Disaster final season and ending

Aside from episode 3 which was a perfect episode.

Season 4 was disastrous.

Who are these people?

These are not the characters weve grown to enjoy watching in Season 1 and 2 .

Im not sure if the people giving this show a ten are running on all cylinders.

This is almost as bad as Game of Thrones when ot comes to horrible endings that make no sense.

HBO is quickly becoming the most disappointing studio, not because they make bad tv, but because they make great shows and then just spiral into nonsense.

Are these even the same writers for the finale?? How do they get their own characters so wrong.

Is this mystery box subvert expectations writing???

Im flabbergasted.

Glass Onion (2022)

W0ke rubbish aside like the unnecessary rainbowfication of Blanc and him essentially stepping aside to allow "the message" be the hero.

The entire story was completely predictable throughout, from the moment the Mona Lisa was unveiled to the moment he solved the murder mystery.

Id say the only unpredictable part was Andis death but it didn't change who was going to commit the murder/s.

It was obviously the white male billionaire "Elon Musk" , who is apparently an idiot according to Rian Johnson and Netflix...

Is Hollywood incapable of neutrality or reality?

I doubt this review will even be published at this stage.

Very "fun" movie to watch to experience vertigo or acrophobia.

Despite the obvious green screen there is a very real sense of height portrayed equisitely thoughout.

That's probably where the movie begins and ends , at the tower.

All the plot points are just contrivances and fairly irrelevant to the "enjoyment" of this film.

No point in even giving spoilers on a review of this movie.

If you like horror movies of sort that make you feel uncomfortable throughout then this movie is for you.

Personally I would start the movie at the tower , the rest is superfluous even the ending to some degree .

Pinocchio (I) (2022)

Save yourself the time and money and watch A.I.

As the other reviews have mentioned this movie skips over all the main themes of the original and comes across as soulless and dead behind the eyes as Lion King.

Disney just needs to fill up content.

If you want to watch a live action Pinocchio that has heart and soul that deals with the implications of what it means to be a "real boy".

Go watch Steven Spielbergs A. I .starting Haley Joel Osment.

Jude Law , Brendan Gleeson, William Hurt

A very beautiful movie , anyways ,don't watch this soulless Disney remake.

My only hope is that Disney is forced to preserve the original animations for historical reasons.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (2022)

Raimi salvages probably one of the last few decent MCU films to be made

Unless the MSheU fixes its woke madness then it will be a sinking ship.

Thankfully in this film the longer the film goes on the more they lean into Sam Raimi's world which makes the movie far more entertaining than watching female characters who have been unnecessarily created far more overpowered than their comic origins for a woke ideology.

Let's all hope that this and Thor are the beginning of Marvel and most importantly Disney returning to common sense.

They've got the format down to a T.

They make light of some issue that they know will tug on your far left Democrat agenda.

Then they get serious and talk about how actually it's not funny at all and Is probably the most serious issue in the world that you should care about

Those issues just happen to align with their goals.

But you mustn't actually look into their claims because you would find out that none of them stand up to any light "research" , they are designed to make you feel like you are informed about something and have the "Right" point of view with conversations with your friends.

It's the equivalent of watching documentaries without realising most documentaries are usually propaganda and never claim to be fact.

Robot Chicken (2001–2022)

Ironic

It's an okay way to pass 10minutes

Not particularly funny , but not bad.

I wonder if they understand the unintentional irony of their Scott Adams Dilbert segment.

The fact is Robot Chicken is far left and almost always gets everything politically incorrect.

They would do well to avoid the topic entirely .

Daredevil (2015–2018)

I was wrong. This is by far the best Marvel TV show made to date.

I couldn't see how this show could be good and I was still haunted by Elektra and Daredevil films.

I didn't know much about the Daredevil character and pictured him closer to the version seen in The Boys.

But then I was watching another scathing review of the rubbish show Hawkeye (Kate Bishop Show) and Daredevil was mentioned as being one of the best shows on TV. Not just superhero so after Finishing another lacklustre poorly written season of the Witcher I gave this show another go.

And wow.

It just gets better and better.

The acting

The writing

The sets , the costumes , everything is great.

Just one problem, it's ironically very dark which makes it difficult for my half blind family member to watch it.

Other than that , brilliant.

Ive only finished season 1 but I hope that the writers and actors and everyone involved in the making of this finds another project to work on with this character.

And the best part is it sets up everything good to come and the Spider-Man we know and love is here .

I'm now watching TNG from scratch because of them

Writing and human characters beats action and shooting every time or maybe I'm old.

Boston Legal was cancelled in its prime because it called out the pharmaceutical industry.

Pfizer paid doctors to falsify data and got fined 2.3bn in 2009 and yet people believe now it's the good guy?

The FDA is a sham.

And the lobbyist who had an affair with Matt Hancock worked PR for Pfizer.

If it wasn't for our Lord and saviour James Spader, this show would have been in the toilet by Season 3.

Probably Season 2

The increasingly made Keen dumber and dumber to the point that they had to make everybody around her dumb

They started with her mother , then the FBI, then Dembe and then Finally Red.

Save yourself a lot of time and don't bother even starting this series, it's one of the worst written shows and Keen is the most unintentionally stupidest character in the history of television.

and thats without her being an FBI Agent and allegedly a mother.

The fact Hollywood can decide what they deem as facts and attempt to write their propaganda into history is disgusting on every level.

Signs (2002)

If you watch it straight forward it's easily an 8 , but once you watch it a few times and understand what everything in the film means it's easily a 9 possibly a 10 .

I won't give any spoilers but Mel Gibsons ex profession is the key to the whole movie and Joaquin Phoenix is just brilliant as usual.

Severely underrated film by people who don't understand the Signs in the film.

My Octopus Teacher (2020)

I live in the town where this is filmed and until Blue Planet 2 I didnt realise we had Octopus in the kelp forests , I knew there were sharks but I digress.

in the first minute you gain empathy for these beautiful extraordinary alien creatures.

I don't know how you can mess up such a simple story. The characters, costumes, locations and acting were great but this timeline jumping makes no sense because barely any of it is explained and nobody looks older or younger. Unless you've read the book or know the story , it makes little sense. Horribly made.

Star Trek Into Darkness (2013)

Great Villain perfectly portrayed , good showing of the classic characters .

It's ridiculous that so many of these children give it a 1 out of 10 . I can't imagine a more perfect updating of a 50 year old TV show.

I don't even like JJs movies but this was fantastic.

It misses out on most of the brilliant parts of the book that really put you back in the those times. They skipped through most of his childhood because they didnt know how to handle most of the scenes.

Id recommend reading the book even though the author was likely making up most of it as he is a well known con.
