Fallout: The Target (2024)
Animal suffering
If you are sensitive to watching animal suffering/ testing/ training, skip the first five minutes. The first 30 seconds are the worst. If you must watch these first 30 seconds, at least mute it. That will help. What you're missing: Doggos are bred for security and only the strongest are kept.. The doctor/ scientist smuggles one dog out and raises him kindly, but he is discovered. When the intruder goes to pull the alarm to report this, the dog reacts to his human being pushed away and attacks the intruder, apparently killing him. Doggo and human run for it and barely escape. Now we're all on the edge of our seats watching for something else happen to our new hero.
Let Us Prey: A Ministry of Scandals (2023)
Normal chair?
Fascinating stories that need to be told, but I'm wondering why the filmmakers refuse to let these women sit in a normal chair for their interviews. Twisted around in a pew, on the floor, at the bottom of a staircase, perched on a little crate in a box... it's reinforcing the victimhood of these women. How about a nice comfy wingback or something? These women deserve the comfiest venue possible but no.
Aside from the weird blocking, these women deserve to be heard and they have earned our attention. I hope they received psychological support and the men who hurt them are tucked away in their own boxes.

Smoke alarm
Berg has chosen to use the repetitive beeping of a fire alarm out of batteries as a crazy-making trope designed to make you feel what the characters are feeling. I understand this noise can be a trigger for many people so watch out. It goes on way too long, it repeats over several episodes, and will make you want to put your foot through the screen. Berg succeeds in manipulating your emotions at the risk of losing a viewer. Riggings is amazing here, but you will have to be sit until the very end for Berg trademark emo instrumental music. Watch for Berg's cameo, as always! Enjoyed in spite of the smoke alarm.
Yellowstone: Cigarettes, Whiskey, a Meadow and You (2022)
Not the dogs!
Taylor. Quit killing dogs in your shows! It's unnecessary. The bad guys are just as bad without that. Honestly it makes me want to stop watching. Besides that, great as always. We think Beth is very mean, as Rip points out, but only to people who are in positions of power in some way, or people who have been unnecessarily cruel or abusive. To the bartenders, truck drivers, valets, mechanics, ranch hands, clerks and wait staff, she's charming and generous. The characters in this are full and colorful, and the scenery is always captured with a loving eye. Taylor tells a good story- just leave the poor dogs alone.
