E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial (1982)
Just about perfect
I really enjoyed watching this. The cinematography was absolutely perfect, along with the choice of music, it really shows how if you do the right things in a movie, you can really make a huge impact in the film industry.
Shrek (2001)
Pretty good message
While this movie series might have been turned into an absolute memefest by the internet, this movie still holds up to the message that it doesn't matter what you look like and that what's on the inside is what truly matters.
Hook (1991)
Strange but fun
I've seen a tiny bit of this film once when it was playing in the living room and I never cared for it. I finally decided to sit down and watch it and I was fairly pleased with how it played out. It had a pretty good story line and good characters. This movie is far from perfect but still pretty good.
Spider-Man (2002)
Timeless!
I mean it definitely isn't perfect, that's not gonna stop me from rating it quite high, it definitely helped pave the way for the other movies that we know and love. It's definitely a movie that still holds up 20 years later. I decided to rematch if because I haven't seen it in years and I was thoroughly happy all the way through, almost like my first time watching it again.
The Road to El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie (2019)
Short but informative
Even for only being 14 minutes long, this short documentary packs in a lot of information about how some of the most memorable cast members were able to come back together to give us a last hoorah.
El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie (2019)
The conclusion we needed
About 6 years later, Vince Gilligan finally gave us the conclusion we wanted, we get to see the aftermath of Jesse's life after Walter dies and his escape from the law.
Breaking Bad (2008)
An absolute treat!
Breaking Bad is absolutely timeless, especially for coming to an end almost a decade ago. It shows the transformation from a stable high school chemistry teacher, to one of the most dangerous drug dealers in the South-west United States.
Encanto (2021)
Doesn't live up to the hype
It's overall a pretty good Disney movie, but it fails to live up to a lot of the older stuff. I also found it quite difficult to follow as it seemed to be all over the place from time to time.
