So why did Adam become such a victim? I still don't understand that.

I began watching this show when I finally decided to discontinue my interest in fiction, which is absolutely misleading. Actuality, on the other hand, is more entertaining, realistic, and educating. Don't forget, "documentary." If it wasn't for John Walsh, then my interest in fiction may never end. Thank you so much John, and a great amount of thanks to all the AMW cast and crew for making the show effective and important and for showing us the good sides and the glimpses of the real world. Great work!!! And remember, we CAN make a difference!

I love watching reality crime-TV shows. This is one of those shows that exhibits awesome, amazing, electrifying, and realistic crime-scene footages from around the world and how exactly they occurred. It is also one way to increase public awareness, because anything can happen at anytime, anywhere, to anyone. How unpredictable? As I started to watch reality crime-TV shows, I immediately turned my back on fiction, which is so misleading and fake, and it makes me more paranoid. So forget fiction, and let's get into the real world once and for all! Let this show keep on airing so I can watch more awesome footages. Great work to those who created it.

Bunnell is the man, great work!!!

Another good reality crime TV show that has existed. I love to watch REAL (as opposed to fake or fictional) car chases, robberies in progress, fights and brawls, and so forth. But I don't understand why the show had to end in 2002. It should have kept airing. You cannot compare these realistic crime scenes to fictional scenes from movies or TV shows, because there is a difference between the two: unpredictability; or, expect the unexpected. I believe in actuality a lot more than make-believe, because actuality is not only entertaining, it is also educating, meaning it is meant to increase public awareness by enhancing public safety and helping authorities identify and catch criminals who are not yet brought to justice. So who needs phony fiction while you can watch all this cool stuff?! It is time to GET REAL!!! Thank you John Bunnell.
