Mega Ape (2023)
Utter masterpiece
One of the greatest cinematographic masterpieces ever created, the sexual tension between the two researchers was immense, and when they fought eachover after speaking fluent ape, I shed a tear, the intense feelings I felt from this scene caused me to sling one up my wife straight after. Bai ling is the greatest actor in the film putting the rest to shame, the cgi in this film must also be praised as it is incomparable. Dorothy's figure also gave me feeling that I have never felt before and that I would like to feel again. I wont be watching any porn or charismatic theatre because this movie did enough for me, thank you and good night my fellow dinosaur enthusiast.
The Dirt (2019)
Great movie
When I first watched this I was a 15 year old metal head who only had scratched the surface of metal, mötley crüe were a band I'd heard of however barely listened to, however after watching this movie I was extremely inspired, it inspired me to take my guitar playing more seriously and want to be in a band desperately.
Within a week of watching this film I had heard just about all of their songs.
This movie has given me an insight into what is now one of my favourite bands and shows every gory detail that the band went through, I found the movie hilarious and I especially love the humour that runs throughout, the nods to dazzle from Hanoi rocks and ozzy were tasteful and very enjoyable.
I must have watched this film now at least 30 times between watching it as a 15 year old metal head just over a year ago and now as a 16 year old metal head.
I'm sure that many older crüe fans will have more insightful and accurate thoughts however this is my point of view as a young kid who just loves metal about 40 years too late.
Whiplash (2014)
Masterpiece
This is an amazing movie that has inspired me as a musician as I'm sure it has done for many that have seen this film.
The movie is perfectly written and carried out with great acting all the way through from J. K. Simmonds and Miles Teller.
I watched this movie with a friend who wasn't even slightly into jazz at the time however he still thoroughly enjoyed watching this movie.
Not only is the movie a great representation of becoming a musician it also has some hilarious parts from J. K. Simmonds especially.
Overall by the end of this movie you will feel inspired and most likely want to play an instrument, it did for me anyway.
Community: Wedding Videography (2015)
Now that's a man who knows how to marry his cousin
Great episode. I really liked the garrets celebrity wedding game bit. And still to this day it contains my favourite community "now that's a man who knows how to marry his cousin". The last seasons aren't the same without Shirley pierce and Troy but certain episodes are still very enjoyable. I thought that the end bit about the creator was funny as well, it may have gone a little too far but it was funny. Overall I really liked the way the episode was made with abed doing a documentary type episode and the "Jimming the camera" references was very funny. I think however most of these later episodes would've been far more enjoyable with Troy back at least.
