Cry Freedom (1987)

I cried! Recommend you rent this movie...

Cry Freedom was such a touching, unforgettable film. The acting was amazing, and they picked the perfect cast. I watched this at my school last year for the first time, and the first scene made me want to cry! Cry Freedom made me laugh, cry, confused, and made me just want to scream at those people who treated blacks cruelly! I recommend you rent this movie. 10/10

I watched this movie, and by the second scene, (SPOILERS)

I despised the obvious, fake blood when "santa" murders Billy's parents. Some parts made me jump, but or the most part, the gore annoyed me, espiecally because it did not look real. Billy-adult- gets drunk, dressed up as santa clause- then kills random people? Huh? Is that because his mother and father got murdered by the santa impersonator?! The acting was good, but not the plot, I gave this movie a 3 out of 10

SLC Punk! (1998)

I loved this movie so much! It's funny, sad, the kind of movies I like. Matthew Lillard did a great job and he is sooooo hot! (SPOILERS!!!) It was so sad at the end when Stevo(lillard) cried at the end from a lost one, it almost made me teary eyed. Plus, if anyone had a problem with the swearing and thinks that they should've used better vocabulary, WAKE UP! They're punks, pay attention to their background. Punks like that don't say, "gosh golly" or something!

I gave this movie a 9/10
