Supreme Motherhood: The Journey of Mata Sahib Kaur (2022)
It's not only a movie, it's our Rich History
OMG.... what can I say??? This is by far the BEST Sikh movie ever produced. The best 90 mins of my life that I spent watching this movie.
Afters years of listening to all the stories of great Sikhs (especially women), this has all come alive after watching this movie. This is a MUST watch especially if you have children and want to learn something positive from our Rich History. A large part of our history is still untold and unheard-of and if we don't take action now to support projects like these then who would?
This movie shows the journey of a female child who was born in an ordinary family and later in life how she happens to be the "Mother of Khalsa", a great leader, a visionary, companionate, humble, a warrior and much more.
There is so much to learn from this and implement in our society, in our life, in our family and pass on a positive message to our young generation.
Also, please watch this movie with an open mindset that you want to learn and take something positive as there are some bully-boys (as always from a particular group) trying to twist your mind and want you to make your judgement based on what they think. Please stay away from them and don't let them take your decisions for you. You are old enough to know what's good for you and how you can take something positive from every situation in life. As they say "Haters are going to hate". Let's beat these bully-boys by watching this movie at your nearest cinema.
We live and breathe in a world surrounded by technology and we can not leave this technology behind to spread any good message and to showcase our history to the world. Our kids watch fictional superheroes because there was no real Sikh superhero character but now there is no excuse.
Let's play our part to learn and live our history by supporting projects like this movie.
